i weigh about 150 pounds and i want to weigh about 120 or 110 by the summer so i can wear cute bathingsuits and stuff. how can i do this. i play basketball and softball and for softball we have winter workouts and we run alot. but what else can i do , my problem areas are my butt,stomach,arms, and thighs. please help ill rate 5's!!!
2 Eggs 1 cup of oatmeal 1 apple (or orange or cup of berries or melon)
LUNCH
1 chicken breast
1 big bowl lettuce and tomato (and anyother vegetable)
1 tablespoon of dressing
1 bowl cooked broccoli
1 fruit
or
4 oz sliced turkey
steamed vegetables
with 1 tablespoon butter
big salad.
1 fruit
or
6 oz any kind of fish
steamed veggies
big salad with 1 tablespoon dressing
1 fruit.
DINNER:
Same as Lunch plus, or you can have beef (6 ounces)
When you need a snack, it should be apples, hard boiled eggs, or string cheese. You need to keep your metabolism working all day and your blood sugar stable.
Male sure you get 30-45 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-4 days a week is good. (jogging, elliptical trainer, biking, softball, swimming, tennis, etc.) then, on the days that you don't do sports, try to get some pilates or yoga. Meetmyyimshi13 answered Sunday January 22 2006, 4:32 pm: hmm..i'll tell you my workout routine that works for me..i do 20 minutes on treadmill then i do 100 jumping jacks..then i do 50 cunches..then i run up and down the stairs 20 times..if that's to much then you can do less...but it works for me..and here's one of the most imporant things you need to know NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST!!!!..trust me it really is the most important meal of the day..drink a lot of water..and don't eat right after practice or workouts...try to aviod snacking but it you have to them have a paice of fruit..i have a really slow metabolism so i have to workout and watch what i eat and this works for me..i hope it works for you too..bye bye [ Meetmyyimshi13's advice column | Ask Meetmyyimshi13 A Question ]
KiSSxMYxPEARLS answered Sunday January 22 2006, 3:21 pm: I have a few work-outs to tone your butt & thighs =). I don't care/know if your going to use these, but they actually might help you out a little bit.
1)Kneel on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips,with your abs pulled up and in toward your spine.
2)Bend your right leg at a 9O-degree angle and slowly life it until your thigh is parallel to the floor.
3)Keeping your right leg bent, slowly lower your right knee to the outside of your left leg. It's okay if your knee doesn't touch the floor.
4)Raise your right leg back across your left, straightening it as you raise it, until your leg is extended behind your butt, parallel to the floor. Pause,then return to the starting position.
♥One-legged bridge(tones butt & hips)♥
1)Lie on your back with your knees bent and your heels about a foot in front of your butt, with your arms at your sides,palms down. Raise your right knee toward your chest.
2)Pull your abs up and in toward your spine and squeeze your butt muscles as you slowly raise your pelvis toward the ceiling until your left knee,hip,and shoulder form a straight line. Pause your two seconds, then,using your butt muscles, slowly lower your pelvis toward the floor,keeping your right knee raised. *Do 3 sets of 8-10, then switch sides*

Say your 5`0 then your perfect weight is 100 pounds. Say your 5`1 then your perfect weight is 105 pounds. Keep doign that up to your weight and everytime you go up add 5 pounds. Do a 100 crunhces every other day or a number that your comfrotable with. ON the days your not doing crunches run or walk on the tredmill. Only eat 2 meals a day. No snacking in between. DancinCutie08 answered Sunday January 22 2006, 1:40 pm: eat better. no more junk food or pop (if you drink 1 can a pop a day for a year most woman gain about 17 pounds) loose weight before you work out because all the fat will turn to muscle but then just turn to fat again but if you get rid of the fat first then muscle cant turn back into fat. also dont snack before meals of after practice. ive found out if a wait like an our after practice (i play softball 2) that im not as hungry [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
