I work with an elderly lady who can't seem to mind her own business. I'm the office manager and so she blames me for all her failings, like not getting raises, not being allowed to check voicemail, etc. She won't be honest with me about the way she feels yet she has no problem running her mouth about me and everyone else to anyone willing to listen. We have a very small office, there is only 5 of us here. So of course everyone knows what she says b/c that's how gossip is. Anyway, she's making my work difficult and making up lies to the boss and I want it stopped. How can I do this without stooping to her level?

hey, forget about it. i know its hard because she is just going out of her way to make your lfe harder. but dont let her bring you done. honestly she will get what she deserves. in the end all the lies will catch up with her. so just hang in there. cait ♥

Hi, I downloaded Grisoft Virus control yesterday, and ran a scan. It said I had two viruses, and I can't delete either of them. For one of them, under result it says "Virus identified Java/OpenStream", and under result for that one it says "Infected, embedded file". When I click it, it says "Selected object is in the archive and cannot be healed..."


Basically, my question is what am I going to do about this?

I just got a 5th generation 30gb ipod. I got it Sunday, yes Yesterday and I dropped it in my sink today! After that it worked for less than 5 minutes, then had a low battery sign, and completley shut off.. now I have a symbol that pops up wiht a sad face on it, and an ecalimation point. What does this mean and how do I get my iPod to start wokring again?!?

someone once told me on this website that if you take a cold shower you can burn off extra colories because you body has to warm up and by doing so you burn off more calories. is this true? if it is would it be the same if i took a run during the winter when it was cold would i burn more calories. please help. ill rate 5's!

Hey, It could be true. But the number of calories you would be burning would not be alot. Your better off running or doing crunches or walking on a tredmill you would burn more calories doing that. It would be better then freezing your butt off too. Hope i have helped. Please rate.

i weigh about 150 pounds and i want to weigh about 120 or 110 by the summer so i can wear cute bathingsuits and stuff. how can i do this. i play basketball and softball and for softball we have winter workouts and we run alot. but what else can i do , my problem areas are my butt,stomach,arms, and thighs. please help ill rate 5's!!!

Hey, okay first of all dont just pick a number to loose. I wouldnt recomend that. It depends on your height. Say your 5`0 then your perfect weight is 100 pounds. Say your 5`1 then your perfect weight is 105 pounds. Keep doign that up to your weight and everytime you go up add 5 pounds. Do a 100 crunhces every other day or a number that your comfrotable with. ON the days your not doing crunches run or walk on the tredmill. Only eat 2 meals a day. No snacking in between. Drink diet soda or water. The better choice is water tho. Hope i have helped.
