ok, my abs are pretyy flabby and so are my theighs, what should i eat and not eat and what can i do (exercise wise) to get rid of them...i rate high thx...
to tighten your abs you should do about 30 sit ups each night before you go to bed and everynight as 30 sit ups gets easier, gradually increase the amount. for your thighs, i recommend leg lifts and running.

OK, I'm starting swimming lessons in about two or so months and well...I have a HUGE ass. I'm talking massive. I know there's not much I can really do about that because none of the rest of me is fat so I'm guessing it's just the way I am. But I'm really self-conscious about it as I have super skinny legs and then this huge ass!! Sso has anyone got any good excersizes or tips for toning it up and improving my self-confidence?
you could maybe do butt lifts which are basically when you put ur knees on the floor and hands on the floor (like a dog) and lift your legs up so your butt feels tight. if you do about 30 of those each night on each leg your butt will become sore (a good thing) and maybe it will work.

Ok, so i have this guy friend and we're not close or anything, we're just friends but he always touches me and tries to hook up with me and stuff and it's really obvious that he wants to get with me. Ok, well I kinda like this kid Anthony at my school..but i don't really know him ..well liek we're not friends..but he's becoming friends with my friends. Well...this is tricky because you told M that you liked him before, so now he has got it in in his head that you really like him.
what you should do is just break up with him easily and nicely. say something like, "i thought i liked you a lot but i was just unsure about my feelings towards you. i hope we can still be friends" you will feel much better afterwards.
the thing about S, do not like him. you say he is only into really pretty and skinny girls, that just shows that he is an ass and really shallow. you should not like someone like that.
