okay, so I have limewire an itunes, what I am wondering is how do I get my limewire songs onto my ipod? I've done it once before but I can't remember. Also on my itunes window thing it says, "Marilyn Limewire" But those songs aren't going onto my ipod. Thanks. (link)

KAY, seeing as the person before me was absolutely no help, let me give it a try.
On your Limewire, go to your library, and about the middle of the screen, where it says
'Refresh' and 'Explore'
Click Explore.
In a new window should be all of your files that you've downloaded from Limwire. Find the file you want, right click and click 'Open with' then Itunes. It should go into your Itunes just like that.
But, if that puts the song in your library, and not on your ipod, check the setting on your itunes page when you first plug your ipod in and make sure that the box that says 'Manually manage music' is UNCLICKED.
That should be all it takes.

Background info before I start: (warning: this might be long)
My lil sis = 13
My cousin #1 = 12
My cousin @2 = 10
Those three are really close. When they're together, they're 'the bomb'. My cousins go to a diff. school though. So naturally, the three of them see things differently.
My prob is the following. Today, I was at church and my cousins and lil sis were sitting next to me. I looked at my sis and she was scratching the inner side of her arm (where all the veins and stuff are). I told her to stop 'cause I get uncomforable when I see people scratch themselves. Long story.
Anyway, she kept on doing it till it started to bleed and there was this 'line' on her arm. One of my cousins was doing it too.
I told my mom, she didn't know what was going on. Later, I asked my sis "why the hell were you doing that?" and she replied "because I'm emo".
Emo? Is that scratching act considered to be emo-ish? I'm not against stereotypes and all that, but I'm not sure she knows what she's doing. I think she's been influenced by my cousin (the school she goes to is just .. 'bad') and my cousin's case is worse...Or is this the 'cutting' everyone talks about? I doubt that but I wanna know what's on her mind.
I don't get along with her well and we always end up screaming and kicking after speaking 5 words or something to each other. I'm thinking of creating a new email address and emailing her about all this. I need help. How do I get to talk to her and tell her what she's doing is wrong?

I've actually never heard of this type of self-harm. Cutting is when you actually have some sort of blade, and you cut your skin. Personally, ten and twelve year olds aren't truly 'emo', but that's sort of besides the point.

me and my best guy friend started a friends with benefits relationship but we want to keep it a secret and that was a mutual decision. this has been going on for about 5months now. it has been rediculously hard not to tell my best girl friend and normally i tell her EVERYTHING. while talking to a friend of both of ours i accidentally sliped and spilled the truth to her. she was fine with it and she's a very trustworthy friend and i know she would never tell anyone about us. for about 2weeks i hadn't told my guy friend that one of our friends knew about us. finally yesterday i told him because i don't want to keep things from him. he got mad but played it off just like "w/e doesn't matter" but then when he was leaving he didn't say goodbye. he doesn't know it but i really like him alot, more than just a friend. im in love with him. i don't want to screw anything up because i really believe we have a good chance at a romantic relationship. i apologized to him many times about spilling the beans but i dont think he understands how hard it is to keep it a secret that long from my best friend either. i can sense that he's still mad and i don't know how to show him how much i really love him because we've said "i love you" to each other but it was just as friends. i know this probably sounds confusing but all im asking is how to have a meaningful apology so he'll know i'm really sorry and i really care. First of all, I'd stop being his 'friend with benefits' if you want to be more. He won't respect you if you just throw yourself around.
Secondly, I'd tell him. He can only react one of three ways. He can like you back and you two get together, or you two will remain as friends like before you became friends with benefits, OR, it'll ruin your relationship.
If you really like him all that much, you'll summon the guts to tell him, regardless of what you think the answer will be.
If you aren't ready to spill the beans about your feelings to him so soon, start dropping hints, first.
And be sure, what ever you do, remember to do it GENTLY.
Meaning, saying:
"I don't want to be your whore anymore, but I want to be your girlfriend." MIGHT not be the best way to break it to him.

stupid question but i had a bf and he gave me this singing toy for valentines day.
i dumped him, and now i hate him and i never see him anymore (he moved). well whenever i look at the toy it reminds me of him. i really wanna get rid of it, but i dont wanna throw it away cause he spent his money on it, and i cant give it back to him cause i lost contact with him, and i cant give it to any of my friends cause i told them what he got me.

Yes green tea's healthy-- I completely agree with that. [[But seeing as you didn't give your age]] There's a study showing that like, 90% of altzheimer's patients quit drinking coffee within ten years of being diagnosed. So, if that doesn't apply to you-- just remember it for someone else, or maybe even for you, later in life. :]
But yes, Green tea's very healthy and is filled with antioxidants.

Ah. I had the same problem with my boyfriend for a while. Tell him that it means more when it's said less often. Trust me-- if he understands, then that should help. If it doesn't, take it into your own hands. If you don't see each other for a few days, snuggle with him [or something else just as adorable] and whisper it in his ear. It works. :]

AH! I love my Neutrogena tanning spray. We're best friends, seeing as I burn, rather than tan when I'm at the beach. :]
Get the Micromist tanning one, that's kind of in a gold bottle. MAKE SURE you get the aerosal [sp?] one. It's easier, personally. But, if they don't have that one, the pump spray micromist works justs as well-- exept you just have to pump it, then rub it in [then wash your hands!]. The aerosal one, you just spray on and let it dry. I have both, so it's really just personal preference. I can't remember exactly how much they were, but definitly under $15.
It works WONDERS.
Oh, and about the numbers, like light, medium and dark-- start off with a lower number, like one or two-- so your tan doesn't look so drastic. :]

Well I am 23 and got engaged when I was 17. My mom has been very supportive of this and happy for the two of us. Then my Dad isnt very happy he hasn't talked to me since I told him I was engaged. I know I have never been close to him but it has been really bugging me since I am to be getting married in May. I know that he is not going to be the one to walk me down the isle I told him that along time ago that it would be my brother that is going to. In my opinion, stop waiting for your dad's approval. It doesn't seem like you're going to get it. But, seeing as you already have someone else lined up for the job of the escourting-- don't wait for it.
He doesn't have to approve of it, but he does have to accept it. He needs to know that he can't control it.
His baby's grown up, you're legal and in love. If he hasn't talked to you in six years, hun, I think it's safe to say that all future relationships between the two of you are totally up to you. Your father's not going to come around, so move on or take it into your own hands.

i have aim 5.9 and a virus appeared that sends messages to everyone on my buddy list
someone suggested deleting it and redownloading it
i tried that and it didnt work
so then i tried downloading aim 6.0
everytime i try to sign on it always says

Ah! I got one of those like, last summer.
Let me be the first to tell you, uninstalling it and redownloading it WILL NOT WORK.
Been there, tried that.
Also, updating 6.0 won't help either.
You have a virus. and you need to get rid of it.
How do you get rid of it?
Well, each virus is different. The one I got I tried to run my virus protection and it showed up, but couldn't delete it. But, also, the one I got, would randomly restart my computer whenever it felt like it.
I tried dealing with it for THREE months, until I got so tired of it that I finally called my computer guy. His solution, clear everything off of the modem and start over again, reinstalling only the needed things, plus a better and newer virus protection.
He took my modem for about two weeks, and brought it back good as new.
Of course, though, it cost at least $300, but that's still cheaper than having to buy a completely new computer.

Also check out Hellogoodbye-- songs like Shimmy Shimmy Quarter Turn and All Of Your Love.
I, personally, would almost put Goldfrapp in that category, with songs like Ooh La La and Strict Machine-- two personal favorites by them.
Grace Kelly; Happy Ending; Love Today; Relax, Take it Easy; are all good songs by Mika, I love them.
If you liked Goldfrapp, you might like Shiny Toy Guns-- songs like Le Disko and You Are The One.
I really like Jem too, but she's kinda mellow rockish. Songs by Tami Chynn, like Hot and Hyperventilating aren't so much rock-- but still have a good beat.
Anything by Tatu is good to me-- they're like, techno-ish, though. The Killers and The Pink Spiders are Good, with songs like Somebody Told Me and Little Razorblade.
Veruca Salt is one of my newest favorites. So far my favorites are Cannonball and Seether. They just make you want to dance. :] But, if you're limewire-ing, they're a little harder to find.

what are good beach-ish vacation spots? this summer i want to go somewhere different and really nice. don't say like hawaii or something, and not florida i've been too many times. i have beaches at home, but they get pretty boring. i was thinking like virginia or myrtle beach or something? has anyone been? what's there to do? how was it?

Mm. I live in Florida, actually. I'm only about an hour away from the coast.
Panama City's fantastic- it's in the panhandle.
Albama and Mississippi both have good beach spots, exept you might have to watch, because after Katrina alot of the beaches were pretty trashed and haven't completely gotten over that.
I really like Gulf Shores, in Alabama. Orange Beach is also good in Alabama.
Atlantic Beach is in North Carolina, that's a good beach-- water was a little cold for me, but I still liked it.
Nags Head, I believe it is, has a nice beach.
Isle of Palms is nice, in South Carolina.
Myrtle beach is nice-- a little too tourist-y for my taste, though.

I'd just give it a couple days and try again. Myspace wasn't originally meant for such a large crowd, but when it got it, it became really slow and they have to do alot of maintenance.. so things are usually updated within a week or two.

I used the original crest whitestripes twice a day for like, two weeks [as instructed] but it says like, thirty minutes at a time, i'd usually end up doing them longer, to make sure i got my teeth really really white-- and after like, three or four days i noticed a difference, and by the time i was done, it was a really big difference.

i have a fictionpress.com account and a fanfiction.net account, and i can promise you-- they look almost exactly the same, at least, in my opinion.
FIRST THINGS FIRST: click on 'Stories' on the left hand side. if it says you haven't agreed to the guidelines and such, click on 'Guidelines,' scroll down and click 'Agree'. Then, it'll send you back to the previous page, this time the font will be green, if it was previously orange.
Click on 'New Story' and it'll send you to a page that says, 'First step: Click to select a category'.
Follow the prompted instructions, by filling in the blanks and such, and once you've set up your story-- then set up each chapter.
Go to 'Documents' on the left side of your screen, then towards the top right, it'll say, 'Docs guide' 'Documents' and 'Edit/Preview'
Click 'Documents'
Scroll down to the bottom, where it says, 'File on Computer:' click 'Browse' and click on your story, then 'Open'.
Then you have to click a 'Document label.' Which is basically so when you're going through your stories and stuff, they're labeled in your fanfiction folders--and such.
just type in the title of your story and the chapter name or number-- that should do the trick.
Then click 'Submit Document.'
Scroll back up-- you'll see where your labeled document is, if you want to edit or preview it, hit 'Edit/Preview.'
That show's what you've just uploaded.
