Q: why would you get banned on this site for talking in all caps? that seems stupid.

Q: im on a diet, no im not starving myself, im eating healthily, cutting out the junk food.
My problem is i have big legs, like fat thighs and lower leg.

is there anything i can do to reduce the size a bit?
i want top loose atleast a couple of inches of fat on each leg any ideas?

i no you cant excercise to target one particular area but i need excercises that will benefit that area as well as the rest of my body

I think walking on the treadmill would be a good choice, but if that's not available, just try walking/running around 7 or 8 blocks. I walk about a mile and half almost everyday. Here's some others that are in my routine:
leg lifts
jumping jacks

I have quite a few more but focus on like the stomach and abs. If you have any other questions, leave it in my inbox.

Q: i was just wondering what people think of glasses. do you find them nerdy or attractive? i have to wear glasses fullo time and i am wondering if contacts are the way to go or should i wear glasses but i dont want to seem like a four eyes freak. any inputs are appreciated.

Here's something that may help you:
Try glasses if:
*you have itchy eyes
*you're on a budget
or
*if you're always late.
These reasons really help if you think logically about them.

Try contacts if:
*you're athletic
*you change your look a lot
or
*if you lose things
(contacts are supoosed to be replaced naturally anyways)

And P.S.
if you do try contacts, and you decide on colored, get them only from your doctor.

glasses arent nerdy. i wear contacts and glasses. i do try to switch on and off with both.

Q: One of my close male friends and I email each other. We are just friends, but he sent me an email that made me think that he may like me more. Well I told him in an email that I got 8 inches cut off my hair, and that is was really short now.

Well, unless he's only innocently flirting, I would say so. =) I mean, to me that would be a good thing, but to you, i don't know. You'll have to figure out what you want. Some guys can play all those emotional games, unfortunately.

Q: Is it underweight for a 5"2 13-year-old girl to be 87 lbs?

I don't mean anything by this, but just except that you're extremly underweight. Just try eating a bit more, but healthy.

It sounds a lot like you have a bladder infection. If possible, see your doctor. You can probably also do a google search for that and see if it matches any of your symptoms or others.

Beinggirl.com is good website to start with. I personally find Playtex the best. It definitely stands out from a lot of the other answers, but I personally think its the best. The other thing you could do is try out various kinds and see which works best. Although I do have to admit, using the website tampax.com will help you start off with tampons. Enjoy!

Well, eventually your just going to break down, so just gently tell your teacher(s) that you need a "vacation" from these for a while. Depending on your grade, (junior high, etc) your teacher(s) will vary. So just tell them you need that or ask them to slow down a bit. It may seem impossible now, but it will definitely help you in the end. I know, its tough, but I would do that. I totally understand. Q: hey i'm a guy. this girl i know is starting to scare me. we used to talk about everything and always have a blast, but a few months ago we started to talk less. i noticed she wasn't as active as she was before, and asked her about it. just as it seemed to be, she told me she was depressed and didn't like the kind of life she was living. she went on about all the bad things in her life with family, school, friends, herself, etc. i tried to point out good things to her, but she always came back at me with something to disprove it. after not talking for a week or so, she said she just wanted to end her life and to get away from everything. i didn't take this too serious at first, but lately she hasn't been eating, barely talks, and hasn't been looking too healthy. if she is thinking about suicide, what should i do? i asked her about it and she didn't want to talk. should i tell her parents? please help

I think you should get help! Anyone who is an adult and who you can trust. This is serious! And, you can help. Maybe even save a life. Tell someone. If her parents are the caring type, try telling them and see what they say. Now if they aren't, well, that's a little bit tougher. Try telling anyone you can trust and who is an adult, or doctor, or anyone! Just get help for the girl! Now, I don't know if you want to confront her, but I wouldn't. It's up to you, but I would tell someone preferably without telling her herself. And ratings make lovely feiends. Also: Good luck, I hope she can get help, (there's too much of this kinda crap these days) and do your best in doing this. I'm sorry; it's a good thing you asked for something to do. ♥

Between $2-$3. Sometimes it costs like a quarter or two more, or just maybe a few cents, but that's depending on the store.

Usually there is nothing you can do about it. It's pretty much normal. I'm like that to, before and after. Pretty much after I'm done though. So, yes. I think it's normal. If you feel uncomfortable after seeing answers, try seeing a doctor that can help, or talking to someone (preferably a female) who knows and that you can trust.

I have one of those. It will hurt a little bit the first few days until you get used to it. If your orthadontist carries it (he should) ask for wax. If he has it, he will know what it is. It'll soothe your mouth, gauranteed. To numb it, or make it feel better, try drinking cold liquids.

It really depends if the tampon will absorb enough. If you're positive its enough, you're good.
