It's her decision, and I don't think you should be mad at her for it.
HOWEVER, it is your decision about whether you want to be mad or not. Maybe you should figure out exactly why it bothers you. Is it because it's your BROTHER, ew, gross? Or is it because you have some underlying friendship issues and are worried that this will take time away from you? There are a number of reasons why you feel this way, and once you figure out why you'll know what to do.
That said, friends are forever. You shouldn't cut ties for a stupid decision. It's not worth it.
But it really is up to you and how you personally feel about the issue.

Well, what do you want to do with another girl? Are you asking for sexual things? You can do everything to her that a guy could to to her, such as fingering, feeling her up, oral sex ect. I don't have any amazing creative ideas, because making out is enough for me. What's fun is playing Mexican Poker (where you hold a card on your forhead and your partner does the same, and the higher card wins. You don't get to see the card.) and making a bet like "You do ____ to me if I win" ect.

My friend T (shes 14) lost her baby in feb.. and obviously she is really upset.. but i dont no how to comfort her and make her feel better.. cuz its not like i can be like everythings gonna be ok.. because its not gonna be.. and this entire week she was sick and today she got really sick in school and Couldn't move so they took her to the hospital.. and i feel bad for that.. You're not going to be able to make it better for your friend. She's probably having a very hard time right now if she wanted the baby.
What you're going to need to do is offer her a shoulder to cry on. Be extra-nice. Make her cookies or walk her to class. Tell her you're here for her if she ever wants to talk--and she might not want to. She might just need someone not to force her to talk. Just be as supportive as you can and let her know that you're there if she ever needs someone.
Just be there for her. Don't pull away. Hug her. Be close to her.
She probably needs someone to support her. Just stay by her side and be a friend.

There really isn't a problem. You're creating one for yourself.
You just need to trust your boyfriend and ingore the slutty girl, which is what you're already doing. As long as you trust your boyfriend, you shouldn't have a problem.

I was a cutter for about eh, a few months. Then all hell broke loose I was sent away, skip the drama. I've been clean for almost a year..but now more sucky drama is stirring about in my world. I've been thinking about selfharm, but I've still been clean.

I'm not sure how many of you will remember but I am the girl who talks to her boyfriend on the phone, and I was afraid that I was caught because we were talking dirty on the phone. I've gotten in trouble for this once or twice and I became so paranoid that my parents were listening on the phone that I came up with a rule between me and my boyfriend:
I'll talk as dirty as he wants to when we're alone together, but on the phone we don't mention it, unless no one is home at either of our houses.
What I think you need to do now is just stick to the story that the conversations are clean, and then you need to make them clean. Talking dirty on the phone can cause a lot more trouble then it's worth.
Just don't panic.

Ok, so on my computer I am trying to get a background on my home screen of a picture of Tyler HIlton. I copy a picture from the web, save it, then go onto Paint. When I get to paint and try to set it as a background, it tells me to save the file. I try saving it, (again) but it wont let me save it so I cant get the picture as a background. Any help would be awesome, because its kinda confusing. Thank alot

This is really simple.
Find the picture on the internet and right click on it. A menu should come up that says something like:
Open Link
Open Link in New Window ect
If you go down to about the 10th thing (on Windows XP Internet Explorer) it should say "Set as Background."
Click on that. You don't even have to save it.

There are three types of feeling someone up. It's a loose word that basically means "grabbing someone's breasts" but it could refer to (1) above the shirt (2) below the shirt, above the bra or (3) actually grabbing the bare boob.

It really doesn't matter.
Just to let you know, though, if you sleep with a tampon in you should put it in right before you go to bed and wake up early to take it out. It's okay to sleep with it in, but you have to be really careful.

Usually you get tight down there and let out a kind of thin-ish white liquid. It ussually feels like you might have to go to the bathroom really bad before it comes out if you're not used to the feelings.
Was that your first time being fingered? Because you usually don't orgasm until you're relaxed and used to it. Most girls don't orgasm on the first time.
I'm pretty sure that if you were thinking about, say, flowers while he was fingering you then it would be harder to achieve an orgasm. But not impossible.

You could buy Sally Hansen "Tough as Nails" nailpolish. The polish is supposed to strenghten your nails over a peroid of time.
I'm pretty sure it works because my mom uses it and hardly ever breaks a nail anymore.

Is it right around your bellybutton? He's probably hitting your cervix. The best way to prevent this is to take it a little slower and don't thrust as deeper/harder.

You're perfect. You don't need to conform to what society wants models to be.
Besides, real women (the type of girl people are more attracted to) have curves. Honestly, I remember reading about a size 17 model. So, honestly, you just need to believe in yourself and have confidence. Confidence is what will make you more attractive in an industry where everyone hates their bodies.
To start to model, I'd google for "modeling agencies."

First, I'm very glad you know you're not ready now. That shows a lot of maturity on your part other girls (I assume you're a girl?) your age don't have.
I can tell you there is a chemical in the female body that is released when the female achieves an orgasm. This chemical creates a bond with the person who you're having sex with. HOWEVER
It is possible to have a cheap fuck. Before you need to know about girls who have had problems with sex, you probably need to find out what your personal feelings on the issue are. This can be as easy as saying, "I'll have sex when I feel ready." And what counts as sex to you? Just sexual activity? Fingering? Oral?
It's good to sit down and figure out how far you'd go before you're on your back, if you catch my drift. And it's okay not to know how far is too far. Just discuss it with your future boy/girlfriend.
You know you're going to wait, but what are you going to be waiting for? Love? Marriage? A long-term relationship?
I don't have sex because, honestly, I don't want to be involved with the damage it could do to my emotional state and reputation. That's my choice and my boyfriend respects that.
It's a personal choice, and there really is no wrong answer. And you probably will keep changing your mind about where you stand. Just stay strong and don't let anyone make you feel bad about your body and what you choose to do with it.
