Hi my name is Lee Ann. I am 29 years old and Graduated from Bethany college obtaining a bachelors of music. I am a happily married woman with two kids, ages3 and 2. I currently have six books out on the market, all of which can be found on amazon. The first is called The Leaf: One fallen heart and a burning desire, my second is called Avengement of Glory, my third is called Spiral of Enlightenment, fourth one is called Prodigy of the Immortal, fifth one is called Augment in the Realm of Darkness, and my sixth novel is called Bond in the Spiritual Heart. I started this advice column to see if I could give good advice. Turns out I am pretty good, better than I thought actually. I enjoy seeing people smile when I give them good advice and they use it. It makes me feel better as a person to help people. I want to make the world a better place and I think that starting an advice column is the right way to begin. Writing is a huge part of my life, without it, I wouldn't be able to function properly. After seven years, I think I have done pretty well as an advice columnist.

i been with my gf for 2 months and she says she loves me. i told her its not love, we are getting 2 know each other love will deverlope if we meant 4 each other, time will say so. was that right?
Sometimes people say that because that they way people do it. People automatically think if you are dating you ar ein love. If you are not truly in love then your right. But eventually love will come into the relationship. Soemtimes people do fall in love quickly but you shouldnt say if thats not truly how you feel. You will know when you are in love and time will tell.
ok so i am 103lbs 5'4" but i have no muscle. i want to gain muscle and get rid of this roll i have at my stomach. its gross. you honestly wouldnt think at my weight i could have a pudgy tummy but it sits ontop of my jeans and it makes me feel bad. i normally skip breakfast, snack at lunch and just eat dinner. what could i do differently. ive been doing 50 sit ups a day for like 6 months and its not helping anything. what should i do? i want it gone fast in time for spring. help!
Sounds like you hae water weight bulding up in your stomach the best way to get rid of it fats is to drink nothing but water no pop and dont eat any candy. Exercising does help but you dont always have to do that. MY friend doesnt exercise she eats based on weight watchers and she has lost alot of weight in 3 weeks.

the first poem. She is deeply in love with a man who doesnt love her. She is saying that when you love someone that is the true meaning of living.
the second poem means that people who act like themselves is the person they are for example someone who is nice would be considered a nice person. If someone is mean they will be meanto others. The nice person has th epower to be mean but doesnt because it is not in their nature. People can change like a flower does in the summer and winter. In the summer it is nice and sweet but it can die and become the meanest and ugliest. We inherit our personalities form our parents. Whether you are rich or poor can determine how you would act. We change with every choice we make.
(it's long but important info.) ever since this guy moved here (we'll call him James) I've liked him so much. James is the only guy I've ever trusted and the only one I can be my 100% self in front of. We're like brother and sister and we never get mad at each other. He knows I've liked him and he's liked me at times, but James has had 2 serious girlfriend during the time I've known him, and the current one is over a year already. I told James I love him and he took it well, but was in an awkward position because hes deeply in love with his girlfriend, we'll call her Kayla. I originally was fine with him having a girlfriend and respected it and talked to Kayla when he would have people over his house. Kayla was nice to me too. But a couple days ago Kayla was at James's house and I was bored to I texted James (not knowing kayla was there) saying hey what are you doing? and he texted back I hate you. so I thought it was a joke and texted him haha funny. why? and hes like dont talk to me i HATE you. so this was suspicious so I went online and his away message said Kaylas here
I think he is in love with both of you and it is causing him to choose an dhe doesnt know who to choose so he says things he doesnt mean. I have been in this situation. Two guys one was my boyfriend and the other a really close friend who said i love you to me. I didnt know what to say. It caused me to thin about who i really loved and i couldnt decide. the best thing is stay out of it becasue fi you get in between you will lose him forever. Ask he him if he will at least hear you out write him an email explaining how you feel. Tell you are not here to hurt him and you understand how he feels. If you keep trying you will get through to him. Do what is right.
whats an easy way to lose about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week , without doing any thing drastic?
Drinking nothing but water helps you get all the acid out of your body so you will lose pounds really quickly that way. Another way is to go on weight watchers you can still eat anything you want but there is only a certain amount an dit is a good plan. My friend has been on it for about two weeks and she lost 8 pounds already/
Okay so I sit with 4 other girls at my lunch table. 2 of them are really good friends of mine. The one girl, Jen, only sits there cause she has trouble walking. The other girl is friends with my one friend. Anyway, one of my friends, Brittney and her friend Sarah, told Jen that I was saying all this stuff about her when I didnt. Brittney and Sarah were the ones gossiping about her. So Jen freaked out at me and im innocent. My other friend, Ashley tried to tell Jen that the other two were gossiping, but Brittney denied it and Jen called Ashley a liar. Im innocent and I want to avoid a confrontation but how do i prove to Jen that i wasnt the one gossiping and that the other two were? Ive been having to eat lunch in the office cause my "friends" dont want me to sit with them. I also have some dirt on Brittany, and I dont want to stoop to her level, but should I tell people about her? I know it sounds mean but she did wrong and i want her to know how im feeling. I think that if they were really your friend then they would have believed you. I think you sound like a really nice person and i believe that you should have no trouble meeting new. it gets you out of eating in the office you know? Usually people that gossip like that it bites them in the butt and they will get what they deserve but you dont need to do anything. It makes you the better person if you dont. If you tell them about the dirt you would be gossiping to and then that doesnt prove that you were innocent so if you dont say anything then they will figuare it out but finding new people to sit with is the positive way to go. I believe you can do it.
I'm really troubled by the way a close friend of mine seems to be compromising her values for her boyfriend. She has always been really strongly against illegal drugs of any kind. And her boyfriend uses drugs. I think it's just pot, not anything harder (though I'm not sure), and he's not a serious addict or anything, but that's still enough to bother her a ton. Even worse is his attitude about it. She complained that him using drugs made her uncomfortable, and then the next time he was going to a party, he told her that he wanted her to come along only if she promised to "behave" (that's the exact word he used) and not complain at all. She's told him that this bothers her, but she also keeps making excuses for him, and won't stand up for herself.
I really want to discuss this with her, try to pump up her self-esteem and encourage her to stick up for herself and her values -- except for two problems. One is that she and I used to date, and she knows that I still like her, so I'm worried that she'll think I'm just trying to break up her relationship. The other is that I found out most of this stuff by snooping around. I only did that because I was worried about her, but it was still wrong, and I'm sure she'll still be mad if she finds out.
So even though she needs help, I don't think I can say anything -- I just have to let her figure it out herself, even if that means she'll get hurt. Am I right about that? Is there anything I could do (maybe something a lot more subtle than bringing up the topic directly)?
Your right she will probably get mad if you butt in but sometmes we have to do what is right even if that means losing the thing we want the most. If you dont do anything it will get worse eventually she may be tempted to do it and she may in more trouble than she already is. I know that getting into peoples business is wrong but ask yoursefl if you dont do anything will something happen to her. If you dont know the naswer then you should say something. If she is really your friend she will listen to what you have to say.

Okay, May is my 8th grade dance. I am really small and have trouble finding a dress. I can't even wear a 00 without it falling off. I'm 4'9 and 72lbs. I have no idea what kinda dress its supposed to be. Can you show me some examples? And tell me places to get them.
But hold/on honestly I don't want to go I mean my mom is in the "8th Grade Dance Committee" and she's doing alot for this dance. But I have no date and don't want to go without one. Question is should I go without one. [I honestly think its stupid]

Places to get dresses would be like sears and JC pennys an dask them for their formal dresses. Think of it as going to church. You would usually wea a nice dress. thats about it for that. Its not lie prom or homecoming so any pretty dress would do. Buy it big and then take to a prom dress store and have them do alterations basicly they fix it so it can fit you. Its always fun to hae a date but it is even more fun just hanging out with your friends. Just ask one of your close guy friends if they want to go with you and if you dont have any it is perfectly ok to go by yourself. The colors for you would something kind of dark like a dark red or blue that would bring out your hair and eyes. With you hair you should havein it in a half ponytail and get the rest in curls that is what did for my prom. If you are already kind of dark you wont need any foundation. Always use eyeshadow to match your dress out put on light blush and have eyeline to bring out your eyes. I bet your mom would do a great job on you if you had her do it. Lipstick just clear lipgloss.
ok, for language arts, i have to right a persuasive essay. My topic is america acting as the worlds police, why we shouldnt do this. I basically know what im going to write about, but i need a it of help. One thing ill be writing about are wars that it was unnessescary(sp?) for the U.S. to get involved in. Does anyone know what wars the U.S. was involved in that really didnt need to be involved in? like the original conflict didnt involve the U.S and we didnt get attacked or anything. Well the war with Iraq was unnecessary. Sure they were treated badly but i think the president took it to the extreme. They were just helping the iraqs but to the expense of our people. I think the president was only thinking about hmself an dnot america. I think all wars were unnecassary because we think just because we live in america we have it all an dcan do what we want so we caused trouble which caused wars. Hope i helped lol.
okay so i am in 8th grade and i go to a private school. i am always told that i am a very smart person at home. but then i see myself as really not smart. but really stupid.
so anyway, i am doing VERY bad in science class. like i am at risk of failing and i am soo scared. i can't even sleep at night anymore. cuz then i strart brething really fast and sweat and all this stuff because i am stressed. so my teacher sent me something, saying i can fail. but i got it b4 my parents and tore it up. i am sooo scared to tell them. i planned on telling them but i keep procrastinating. so i don't know how to tell them. i am also doing bad in 2 other classes. but not as bad!!

If you just tell them they will understand. They would probably rather hear it from you than someone else. If they find out from someone else you will be in more trouble than you are now. Just sit them down and say you need to talk. Tell them that you need help in school and you want to make it right. You know that you messed up and you are doing something about it. There is ntohig wrong with publis schools actually it is alot easier than private schools. I went to one an di did terrible and so i went to a public one and i graduated top of my class and you can do the same. Anyone can do anything if they focus and put their mind and believe they can do it themselves.

okay for some reason i think its really odd to date a guy whos like 17. but then id love to date a guys whos turning 15. i know usually everyone wants to date guys who are older and taller then them but i mean i think its kinda gross well not gorss but just weird if i would date a guy whos like 2 years older then me or 2 years younger. is there something wrong with my brain or is that just my personality towards guys i like?
There is nothing wrong with your opinion. Everybody likes different things. It is a little weird for most people. I guess some girls prefer more mature guys and some like less mature guys depending on the person. But i find it odd that people go to the extreme with age differences. My friend is 19 and she getting marrie to a person who is 27. i find that age difference very odd.Your opinion is perectly fine and there is nothing wrong with your brain
okay is it true that your boobs can become deformed if youre wearing a bra cup size too small..? cuz mine tend to hurt after a while and i think my bras getting a little small.. cuz im like right between an a and b.. and its really difficult to find a nice bra.
If you go into walmart they have bras made in the between. I have the same problem. I am between a B and a C. So i get a c and just snap to the last one and it works good. Also is you go into liek prom stores they measure you so you can find out your eacat measurement. It helped me when i had that problem. It will deform you so if you cant find the right size then you should go for a B that way it is a little but you can tighten them.

I think he is wondering the same thing. You could just tell him what happened or write him a note. Tell him that you were really having a bad day and you didnt mean to say those things. You could call him to. If he truly likes you then he will understand. I think he does he is just scared that you dont like him.
my boyfriend and i have been going out for about s week and my ex boyfriend lives in the same house and i think was friends with my boyfriend's ex girlfriend, but any ways getting to the subject. in the beginning of october i started to go out with this guy named rp and his best friend (md) was going out with his little sister (tp), everything was going fine until i got to md we started to like each other. nut then in january i broke up with rp and everything i guess was going to be cool, but i guess not, things seem to change but whatever. then in the beginning of this month md broken up with tp. everything was fine i guess until she saw me with md on thursday (2/23/06) she had looked at me and had a i don't know i guess a dirty looking face on, she had said hi to md and we all walked away then today (2/27/06) she gives me a letter and a necklace that md had gave her for christmas and this letter basically means to me that she is seriously jealous of me becuz i now have her ex but whatever! what should i do or what can i do to make everyone stop hating me? oh my bad did i forget to mention that rp hates me with all of his freaken heart. i dont know i mean i know what to do but maybe i need a little bit advice can some one please help me on this md and i both love each other so much i mean we are always together and we are basically talking about the future and i cant help any thing any more. am i going crazy or am i just scared to let her know how things are now. md says he dont care if any one knows but the way he had acted in the store the other day made me think is he just messing with my emotions and my head or is this for real. i dont know what to think and more i never in my life felt this way about any one but something inside me tells me im doing wrong
There is always going to be somebody that hates you. You do what you think is right. If you love then you should be with no matter what anyone says. If truly wants to be your friend then she will step back if she doesnt then she is not worth losing your love over. I have learne that if you care about someone so much you will do whatever it takes to keep them even if that means hurting people in the process not like stirring stuff yourself but telling that you guys are together and thats that. Another way you could resolve it is if you hooked her up with someone else then you can have him wihtout worrying about her getting in the way.

A way to get bigger legs and arms and stuff like that is to weight lift. When you this you build your muscles up and they grow and look nice. A healthy way to eat is to eat 3 meals a day with snacks in between those meals and soon you should look the way you want.
So im going to be going back to school soon, and I want to do well and get like all A's!

The best thing for good grades is really dedicate yourself to doing it by studing ahead and for boys. Ask them to help if you are having trouble or get involved in a sport. If you do that you will make alot of friends that are girls and then they will introduce you to the hott guys.
I'm an 18 year old female. I lost my boyfriend, to be honest my fiance, last summer. It's been long enough that I know I should be able to accept that he's gone but I still wake up with an empty feeling in the pit of my stomach. I just need some help, maybe another perspective on how to deal with this.
It always helps that if you have friend to help you through this. Even though he is gone doesnt mean you wont find someone better than him. Maybe if you got involved in an activity of some sort that could keep your mind off of him. LEarning guitar, sewing or even cooking there are so many solutions. Also finding someone that you like may help you get over him. I know what it is like to feel that way the only way i got over it is by playing my guitar and releasing my feelings. I write lyrics to show how i feel. I am best friends with this guy now but it still hurts but some part of me knows that it always will but i relized that i found someone who was better and you will to.
okay so when ever i use tampons they make me feelreally sick. im putting them in right because i cant feel anything but they make me feel really ill! and my period is quite heavy so its always annoying to have to go to the toilet all the time.
