xcheerbabex108 answered Friday January 20 2006, 3:32 pm: I think walking on the treadmill would be a good choice, but if that's not available, just try walking/running around 7 or 8 blocks. I walk about a mile and half almost everyday. Here's some others that are in my routine:
leg lifts
jumping jacks
I have quite a few more but focus on like the stomach and abs. If you have any other questions, leave it in my inbox.
KaTiE_LyNn answered Friday January 20 2006, 7:49 am: for you calves [lower legs] running and walking will make them extremely strong. for thighs, i have to same problem. i bought ankle weights, [5 pounds, you could probably do more weight because i had knee surgery] and you do basic legs lifts, laying on my back, side, and other side. you can do other exercises with them if you feel it working your thighs. also throughtout the day do butt squeezes, you'd be amazed how well it works.
