I can never wake up in the morning. Anyone have any tried and true ways to wake up in the morning? I hate coffee and I don't have time to take a shower in the morning. Thank ya!

Well you might think my way is crazy but it usually works for me at times when i just feel to tired to do anything....first sit up real quick when get up from your bed because it pumps blood in your vains like an adrenaline rush....if that dosent work well slap yourself and that will work because then it just wakes you up....and when all else fails just tuck in your shirt in your P.J.'s and put an ice cube in your shirt.....that usually never fails to work!

If you have an alarm clock, change the sound so it's really loud or you could get another one so you'll wake up from all the noise. Try listening to the radio or wash your face with cold water. That always helps for me. Hope I helped :)
