Hi my name is Jen - I am 33 and married; a graphic desinger, a big sister, movie lover, horse rider, and board game nerd.

I went on vacation and met this perfect guy there. We hung out everyday for 2 weeks. We "were a couple" for about a week. I havent seen him now for 2 months and it has been the hardest thing ever. We both still have really strong feelings for eachother but i am kinda starting to like this guy at skool. I am going to go see him for Thanksgiving. Should i totally forget about this guy and go for someone who lives in the same state (since i will only be able to see him about 3 times a year)?? I dont kno what to do so please help me!

Where do you see this relationship going? When will you be able to be close to one another so you can have a realationship? Long distance relationships don't work unless you have a goal in mind. A plan of when you will be together.

Don't waste away your youth waiting around for a guy that isn't there. Live you life, experiance going out with different people. And if there is a time when you can be with the boy you like, then think about a relationship.

Um, like my period started today and it usually lasts 5 days which means its last day wil be on Tuesday... the first day of school!... so like I was wondering if you all knew anything that could shorten it by like just a day... for example things I could do n such. Thanks

Your a jerk, you don't deserve her. You couldn't even break-up with her yourself, and then you call her names. I hope you have learned you lesson, and treat women with respect in the future!

my best friend likes this gurl. 1 night i was @ his house and he fell asleep as he was on the phone with her. So i picked the phone up and talked to her till 7 in the morn. Now i really like her. Hes scared to ask her out . Im not should i or shuld i not ask her out

Hi!!!
I have a problem I just wanna know what a normal 14 years old teenager's weight and height because I think Im fat, but I dont want to get fat and I think Im small to.
Im 5'3 and weight 115 pounds.
What can I do, Im just new here in this country so I dont know the procedure here so much, I dont know if I can go to gym in my age, so I can work out.
And what will I do to get taller.

Before you hurt yourself, try to tell your parents that if you can't get it done by a professional, that you are going to attempt it yourself. Maybe that will change their minds. Or try going to differnet shops and see if they card you or not. It's not like you are getting your toung pierced.

Well, if you think even a little bit that they might like you back, tell them about it. Nothing really direct, just, "I think you're really cool and wish you were my boyfriend/girlfriend because we'd have a great time." If you're not sure, or too chicken to tell them, just try to be the best friend you can be and go with it. Being friends is pretty cool all the time, and it keeps you open to all possibilities.

Hi , okay when i wake up and i brush my teeth , after i get a HORRIBLE stomach ache ! it really sucks because it ruins my day ! is it normal? am i doing something wrong when i brush my teeth? PLEESE HELP ! I RATE 5 !

Floride is actually quite bad for you. It even says on the tube "if swallowed seek medical attention immediatly." If you swallow any of your toothpaste, yes it will give you a stomache ache. And you just may be more sensitvie to it. Try using a toothpaste without floride.

Also do you eat breakfast in the morning? If not the only thing siting in your stomach is a little toothpaste. Eating a little food will help soak up the little bit that is sensitive to your stomache.

I bet the school nurse would agreee the most common complaint she gets is stomache aches, and it is almost always because the students don't eat their breakfast.

A hermit crab. Unlike a fish, you can actually play with it. And it is easier to clean it's cage, fish tanks you have to deal with filters, and it can get messy and expensive to replace. All you have to do with a hermit crab is feed and water it. And they are cheap!

I'm in 8th grade but i'm pretty smart so i get to skip alot of 8th grade actually.I'm taking earth science and math A and i was wondering how hard or easy it was.I've heard from a couple people who took it this year it was hard and from others sit was pointless and easy.It's nothing really important or anything just something i'm a lil worried about.i'll give you a 5 for answering and giving me your adive.Thanks alot

They sound pretty easy to me, especially if you are ahead of your class. As long as you apply yourself, you should have no trouble. But what the heck is math A? Algebra, Geometry, Calculus?

My friend has been married for 3 years. She and her husband are expecting their first child in December. (It's a boy.) They are trying to pick a name. Her husband really likes the name Jonathan, but he doesn't know that she has an ex-boyfriend named Jonathan. Do you think she should tell him about her ex or just go ahead and name the baby Jonathan anyway?

Why hide a silly fact like that from your husband? Is there something more she is trying to hide? Unless she has a problem with the name, or her ex, then I don't know why they can't use it.

my form teacher is utterly shameful, she doesnt even know our names by heart after 8months being our form teacher. she calls us "eh, girl. eh you. eh come here." grr how do u deal with teachers like this?? to me its rather disrespectful on her part not even knowing her own class students' names. -rei

Speaking from experiance, I have a terrible time with names. And when you are dealing with a lot of people, like a teacher would, it is even harder. I think you need to give her a break.

What's ways to get people back - like TP them and stuff like that i need answers FAST =O nothing to bad tho-- just stuff to do to their yard or house or something any ideas??X3 the kers

Once instead of TP we used ribbon. It was quite pretty actually. Or if you are darring "borrow" a bunch of signs, like open house, political campaign, garage sale, and pink flamingos and stick them all in their yard. That's pretty funny, the seniors when I was in high school did that on the last day of school.

ok well i'm going back to school from my summer break soon and I want to wipe out my old reputation and make a big impression. What's the best way I can seem confrident and make lots of new friends?

The biggest thing that helps is really the simplest thing. Just say hi, how are you doing. Say hi to the people sitting next to you in class, your locker neighbors, and really anyone you make eye contact with. By showing you are a friendly person, people are more willing to talk to you.
