Hi my name is Lee Ann. I am 29 years old and Graduated from Bethany college obtaining a bachelors of music. I am a happily married woman with two kids, ages3 and 2. I currently have six books out on the market, all of which can be found on amazon. The first is called The Leaf: One fallen heart and a burning desire, my second is called Avengement of Glory, my third is called Spiral of Enlightenment, fourth one is called Prodigy of the Immortal, fifth one is called Augment in the Realm of Darkness, and my sixth novel is called Bond in the Spiritual Heart. I started this advice column to see if I could give good advice. Turns out I am pretty good, better than I thought actually. I enjoy seeing people smile when I give them good advice and they use it. It makes me feel better as a person to help people. I want to make the world a better place and I think that starting an advice column is the right way to begin. Writing is a huge part of my life, without it, I wouldn't be able to function properly. After seven years, I think I have done pretty well as an advice columnist.

Here goes my story I already know this girl for almost two years now and lately she is quite acting really wierd for the past three months now.. It goes like this I usually hear my name with one of her friends. Whenever I get close to her,her friends kinda laugh and they do some signallings with her. I usually catch her staring at me or doing eye contact.. And one thing she really cares for me like always keeps on telling me what things to do, What to wear and etc...At one time we have this contest about a play in English class.. At the back stage she suddenly said that she wants to put her hankerchief inside my pocket oh for pete's sake she could just put it inside her own pocket.. Im quite sure her pockets is empty.. And sometimes whenever I tease her she get's really mad Im mean not that Mad like in joking manner..and to top it all off when me and my classmates went on a practice at her house I notice something's wrong I noticed that all her relatives (ie, uncle,cousins,her mom) kinda smile at me and stared at me for a few seconds maybe she told her relatives about me. Well that's about it well I could put more examples but it's gonna be quite too long for just an advice hope this helps..

I think thsat she likes you and she is afraid that if you find out you will lose what you have. She is flirting with you to see if do it back. She might have told her family that she likes you and didnt want them to say anything. Families always smile when they know you kid likes someone. If you like her too why dont you write her a note or an email or just talk to online to find out if she likes you and if she does then you should be with her. You should always be with someone that you can laugh with.

Well this guy, he asked me out and then we dated, for a week and a half, until i kind of thought he was getting closer to my friend, Emma.I talked to him on msn and asked him if he liked her, but he didnt say anything and then i go "Look i dont care about anything, all i want to know is do you still love me?" and he goes "Look there is no point, you have lost my trust what more can you lose?" and i go "I just want to know Do you like Emma?" and he said "Im sorry i cannot go out with you anymore." and he dumped me. Then next week, he blocked me and deleted me on msn..oh and he looks at me alot in class. We were playing volleyball in sport, and he would look at me alot and yeah. My other friend is in his roll call class and she said he looked upset in roll call class after he dumped me..Please help!! and also he is a goth

I think that dumping you was a way of getting rid of his anger. I think something happened and he paniced and he did the only thing that would ease the pain. When he finally relized what he did he felt guilty because that is not what he wanted to do. Maybe if you talked to him face to face where he cant run then maybe you get something out of him. Or have ytou friend talk to him for you. Dont worry i dont think it is what it seems to be. Sometimes people can shut you out and wont talk you about how they are feeling.

I know this sounds really weird, but is it normal to have a little crush on a character in a movie? Not the actor, but the character. Because, I have no idea why, but I kind of have a crush on the Phantom from "Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom..." I don't know why. Maybe it's because he's so dramatic, you really feel for him, has a great voice, and/or the unmasked side of his face is goodlooking. Is this pathetic?

Not really my brother has a crush on Tomb Raider the girl from the video game not the person that played in the movie. I know lots of people that have crushes on people that are not real. Dont feel like you are a complete weirdo because i havent never met anyone that is normal. Everyone has something that seems like it is weird but it isnt wierd at all. You are not pathetic either you just want to find someone with the same mysterious personality. This shows that you have a type of guy you want.

okay recently my friend has got her dream guy and already we dont hang out because shes always with him. obvisouly i knew this was going to happen but now im always mad at her for talking about him. i am TOTALY happy for her but is there any way that i can get her to realize that she is blowing off her friends for him without being rude. thanks for any advice you can give me!

I know it is hard to have friends with boyfriends, maybe if you found a guy you could hang out with them. It is not right that she is blowing you off but maybe if you just told her what she it doing. If you dont say something the problem will continue and nothing will be solved. Maybe if you asked to lunch or go to the mall together and talk to her about it face to face.

Well, I go to a lot of concerts because I LOVE live music. Problem is, I have to miss a lot of them because they're 18 or 21 and older. :( Now I don't drink or smoke or do drugs or anything (I'm 14) but I really want a fake ID for 18 or 19 years old so I can get in and see the bands. I wouldn't use it for the alcohol or ciggs or anything, and I do look older so it could work. I believe putting age limits on shows is a stupid thing to do because it just alienates the fans. Do you think my parents would let me? (They trust me a lot, by the way.)

And if this doesnt work, any ideas on how to get into 18+ shows?

Well for band concerts you just need to buy the tickets and if you need to show id to get a ticket just get someone else to buy the ticket for you and then have them give you the ticket. I have been to alot of concerts and i wasnt 18 thats stupid if they make where you live be 18. at the concerts there are booths where you can buy beer but people that are younger than 18 to go to the concert.

I am a person that believes in fate and if you are meant to be with him you will but it may take some time. Take some time to figuare out what you want and then take action about it. I alos dont think age matters if it helps my mom and real dad ( i have step parents)are 10 yearsw apart she is 40 and my dad will be turning 51. If you really care for the guy then you should be with him. Dont let him get away if you truly want to be with him.

Okay well I had this boyfriend and we were only going out for two weeks and then he called me and said that we cant go out anymore. I wasnt that dissapointed because we hadnt been going out for too long. But then my best guy friend sent me their conversation and the kid that dumped me was really mad he did. He only did it because someone told him it would be weird to go out with me. He just asked me out again and I know that he will dump me again because that is what he did last year too. What should i do

If you feel that you dont want to be hurt or go through what you did the last time then you shouldnt go through with it. You make the decision based on how you feel and about what you want. He probably will do it again but are you willing to take the risk.

OMG I just had the worst night ever at my job. Well I work in a large superstore in the clothing department. This lady wanted someone in the toy section to help her take down a game on the top shelf. I told her I'd help find someone from that department to assist her. Well I couldnt find anyone and then she started to get really mad at me. I was under a lot of pressure so I phoned the manager of the store. He said that no one showed up for work in the toy department that night, so no one could help her. Then I told him how mad she was and then he got mad at me and said "what what does she expect us to do??" and then I tried to calm him down and then he said he would send someone to help her. Well finally someone came down to help her but I'm really worried that I'll be in trouble for what I did. I didn't know what else to do, so I felt phoning the manager was the only option I have. Also, I have to be at work tomorrow and I'm terrified the store manager is going to complain about me to my supervisor. Does anyone have any advice? And do you think I'm in a lot of trouble?

I dont think you are in any kind of trouble. Its not your job to take care of someone elses job its not your fault they didnt show up for work and you did the right thing trying to help out. Anyone that should be mad is you. It was the only option for you. He had no right yelling at you b/c you were just doing your job. He is the kind of person that is trying to intimidate you. If you go to work like you dont care what happened he will get mad and not say anything.

how do i know if my love life is falling apart?

When you find that your love life is falling aprt is when you dont care about boys or dont care about yourself or what others think. If you dont talk to boys or hang out with any of them that is usually a sign that you dont want love or dont want to bother trying to find it. I dont think your love life is falling apart though.

You have an infection if it hurts when you pee. If you go to a store like rite aid they will have medicine for that. I think you have a yeast infection

I'm 15/f. I just moved states & I miss my friends a lot! The problem is, I feel really left out. I talk to my one of my best friends two times a week. The problem is, she'll never tell me her secrets. We were like the "quad" I had 3 best friends, and we'd tell each other everything. Now it's just them three. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice? They never tell me anything.

Show them that they can trust you. Its not like you are going to tell them. Tell them one of your secrets if you have a secret that you just want them to know they may tell you something in return. If you show them that you can keep their secrets even though you are not close by they will tell you everything.

My brother and I are both 17 and I'm a girl. Yes, we're twins.

A few days ago he asked my dad to buy him something for his car. I don't know what it's called but it doesn't really matter.

Well, I was standing right there when he was asking him and I told my dad not to get it for him because he had one before and it annoyed EVERYONE in my family. Specially me. And I was the reason he had to get rid of it before. We don't share a car or anything it just really annoyed me.

So, of course my dad said no. My brother then went to my mom to try to convince her. He did a great job with that and now she is on his side. But, she couldn't convince my dad.

After a while of bugging my dad about it, my dad gave in and said that if I said yes then he could get it. I thought about it for a while and said no. My brother then told me that he'd give me 50 bucks if I said yes. I thought about it some more and told him that I would say yes if he gave me 100 dollars. With a little bit of arguing we agreed that if he gave me 75 dollars I'd say yes.

And that is EXACTLY what we said--75 bucks IF I SAID YES.

So, I told my dad that I'd be okay if he got the part thing for him. He asked why and I told him about the 75 dollars.

With that, my dad and brother went to the car store (or whatever it's called) to get the part. They didn't find it. They then went to another place and still were not able to get it. After that my dad was tried so they came home.

When they got home I asked where it was and my brother said that everyone they went to was out. He then asked for his money back and I said no. The deal was that if I said yes then I'd get the money. How was I supposed to know they wouldn't have the part?

Well, we got into a big argument and then my dad told me to just give him his money back. I was really mad but I gave it back anyways. My dad then told my brother that since he did that to me, he couldn't get the thing for his car.

Now my brother is mad at me because he says it's my fault (okay dickhead, you're the one that went back on your word).

He's acting like the biggest baby and it's really annoying! How can i get him to just shut the hell up and get over himself?

The best thing to do for him is help him find the part. The sooner you find the part he will leave you alone and you get the money back again. Offer to help him and he wont bug you or blame you.

I think that having sex is something that you should do when you feel that you are ready for any possibility. You should do it if your ready for a kid or something like that. I think that you should wait til you married but if you are completely ready then you should do it whenever you are sure there is no exact time when you should do it.

For a clear face the best thing i would recommend is clean and clear. Thats the stuff i use. If you get the cover up that is called cover girl and it kinda looks like a toilet seat. Thats the best cover up b/c it makes you skin look great. Using Pantene or Loreal shampoo and then putting on conditioner on only ur ends helps restore your hair. After you wash it blow dry it in sections. Fist half then pull more hair dow and then dry the rest. After that straighten it into sections and it should take the frizz out to.

this might be long but i realy have a problem

me and my friend had been best friends since 4th grade and have been there for each other through thick and thin. last year around febuary she moved to a different state.. but we still talked every day. everything was going good up until the middle of october... when i would call her but she wouldnt call back, and shed say she was watching a tv show or was too tired.. well that got old pretty fast, so i sent her something that was like you act like you dont care about me anymore and i get a 'you know i care' we got into a big discussion because whenever we'd talk for a little bit it would be about her... so for a couple weeks we hadnt talked, and then we finally did when i called her and it turned into a hour of crying and saying she still cared. we got off the phone and she said shed call me tomorrow, suprise suprise i didnt get a call. ive tried making casual conversation with her but she is always busy and has to go. then a week later i get a text asking why i havent called her and 'you say im not being a good friend' then it just got into a war and how im making a huge deal out of this... and she turned all of this around to be my fault when i dont think it is.. finally i just told her id have my cell whenever she wanted to talk.

i havent talked to her since and whenever i try to say something shes always like sorry im doing something brb its just stupid and im not sure what to do its like she doesnt want to even be friends with me anymore randomly. she doesnt even im me when were both on... i just dont know what i should do so if anyone has any suggestions let me know... thank you

I think that having a long distance friendship is hard and takes time to get use to. I think you should keep trying b/c if you give up you will lose contact with her all together. Maybe you should find another friend that wont do that to you. I know that she is treating yuou this way and i know that it isnt right. A new friend would help you get through this and give advice and talking to her about might help too. Always start the conversation b/c if you dont do it who will. If you never give up you wont lose.

hey everyone! does anyone noe a good way to stop split ends? i have a ceramic and it`s killer to my hair! i rate high! please help

First you should have someone cut off the dead ends off or at elast egt them trimmed. After that shampooing your hair and then using conditioner just on your ends should help prevent them from coming back. I dont have very many deads after doing this process. Get you hair trimmed about once or twice every 2 months.

Ok so i am a 17 female and ive been with my boyfriend for about 3 1/2 months...i had heard some stuff that made me upset...so i asked him about it..he told me that he would never hurt me and the reason for that is that he loved me--the problem is he wrote it through a text message...he says he wants to say it 2 my face but its hard because of what had happend in the past...all he is waiting for is for us to be alone and the right moment...so when do u think that will be? i want to say it back but i dont know when the right moment is either help

You should wait until you really mean it. He may feel that saying someting like that takes the right place and the right time. he feels that waiting for the right moment will make it more romantic. I think that when you are both ready t say it then you will but being patient is the key. Try keeping your mind off of it for awile. Talk about something other than that and that will help you be more patient about the situation.

Well, not really. Okay. I'm 16, I go to uni, but I have no idea how to put on make-up. I have a very pale skin ('cause I don't eat meaty stuff and no fruit), I have big green eyes, long eyelashes, dark drown hair with purple highlights here and there (hair = long). Any tips?...All I do is I take this dark red eyeliner and orange eyeshadow. And I use those to create this weird look. I go to an Arts uni, but when it comes to make-up colors, I'm totally lost. SOS!

If you have light skin you should use light colors to bring out a you complexion. I suggest using light blue or light pink. If you go to Claires or something they will have the light colors for you and its cheap too and works really well. Also putting on a light blush color too. Putting it on lightly. Some mascara will make your eyelashes separated and make them longer. Putting on black eyeliner helps bring out your eye color. I suggest a light color lipstick like clear so that it makes your eyes shiny and you should look great with these combinations.

Occasionally I'll just catch a 'glimpse' of a girls chest when I'm talking to her, sometimes they notice, sometimes they don't. Do you think its rude or offensive? I don't do it on purpose, but I do realize when I do it. If most would rather that not happen then I'd try to stop. So what do you think?

Well it depends on hat you thinking when you are looking at them Some girls get offensie especially if they are trying to talk to you then you should look them in the eye and listen. And some girls like b/c it makes them feel attractive. It depends on the person. If you find a person who is sweet and innocent they will ind it offensive. If you find someone who is outgoing then it wont be they wont mind it at all. I mean you are a guy so that is in your nature to do that.
