Shoval answered Sunday January 29 2006, 7:02 pm: to tighten your abs you should do about 30 sit ups each night before you go to bed and everynight as 30 sit ups gets easier, gradually increase the amount. for your thighs, i recommend leg lifts and running. NOT your back. if you are feeling it in your back.. you are not doing them correctly. if you do them every night.. you will notice a difference. make it a routine.. i do them every night and it really helps. it only takes about 2 minutes.. like half a commercial break. hope it helps! <3
---THE CRUNCHES REALLY WONT HELP YOUR THEIGHS TO MUCH.. YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY SOMETHING.. CALLED SIX INCHES. LAY ON THE FLOOR WITH YOUR HANDS UNDER YOUR BUTT.. AND LIFT YOUR HEELS OFF THE FLOOR ABOUT SIX INCHES. DONT GO TO HIGH.. OR IT WILL NOT HELP. JUST HOLD IT THERE.. AND YOU WILL DEFINATLY FEEL THE BURN IF YOURE DOING IT RIGHT. START OUT SLOW.. AND WORK YOUR WAY UP.. HOLDING LONGER AND LONGER. HOPE THIS HELPS! <3* [ xohhmyxo's advice column | Ask xohhmyxo A Question ]
