Is there any way to get ride of a pimple FAST???

Well, I'm 31, I've had acne on and off since I was 9 and I'm still occasionally googling "fastest way to heal a zit" just in case someone has come up with something that actually works! The annoying truth is there's no real short cuts. I sometimes think the less you muck around with it, the faster it'll heal, but if it's got a head I'll always pop. Use knuckles to squeeze if you do as nails will do the damage. I haven't scared. But it really depends on your skin type. Ask your parents. If one of them had acne you probably have similar healing properties in your skin, ask if they scared. I know it sounds extreme but by the time I was 18 I'd tried every treatment and most just either made me sore & itchy & made the acne more angry or it dried my skin out too much or just did nothing, so my doctor suggested I try oral contraception. You don't have to be sexually active to benefit from these, they control the hormone that produces the sebum that causes spots. Works great for me. As soon as I have a break from them I get a zit or 2 but most of the time I'm clear. I wouldnt suggest young teenagers start on them though as they can have bad side effects. Your doctor will know if they're suitable for you. On the bright side, if you have the type of skin that will stay oily & prone to spots when your an adult, you're skin will stay young and wrinkle free much longer. I have none & my mum who is 70 this year has really great skin for her age and still gets the occassional spot! Good luck, I hope this helps.

Wash your face everyday.
- Hot water opens porous (sp).
- Clean / wash.
- Cold water to close porous.
I use "equate daily face wash." Different kinds for different skin.

Don't pop it...it will just cause it to scar after it's gone! And sometimes, if you pop it, it gets worse and looks nasty...just dab some toothpaste (the white kind not gel) and it will start to dry up! Hope I helped! Please rate me!

Toothpaste...i know it sounds weird but you see results in the first day. especially the big red ones that have white heads. Trust me it works!

u can also try products like clinique, or any other acne medicine

I've found if you get the Neutrogena 'On the Spot Acne Patches' they work WONDERS! Even on huge zits they'll be gone in about 3 days max. Even on the first night that you put them on, in the morning your zit will be noticeably smaller. To keep my face clear all the time, I use Clearasil 'Icewash' It is the BEST stuff ever! It cools when you wash your face with it, so it's AWESOME for summertime. It's cheap too, about 4 bucks a bottle that will last about a month or so. Good luck!

no. 1. DON'T TOUCH IT.... EVER!! if you don't touch your zits, they heal faster because you're not getting extra skin oils on it.
no. 2. if you want to get rid of it fast, wash it about 5 times a minute... okay... not that much, but you get my point. wash it a lot. and jsut use regular soap. it works great.
no. 3. put antibacterial suave stuff on it. sounds gross, but it works for me.

hi, well from wut my grandma use to tell me to get ride of pimpels is either take the juce of lemon n put it on ur face n keep it for a lil bit n wash it out...(that helps the skin to get smoth n shyt) or if u want it to get away...i guess u just have to hide it wit make up!!! dats da faster way...xoxo effy

pop it!! then put some medication on it, to make sure none come back. thats what i always do.

To make a pimple less noticable, sterilize a needle, and poke it. Since it's dead skin, it won't hurt. It will make the swelling go down, and it won't stick up.

DONT pop it. Try Clearasil or another good acne treatment. Get a face wash and just take care of your face.

I think you definitly need to go with what ShOrTnSwEeT42094 said... Everyone is telling you to pop it and I say DONT! Popping zits can leave nasty scars on your face and it really irritates your skin! Good luck hun!!

i would say pop it, it helps the swelling go down. the simply put ice over it to have even more swelling come down. then just keep washing your face every morning when you wake up and every night, even if you need to wash it in the middle of the day around lunch time or something. it will go down. and if it doesn't go down by friday, try using cover up on it and a little blush on your cheeks and eye liner on your eyes to distract the zit and so they notice bolder things than that. hope this helps!

First rule:do NOT pick at it!!!Hehe! I know it's tempting! Rub an ice cube over the zit for a few minutes,that will calm the redness down.Then head out and buy a good face wash that has benzoyl peroxide in it,like Clearasil or Physoderm.You wanna wash your face 2 times a day.You wanna put the ice cube on in the morning BTW,so it can prepare the zit for makeup.As far as makeup goes look for one of those spot concealing/blemish healing combos.Some good ones are Neutrogena and Almay.Use a Q-tip to dab on the concealer right ON the zit but be careful not to spread the infection around!!Follow it up with a little oil-free foundation and a little dusting of a loose translucent powder.It should be gone by like 4 days tops!!!!

PoP it..lol take your two thumbs and press down on it yea..it hurts a little but when u pop it white crap will come out of it and it will be gone..but after that wash your face or it may come bac

Use Acne Medicated treatment by clean n clear,. i had a pimple b4 a skewl dance,. used that and it was gone the next morning! H0pe This WorKs! ,. or if u cant go to a store by friday put cover up on it =) should work
