you can only rate someone who answered your question. Like...you can rate me. You'll see questions under my answer that looks like
- 1 2 3 4 5 -
5 is the best and one is the worst.

when you ask a question and somebody answers it for you, there should be a little thing at the bottom of their answer that has a scale on it, you just click on the number you want to give them and you can write an optional comment and hey presto! you've rated somebody! hope i helped :p, <333

when you ask a ? and get answers, it will ask you if u want to rate ther person on the advice the gave! Hope i helped! xoxo

If you ask a question and people answer it then you can rate them. you can do it by clicking 'Your Questions' and then clicking the question that you asked and it'll give you a thing where you can rate every one that answered your question.

rate them on how good you think their advice is 1=bad 5=great
