Weight tables

Where can i get a weight table for a 13 year old???

I also know this question is asked a lot, but how can I work on my thighs, abs, and arms??

You can find a weight table at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) (I'm not calling you fat, that's the name of the site and the tables are on the left side bar). If you ever find a weight table, trust me, they aren't accurate and you should ask a doctor about your weight for an accurate answer.

To tone your thighs, you need to do sqauts, lunges, leg lifts, side leg lifts, and you need to run or jog. You just need to do a few sets of each and you will see results in a few weeks.

To tone your abs, you need to do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. Do a few sets of 10 for each exercise and increase the amount you do when you're ready.

To tone your arms, you just need to do push ups and lift weights.

there really isn't an average weight, you are healthy based on your height and weight, not your age.

Ask your mom if she thinks it is okay fro you to try them.. if she says yes, try taking fewer then the bottle says.. to se what your reaction to them is.. then if she says no

Try excercising.. I wouldn't recomend a diet though because those can be harmgul to growth..

on your thigh exercise, try bicyicle kicks.. where your on your back head of the ground feet off the gorund in a 90 degree angle and act liek riding a bike that should help abs as well

try pedlers for abs though .. lay on your back hands under yur but feet 6 in off the ground and straigth.. and kick then up and down about 6 inches..!

arms.. just get a big circular weight and put it near your collarbone and push upwards this is called a military press!
