Long distance
I love him so much it kills me when we have to go our seperate ways and live so far apart... I cry myself to sleep, I can't eat or think straight because I miss him so much... please help me.

You must learn to channel these negative emotions and focus only on the love you feel for him. Think of all the good times you've had and all the good times to come. Remember how much he adores you and remember how much you adore him. Understand that in love there is no need for such pain and negativity - in love, distance is irrelevant. Accept the situation, make the most of it, push yourself through each day and remind yourself of why he is worth all of this. Be strong and try to understand that attachment is not healthy, it is damaging for you and those around you and it will be difficult for you to enjoy love the way you should when it drowns you like this. You can't go on and on at a break-neck pace, start enjoying yourself without him! Have fun with family and friends, do things which are productive throughout each day and relax your mind. Love is all there is. :)

You know I have felt that way too about a guy. So your not alone. What I suggest is go to a party, hang out with friends, try to get your mind off of him. It will help you move on. It's probably the last thing you want to do because your really sad and miss him a lot you just want to cry and be with him. But it's what you need to do in order for you to be happy again and be healthy. Depression is really horrible don't fall into it. I know how you feel.

well yes i can very much see how you feel in less than 7 months my boyfriend of 3 years is moving across the country for finace reasons you guys have eachother no matter what you must love him a lot and i have NO clue how im going to deal with it. my aunt was with my uncle at me age and when he went to colloge they only were able to call each other once a week and they still married its tough and hard im sure but hey if you love eachother keep in touch and see eachother once in a while youll be okay you need to talk to someone about it keep yourself buys let me know what works for you.
