When you go into a tanning booth is there anything you can use ( like sunscreen ) that protects you but still lets you get tanned ?

I started my period about 9 months ago and I know that it takes about a year or 2 to get into an exact cycle..but how do you know when you're gonna have your period..because I don't wanna have a leak at school or something and not know about it until I get home! Please help!
I have been on mine for almost 2 years and I am not in an exact cycle yet. What I do is about the time that I usually get it I will wear pantiliners and take a pad/tampon with me to school in my backpack so that if I do start then all I have to do is ask to go to the bathroom and change it. But if you do leak then ask if you can call your mom to bring you clothes or go to your school clinic and pretend you are sick. ((lol)) or just tie a jacket around your waist if you leak.

Age: 13 Sex: Female which would equal 13/f. Like in chat rooms people will say a/s/l and it means age/sex/location. So your asl would be 14/f/ny and mine is 13/f/fl.

i have had a friend for a very long time. she tries to control my life and everything i do. i cant have a life becuase of her. if i do anything without her she get furiouse and plays a huge guilt thing on me. i dont have the courage to tell her, but i cant stand her! she is constantly taking over my life, and my mom doesnt even want me to be friends with her. i dont know what to do, please help!

Hi! I asked the question about puttin my hair in a bun but leaving some of it hangin down in the back and you gave me really good advice and mentioned "flipped buns" how do you do that exactly and how long does ur hair have to be?
Its just where you go to put your hair in a pony tail but when you go to the last time around you don't pull your hair all the way thru. My hair is about 2-4 inches below my shoulder ((thats a guess)) but I have seen people do their hair like that with pretty short hair too so it should work in your hair.

UGH!! everyday before cheerleadin i always put on loads of deorderant on!! and i put perfume on...but my stunt group is always complaining about someone having B.O.! and i think they are all saying its me!! but i dan never smell anything when they say it smells...and i dont get how it could be me cuz i wear sooo much deoderant and sweet pea perfume. UGH!! its getting soo aggravating....does anyone know of any really good deorderant!!??? and fast!!??
They might be saying that all the perfume is what smells bad.

Okay this might make him hate you even more but the best way you can get him to listen is to find an adult or someone in high-school who smoked when they were 13 and quit from it ruining their lives and maybe then he will listen. Don't let the fact that he could hate you make you not do something, because if he dies from lung cancer and you didn't help him how would you feel then?

OMG I LOVE THAT SHOW!!! The new episodes are on Tuesdays at 9/8c. I missed it too and the week before that also. I looked on the WB and apparently it no longer reruns :(. That makes me mad. So I guess we will have to be more careful to see it on Tuesdays. If I find out I will add more information to my advice.

Okay, this may sound kind of stupid but I really hate it... I live in LA. My parents are both in the entertainment business. All my life I've been surrounded by 'the spotlight' (but never actually in it). I've gone to so many stupid premiers and met so many celebrities (which are just normal people anyways...nothing special about them). But I've been thrown into this whole thing. My whole life constantly been thrown on plains, been stranded and bored outta my mind on movie sets, been around people I have nothing in common with (mainly 'celebs' that I have nothing in common with). I make plans with my friends and my parents are like "um, no we have a wrap party" or "a premier" to go to". And I like have no way out. People think that doing this kind of stuff is so cool, but really it blows. My parents MAKE me do this stuff and I can never do anything on my own. I've been sheltered all my life by busy, overprotective parents. How do I tell them that I don't want to be apart of this anymore and I want to be able to make plans with my friends and be able to do stuff with them when I want to?
I think it would be fun to go to that stuff, but I would be like you and HATE it after doing all the time. Why don't you just tell them that you want to be able to do stuff with your friends and that you can take care of yourself enough to go out with your friends and that you like going to the parties but you just want to take a break from it and do stuff with your friends.

Well you can't get mad at him for spending time with his friends, but if he is your boyfriend then he should be hanging out with you some of the time. I think my boyfriends, friends might be getting mad at him because he always sits with me and 2 of my best friends at lunch. He is the one that is supposed to ask you to go somewhere. But ask your Mom or Dad if he can come over to your house sometime. My boyfriend usually comes over every weekend. ((lol)). But if you really do like him then no don't dump him....yet. Try talking to him and tell him that you feel like he doesn't ever spend time with you that much and that you really want him to.

My cd-player was stolen out of my car last week and I am too cheap to buy a new one. I still have the original factory radio that came with my car but I am unsure of how to install it. I feel I may be missing some wiring. It is a 94' Ford Taurus. Can anyone help me out, or know of a web site that show me what to do?
I don't know of a website, but you could try calling a FORD FACTORY and asking them how to do it or doing a search on google like "how to install a radio in a 1994 Ford Taurus." ot something like that.
