someone once told me on this website that if you take a cold shower you can burn off extra colories because you body has to warm up and by doing so you burn off more calories. is this true? if it is would it be the same if i took a run during the winter when it was cold would i burn more calories. please help. ill rate 5's!

Your better off running or doing crunches or walking on a tredmill you would burn more calories doing that. It would be better then freezing your butt off too. Hope i have helped. Please rate.
