Tell her exacltey how you feel AND the risks, STDs and pregnancy... way to young to be having a kid! So just tell her that maybe she should wait until she knows shes REALLY ready and hes the one she wants to lose it to.make sure you tell how you feel and that you care...ANd if she does decide to do it just tell her to be careful

if thats all your eating then yes..its not good your not getting all the nutrients that you need like you need to eat meat,fruit, and breads.. maybe you could eat like 3 salads with like chicken in it and maybe some fruit and have like a little thing of bread..even though thats not a lot but you should eat something healthy or go see a doctor

hey folks... i need a little help here. i weigh 200lbs and am 5"7... (i'm 14, female) i really need to lose some weight. i don't need to lose it real fast... just like, 10 or 15lbs in the next month and a half... any tips?

i dont really think its that healthy to lose that much in that amout of time but to lose weight you could eat healthy, drink a lot of water,and excersize(running,lifting weights, and all that stuff)

yes you need to tell someone..your mom wont let your dad hurt you...this doesnt happen all the time so you really need to do something...you should really press charges even though you love him and hes your dad but he didnt something really wrong so you should tell someone before he does it again

well you should drink a lot of water maybe replace all the other drinks you drink with water..my dad has this stuff where it blocks the fat you could use that but it would probably taste odd well you can drink like milk or orange juice to give you nutrients and all that stuff i think you would be fine to since you work out and are a basketball player

I have been best friends with kara for almost a year. Just the other day, she broke up with her boyfriend. And that same day, someone new asked her out. She said yes, and has been ditching me ever since. Because we go to different schools, we talk on the phone every night. Now, when i call her house she always says got to go, i will call you back in 5, and never does. she might be jealous but people change and i think you guys are growing apart and maybe you should find new friends or the people that you have been hanging out with and i dont think that anyone should be treated like that saying ill call you back in 5 and not calling and then you have to call like all the time and then you find out shes ditching you thats happened to me before

well my dad he started to smoke a lot but he wont addmit it but anyhoo they might be smoking as a way to let out stress..well you can ask your like your mom and dad about the way you feel and that your scared of what might happen they will probably understand

ok well i scrunch my hair by like drying it off with a towel so its not that wet and then i take some gel and come from the bottom of my hair and go to the top where it starts and then i put some hair spray in to and do the same thing and when im done its kind of wet so i go in my room and turn on the fan to help it dry faster..
