Q: Well, I'm a 16 year old female and my boyfriend and i have been together for about a year now. We are so much alike and everything has been absolutely perfect. But no, really.
We waited a while (about 9 months) before we lost our virginity to each other.
My parents absoluetly love him and he spends the night all the time.
There is never any awkwardness between us.
When we tell each other that we love each other, there is no doubt in either of our minds that it isn't the truth.
And he proves it through the smallest gestures.
I don't know, it really IS unexplainable.

I think she is just trying to make up her mind. Or she doesn't see what is right in front of her. When she is telling you what she is looking for in a guy and says something that you are say well i'm that. Just don't say it too much because she might get annoyed. Compliment her on her hair and clothes. Don't act stupid if she gets a bf just wait and see what happens. Girls hate it if guys try and show then how bad that guy is. But you should tell her if he is cheating on her. Be on you toes like if she forgets to do her homework let her copy yours just don't watch her all the time if you do this she will find out that you like her.
As for asking her out. Do it on a day she is really happy. Maybe a day when she doesn't have any test. You should try and do it where it is quiet or not to loud. I know i wouldn't like it if someone asked me out in a lunchroom or bathroom.
I think you should also be asking what you should do if you ask her out and she says no. You should say oh well it was worth a try and ask if you guys are still friends. If she says yes. You might not want to stick around. So if or when you ask her out you should probably do it at the end of a class or the beginning. This way you can have time to think about what you are going to say to her the next time you see her.
(Only do this if she says yes when you ask her out)Bring her flowers and write her love notes(you should probaly type them girls can't stand love notes they can't read)get one of your friends to give your chocolate with a note. Complament her on her clothes and hair.

Q: So I've come to the conclusion that I'm not very ugly, I'm just okay looking. My problem is that I'm so terribly shy with people I don't feel 100% comfortable around. And this is really affecting how people see me. I had 1 boyfriend a few months ago that I met at a show but got to know onlne, and online I'm really outgoing and talkative and charming because I have the whole internet to shield me. This is why it worked for a while and we went out and had fun and all that good stuff. Now if I could just open up and be myself around guys I see every day, maybe I could get somebody. Find a friend that has alot of guy friends and go to the movies and then out to eat or something this should get you around guys. Try to start out with guys you don't like and then work your way up. Just remember to be yourself and have fun. CLAIR

Q: I'm about 10, 15 pounds overweight and I'm trying to lose weight. I've always heard diet and exercise, but since I'm not EXTREMELY overweight, would it really matter if I went on a diet and instead just exercised. Would it work? I mean yes I would cut back on food a bit (especially snacks) but I don't eat too unhealthy anymore especially since I stayed at about the same weight for the passed yr. (I gained about three pounds when I've gained the extra 15 from three years before, thats about 5 a year and I cut down my food and only gained 3!) The problem is I am terrible at exercise, I hate running and playing and bikeriding but I've also put off exercise so I never really was very active. So, if I get on a schedule and actually DID my workouts, could I just stick with my regular diet I'm on now? (Except add breakfast, I've heard that helps and probably eat lunch every day (unless I REALLY hate the school lunch or forget money) Right now I don't eat breakfast, I hardly eat lunch, I eat a snack when I get home (usually chips) and dinner (except on some weekends I may get hungry at night and eat). Thanks!
Also, if anybody has any exercises I can do to work my legs (upper and lower), stomach, and butt that would be much appreaciated also!!

Excising would be more effective swimming is the best way. But you shouldn't go and eat 500 bars of chocolate so you kinda need to eat right not really a diet tough. CLAIR (not that you do eat 500 bars of chocolate i was just trying to empize my point.)

My birthday party was last weekend. We had a shaving cream fight. Its really easy to clean up you just have to spray it down with the hose. You will have to have a bottle of shaving cream for everyone though but you can get them at the dollar store for a dollar. Get a big sock and fill the sock with shaving cream then cover the outside in shaving cream. Just go around wacking people with it. Its great fun. Just don't jump into the pool afterward because it take a long long time to get out. You have to wash your hair really good or it feels really really bad. Hope this helped it really is fun. CLAIR
