OK i have a problem.. I kind of told my friend i started my period a longggg time ago ( A WHOLE YEAR) so all this time ive bin lieing. Lately my friend was talking 2 my sister and mentioned me and my period. My sister asked if i really did and i said yes. So now i am lieing 2 my sister and my friend but wait it gets WORSE! my friend asked my mom about it ( my friend is like family) and my mom said she didnt think i started! i HATE lieing 2 them about it and everytime i see my mother im worried she'll bring it up! O god, That sounds hard. Well I was in sorta kinda the same situation. My best friend had her period for like 2 years and when seh asked me if I had mine (which i hadn't) I was just all like "Oh yea I've had it for about a year." So it gave us somethign to talk about. Although my friend never mentioned it to my mom so I guess I was lucky. When i did tsrat it I told her the truth though. If she's your friend it shouldn't be hard to tell her the truth it's nothign to be embarassed about. Honestly, I think having your period sucks big time. I hate it. So just tell her, I hate talking to my mom about stuff like that so I would suggest don't tell her anytign unless she brings it up or you find like a box of tampons show up in your room, lol. It should be even easier to tell your sister. The only way otu I can think of ti to just tell them. SOrry, that's the best I can do. Buena Suerte!

Ummm well from what i heard it is better to wash it every other day, that doesn't mean you shouldn't keep it clean though! lol Yea well I wash condition mien everyday but I don't shampoo it everyday. I also heard that if you only use conditioner 1 day instead of shampoo it makes it shinier. This is only what i heard so you may want to check up more on it.

Omg yea I have. Everyone always tells me "Oh but you have a ton of friends and your nice and smart and pretty! You can't possibly be depressed." Well I just randomly get really sad and depressed sometiem just for no reason. SO yea it happens I don't think it's a good thing, but it happens a lot to me. I have never really thought about it until you asked.

Well I am not gunan rpeat what everyoen else said but I heard if you get dressed immediately then you will feel more awake if you chnage out of the clothes you slept in.

IS it boy/girl? Cuz if it is you might wanna play like 7 minutes in heaven and stuff like that. Call other people you know and prank phone calls. It's fun to get into trouble in high school. Well, i think to form a really close and trustworthy relationship it takes a longer time then a month but I also think that you could be in love. When you fidn that special person you'll just know. You can be yourself and tlak abotu anything. Good luck

i just lost one of my friends we havent been close recently but for 3 years we were and we drifted the past year, i just found out he passed away and i cant belive it, it hurts so much i alwayts pass by his house thinking hes going to be there, i always want to call his cell phone thinking hes going to pick up, i cant handle this no1 can, i dont no wat to do i miss him teribly i just wish i can bring him back and tell him that even tho we drifted that i still love him when i saw him laying in the casket i just wanted to wake him up, what should i do :'( (link)

Hey I am reallllly sorry for your loss. There's no easy way to say it but life isn't fair. Sooner or later everyone goes, soem unlucky ones just leave sooner then others. You didn't sya how he died but I am assuming an accident. If it was drugs or suicide he should have gotten help earlier. I know how you feel because i have lost 2 cousins to suicice, 5 fmaily members to drugs, a grandmother to freka accident and younger cousins to leauemia and more. Even though I have lost them it still is horrible an dnet gets easier. Don't feel guilty and get yourself a conselor. You can't let it hold you back You were a good friend for attending his wake.

Well, that's tough either try to get over him if you live really far away becuase it so hard to be like in loe with someone and never see them. Or, you could get one of your old friends to tell him it's probably easier because you won't have to face him if he denies you. It's a tough situation your in... Good luck.

my friend janet told me that she cant stand living with her mom any more and that she wants to leave her house as soon as possible..cuz her mom doesnt believe any of the things she tells her(its a long story)...does anybody know any numbers she can call that are related to this sort of situation? thanx a lot! Call DSS or a child lawyer, if she is old enoguh she can sort of "divorce" her parents I dont remeber exactly how you might want to look it up. There are tons and tons of places to help kids in her situtation. Fidn help soon though becuase thi scna cuase serious emotional damge or depression. trust me, if you knew my family I've been through it. YOu need to get her a conselor even though if she seems fine let her know you will always talk to her baou it. It's great your concerned abotu her. you must be a great friend.

OK 4 of my cousins are hair stylist and have their own salon, well I asked them what would be best for someone with your skin tone and they said DON'T do White blonde. It woudl make you skin extra dark and it'd look washed out. Brown is a great color for olive skin mayeb just change the shade? Like darker, or get lighter high lights.

Listen your friend NEEDS professional help befopre this gtes worse. She is in a bad situation especially whne you can't turn to your parents liek she can't and she won't listen to her friends. She doesn't understand that you care about her. YOu have to turn to someone before it gets worse and ruins her life so i suggest findign a physchiatrist since you can't get the guy locked away he has to get out of her life ASAP.

Well I learned that a very easy way to start a conversation with someone around you is to make an observation about your surroundings. Say your waiting at the bus stop with your crush (just an example) make an simple observation like "it's so cold out." Make sure you direct it at the person and if they are polite they shoudl repsond.

I've noticed my mom acting very quiet and different today. I think that shes feeling depressed. This isnt accually a thought, its obvious. I saw that she got books from the library about depression.
Anyways, Im feeling quilty myself because I feel that being the 'teenager' I havent put enough effort towards the house. I dont think thats its menopause because she's only 40. but I dontknow. Also my brother is having a baby, its not that hes too young. But maybe that its scaring her that shes going to become a grandma?

When my mom gets mad or like cries I ALWAYS feel guilty. Like maybe i should have done the laundry or helped her out more instead of watching television. So i think I know how you feel. Well I can tell it's on your mind cuz you already thought baout it since you said it might be becuase she's becomign a grandmother. You know, You could be right. SInce she's only 40 she feels older then she really is. My goddaughters granmother is 38 and she got kinda depressed too. Although you siad your brother isn't too young to have ababy maybe your mom had your brother young? becuase 40 is young to be a grandmother. So mayeb she feels guilty about havign her kid young. Well what I always do is help out a lot more and tell me mom to justs it down and relaz for the time being. So try to do that mayeb she's not depressed just stressed otu and this will help her. She coudl be streesed becyase she's excited about the baby. If things get worse talk to your brother about it. I'n not totally sure... but good luck. Don't get too worried it'lll get your more streesed out to.

Crunches are like sit ups only not all the way. Liek you just crunch your stomach a little. SO do liek a half sit up. If you know what i mean. Mayeb you can look at images on www.google.com and then see a pciture of someone doing them and you'll get a better idea. They are a GreaT way to get in shape and tone your stomach and they're easier then sit -ups.

Today my dog fell down the stairs, and she can't really walk. She can, but she falls over and stuff. She keeps throwing up flem and foam. We're taking her to the vet in a few hours. I was wondering, they won't have to put her to sleep right? Like, the worst they could do is give her fake legs?? Thanks =( (link)

You can't be 100% positive sorry.... but I don't think it sounds like they'll have to put him to sleep. Like if he's pretty old he won'thave a good a chance. If he's like 2-3 he might have a better chance of healing faster becuase his body is stronger. Drop one and my inbox and Pleaseeee tell me how things turn out. I absolutely LOVE dogs and would feel terrible if anything happned to your beloved pet and family member.

2. I want my braces to not stand out so much (right now I have hot pink rubberbands) and I was thinking about getting either clear or white rubberbands. But I heard that the white rubberbands make your teeth look yellow. And I heard that the clear rubberbands turn the color of whatever food you eat. Is this true?? OK well if you teeth probably aren't pure white right? So yes the white makes them look yellower then they are. The clear though, doesn't turn them the color of things you eat. So yea clear would be fine.

There's this kid in one of my classes who's obsessed with me. I have never talked to him before this all happenened. He got my screen name from one of my friends, and he's always talking to me. OK for the online stuff just block him. You can even block him when he's not on and then he won't be able to talk to you. Just click on his screen name then right click and go to the bottom of the box that pops up and it says block buddy and click it. If he is on and your talking to him just press the block button in the chat boz on the bottom. and tell him you don't like him and make it clear.

Eww OK that's kinda weird that her parents are letting her boyfriend sleep over but nevermind it's none of my business... I am not going to say any names but out of experience, yes it is very weird and uncomfortable when its;s just you, your friend and your boyfriend. So think if you really want to go. I hate to say it but my friend Sierra did this once and she only invited me because her parents wouldn't let just her boyfriend sleepover. But fi you still really want to go i would defintely suggest inviting another close friend too.
