I was with my boyfriend today and we went to the store to get some snacks, right when i went to get out of the car, my dad pulls up next to us so i put my hood up and my boyfriend drove away. my dad called me over and over so i didn't answer until i got home about 3 minutes later. He texted me saying that i'm lying and that he'll never buy me a car or anything like that. I'm 16, my bf is 17. I think i have the right to do what i want at my age. I live with my mom, so i don't get why he cares what i do when its not his visitation day. Ive been with my bf for 13 months. Should i just tell my dad or should i keep hiding it? I plan on moving in with my dad next month, but now im scared. well yes i can very much see how you feel in less than 7 months my boyfriend of 3 years is moving across the country for finace reasons you guys have eachother no matter what you must love him a lot and i have NO clue how im going to deal with it. my aunt was with my uncle at me age and when he went to colloge they only were able to call each other once a week and they still married its tough and hard im sure but hey if you love eachother keep in touch and see eachother once in a while youll be okay you need to talk to someone about it keep yourself buys let me know what works for you.

talk with your sister maybe she can help you out about telling your mom. its scary im sure but it has to be done. and adoption looks best for you at this moement becuase your so young. and dont blame your sister for not getting you condoms you could have gottem them at the store or at a local planed parenthood at any time.

My children, particularly the 10 and 11 year-old, do not seem to have any regard for rules. Simple requests, such as bringing down dirty clothes and linens, are ignored. Their only response when asked why they did not is only a shrug or "I don't know". We have noticed that this behavior is carrying over to school, as well. When asked if they have any homework, etc., they almost always say no, but we have been contacted by teachers that they are not turning in assignments. We have removed games, TV, ipods, computers, cell phone use and at one point removed our oldest from basketball, but they really do not seem to care. At least not to the point of any improvement. I don't know how to discipline someone who simply does not care. Need advice... (link)

i still remember when i got things taken away because i didnt do something really maybe it works but in their minds there thinking i hate them it doesnt do anything to yell or take things away like ill still do what i want. seriously i thought all of that stuff like what ever you do take everything i really dont care i can just get it back when your not looking or why do i care now if your just going to take my stuff. the rule in my house was to get homework down as soon as you get home and at that age we sat down with our parents and took our stuff out so that they could look at it. you should ask do you have any homework if they say no then ask to see what they did that day if you see a sheet of paper not done ask how come this isnt done and what not or call thier teacher and ask them to write on thier sheets of paper that our homework and write homework on the top of it so when you look in thier folder to see what homework is what youll knw. yelling and taking things away doesnt allways work they just hate you more kinda. and in my opinion they shouldnt have a cell phone to begin with if they act like that at any rate. tell them until i see improved grades or homework being done everynight even if they say they dont have them read a book like harry potter. or twilight. also my rule from my parents are if your average isnt above a b then you dont get your cell phone firends or whatever till you see improvement.

19/f i just did something really stupid. well i just emailed this girl's mom on facebook and told her that her daughter use to harasses me in high school and afterward. well she blocked me. and then i sent her another message for a different facebook account telling her that she can block me and defend what her daughter does but that's why she's such a brat. i mean it's true that girl did whatever she wanted. she did drugs and got pregnant. and then i said she needed to teach her daughter some manners and that if her daughter ever harasses me again im going to the police to file a report and press charges, because her dauhter bugged me on facebook, myspace, and at school. she told people i started it with her and everyone hated me. i know i shouldn't have done what i did, but now im afriad her mom might tell the police that i was bugging her on facebook and get in trouble. is it possible for that to happen?
oh and at school she bumped into me in the hallway and i told her to watch where she's going and she said fuck you to me. and she never came to school so the school couldn't do anything about it. im scared. (link)

here dont message her again not even to say sorry if you keep harrassing her she has a reason to if you threaten anything on the messages i would be nervous. some things you just need to let go it was highschool and girls are mean so its just the way life is everyone has a problem with people. its hard and you might not agree with what that person does but obviously her mom sees her daughter in a different light and its embarrasing while you send these messages her mom is like i dont care and tells her daughter their basically just laughing it off. i wouldnt be to nervous unless you threatned them and they are tht type of people to call the police over everything. just dont come in contact with them again not one of her family members or her friends that know you have a grudge on her. and be careful next time on what you write to people because they can save it and use it against you later on. do what i do write it out anything you want and read it over and press cancel dont send it makes me feel better maybe that will help you too.

My mom told me today that she isn't buying any more "crap" clothes from Abercrombie & Fitch or Hollister. I've been with my boyfriend for a little over a year now. I've never been with a guy this long, so I was wondering what kind of changes are normal when you've been with someone this long. It seems like the romantic and honeymoon stage is over. He doesn't say most of the sweet things he used to. He doesn't tell text me good night or good morning like before, or even text me very often. well tough stuff man. when they make new friends there all about them for a long time. and you deal with it i mean my boyfriend at least texts me goodnight or ill text him goodmorning if he doesnt call me. we still talk about the future i think its fun to and sweet you know im sure if you start a conversation about the future or the past then hell do the same maybe he feels the same that things stoped you have to contribute too. and being too comfortable isnt always so great. just letting you know. we dont talk on the phone as long ne more. sometimes i feel like i have to be the mature one and say sorry first instead of him. that changed. he doesnt clean his room when i come over any more. we dont go on a lot of dates. the usual.

well at the time my stepmom was there so i had to tell her that i think i got my period just like that and she gave me a couple pads and told me how to use them told me i could use tampons id rather not at that time but yah. then i got to my moms house and i said mom i got my period and she got super excited haha its not that bad its your mom. straight out just say i got my period.

When my boyfriend gets mad he gets really really mad. He hits me and has choked me twice before. I don't think he'd actually kill me but he does leave a lot of bruises and I'm really tired of it. I can't talk to him about it because he's just going to get mad. I don't want to leave him because I love him with all my heart and soul. when your getting abused its time to leave him! you love him but when he gets angry and hurts you then you need to leave pack you bags and leave as fast as you can. maybe its not so bad now but wait longer you can be in serious danger here. to actually leave bruises on your neck face anywhere because he hit you out of anger come on you know what you need to do he wont stop and if your afraid to talk to him about it then theres another sighn that you should get OUT! talk to someone about this go to a poilce officer and tel them the situation and what you should do have them tell you stories about other women so that you know this is a bigger situation than you make it out to be. and see a therapist beacuse this can cause serious issues in later relationships. please be careful. watch this lifetime movie that just came out about this exact thing. maybe this will help your situation.

My friend got some cheap condoms some place last week and he gave me some for when I hook up. I was gonna use some this weekend but then I noticed they're not branded really. I know he wouldn't give me lousy condoms but it makes feel weird that they're so cheap. I think he may have got them from the clinic but i dunno for sure and I ain't gonna ask him. long version: i\'m a 32 yr old female in the us. i started dating a guy 5 yrs ago who had full custody of his 16 yr old daughter. he\'s 16 yrs my senior. soon, she began a quest to break us up. she was rude, ruined our dates on purpose, etc. he was blind & didn\'t see it. she\'s very sneaky & hid it well. eventually, i told him about her actions & when he confronted her, she was proud of her behavior!
when she was 18, he proposed to me. we had been together for 2 yrs. i agreed to marry, but only when she moved out & quit causing trouble. he gained control for a short while & i thought it was over. she moved out at 18 and we got married. he let his boundaries slide & her quest to torture us continued. he talked to her many times, but she had no remorse. she said she had no choice but to be this way because it\'s the only way to treat a stepmom. he has asked her many times if i had ever done anything. she quickly said \"no, her only crime was loving you.\"

she\'s 20 now (will be 21 in 4 months.) this past saturday, his daughter got drunk and called my hubby & asked him to come over & not judge her. she thought he wasn\'t coming & cursed him out. she called him everything from a sperm donor to a effin\' a$$hole. i heard her call me an effin\' b#$ch. when he arrived to her house, she was drunk, in her panties, lying face down on the floor, throwing up and cursing her mother on the phone. he yelled at her not to speak to her mother that way, took care of her, put her to bed & left saying \"i don\'t deserve to be treated this way. we will talk tomorrow.\"
on monday, he confronted her, but she was arrogant and angry. she said her fear with me is that we will both need him at the same time & he will be there for me. she was very self righteous & showed no remorse. he told her he would slap the $hi% out of her if she ever spoke about us that way again.
i\'ve never done anything to her. infact, i tried to be super nice & pray for her in private. then i moved on to ignoring her & avoiding her. next was trying to protect myself from her actions. now, i\'m flaming mad & need this to end or i\'m leaving!!! my curent idea is to make her scared of me. i don't know if it\'ll stop her from hurting us, but idk what else to do. i was in the marines & i am good at intimidating. i hate doing it, but i don't know what to do.

hi again well sometimes people have to make drastic measures when your husband asks her to go to therapy again suggest that he tells her that this is your last chance we have all tried with you if you dont want to get help and resolve this constant issue you have witht the family then when you bother us or harras us when we dont want you to then we will call the police and have you arrested. this is tough love hre and shes a grown women and really needs to grow up if she would rather act like a child and have a record on her than so be it she needs to stop running your life its time that you have the life you always wanted with your husband and if he wont tell her that then you should saying i love you but if you dont go then .... i'm sorry my first advice wasnt helpful you need to stay strong like you have been if things dont work out the way you wanted to then always remember things happen for a reason and its really sad that a 2o something year old is so selfish and immature. i would persoanally call the police or go to bigger extremes and perhaps have a restraining order on her. maybe you should print this out and mail it to her to show what other people think about her and the situation that your in.

20F. Nick - Just turned 19
This will be long, but I will return the favor I'm just so lost right now.
Me and Nick have been close friends for probably 5 years now. I've always had a crush on him, I know he's always had an attraction to me but he's had a girlfriend for 3 years. Finally they broke up their senior year but that wasn't the end of her. She was Nick's only girlfriend he's ever had, they lost their virginity's to each other, they have something special. She is a bit obsessive and won't let go of him but I get mad at him for not being able to let go of her too. Before he left for South Dakota in September for hockey, we talked. I said Nick, I have a serious question for you. Whats going on with you and Maria (his ex girlfriend, not ex girlfriend, whatever you call her) are you two still together or what? He replied, no we we have been broken up. I was finally happy. Nick doesn't lie to me, he's the only guy I can ever trust. But then about two weeks after Nick was in South Dakota, Maria goes and visits him. I was upset and mad, like okay why is she going there when there broken up? I found out from someone that she kind of invited herself, but I guess he could have said no? Then I find out that she is there this weekend again with HIS family. I know she is obviously close with his family, they were together for 3 years ..but I don't see how this would be necessary if they aren't even together "supposedly"?? Then Nick's host mom, the person he is living with there while he plays hockey wrote on his facebook: Got the picture of you dressed like a girl from your mom. You look sooooo cute! When I saw this I was like okay are they back together? It's always so hard to tell if they are or not because even when they aren't, she still goes and sees him. I don't even know what to do. I'm going there in about a month to see him with 2 of my friends, I was really excited to see him but now I just don't even know I have all these mixed emotions because of all of this. I feel like if I ask if they're back together he will be like, I already told you we were broken up. I don't want to sound like a creep and say, I saw on facebook Maria has been there to see you twice already.
What should I do?? I will NEVER lose feelings for him I know that, but I am starting to lose hope of us having anything besides a friendship. ive been going out wiht my guy for almost three years and i could tell you right now if we broke up today we would still act like we were together because we love eachother and we are best friends. im close to his family so i would only expect that we still talk you know this whole thing with him and maria is confusing and he still really likes her you cant just flush three years down and go to some other girl and love you you know i mean its gonna take a long time to get over this. if hes going to have sex with you its just going to be hook up that sounds like to me. im sure he has feelings for you but not as strong as for maria. its a complicated situation and you jst really like a guy that you cant fully have. when you see him u should really talk to him about how you like him and see what he says it cant hurt to try i would do it at the end of the trip tho.
