Breakfast:
1 Cup of Oatmeal with 1 cup strawberries with 1 cup of sugarfree yogurt.
OR--
2 Eggs 1 cup of oatmeal 1 apple (or orange or cup of berries or melon)
LUNCH
1 chicken breast
1 big bowl lettuce and tomato (and anyother vegetable)
1 tablespoon of dressing
1 bowl cooked broccoli
1 fruit
or
4 oz sliced turkey
steamed vegetables
with 1 tablespoon butter
big salad.
1 fruit
or
6 oz any kind of fish
steamed veggies
big salad with 1 tablespoon dressing
1 fruit.
DINNER:
Same as Lunch plus, or you can have beef (6 ounces)
When you need a snack, it should be apples, hard boiled eggs, or string cheese. You need to keep your metabolism working all day and your blood sugar stable.
Male sure you get 30-45 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-4 days a week is good. (jogging, elliptical trainer, biking, softball, swimming, tennis, etc.) then, on the days that you don't do sports, try to get some pilates or yoga.

Your breakfast needs protein as does your lunch. You should eat a couple of eggs or some sausage for breakfast with a bit of oatmeal (1/2 cup).
For lunch you need to eat protein as well. You should have a cooked vegetable, like broccoli and either a can of tuna, or 5 oz of salmon, or chicken or 4 oz of beef with your salad.
Your dinner sounds good.
if you need a snack, it should be apples, hard boiled eggs, or string cheese. You need to keep your metabolism working all day and your blood sugar stable.
As far as exercise, you need to NOT do 100 crunches a day. they won't do anything except for strain your neck and back. they won't help you lose weight nor will they tone your stomache.
30-45 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-4 days a week is good. (jogging, elliptical trainer, biking, etc.) then, on the days that you don't do cardio, you should be doing pilates or yoga.

Some boys flirt a lot. They like the idea of lots of girls liking them. It makes them feel good about themselves. If he isn't going out with you he's probably not scared, he's probably just not into you. If he were, he'd go out with you. Move on and find a boy who does like you.

I'm taking up BS Nursing right now, on my 2nd year...But my dreams of becoming a dermatologist is getting bigger than my dreams of being a nurse..So, how do I get there? should I finish nursing first? shift to a more relevant course? (link)

I think that you should keep all your options open. Medical school is a long process, that includes applying. You should stay in Nursing school, study for and take your GMATS, apply, see where you get in, and then, if you are ready, go for it. If not, defer your admission for a year and begin the following year when you've graduated. You can always do nursing part time to earn money in medical school. Many people do that.
