Well it's winter and there is so much snow where I live that it is impossible to get any good running in...what are some good, fun cardio exercises you can do in the winter? I'm talking about something you can do for 30-45 minutes straight (aka NOT running in place).
well, my Athletics coach said that everytime you watch tv, when there's a commercial, do 100 crunches and 10 puchups. Or, if you like to talk on aim/computer, every five minutes do 200 jumping jacks. It's a work out but it keeps you in good shape!!!!! Hope I helped!

MAJOR INFECTION!!!!! No matter i fpeople say its okay! IT'S NOT! My friend did it herself the way some people suggested and guess what, she got an infection. It made her sick. THe sickness made her get pneumonia. Take my advice, just by giving urself a pinch on your underharm hurts. How bad do you think your stomach will hurt? Hope I helped!

i got my gf pregnant and we havint told anyone yet should we tell someone like our parents
or should we not. and since i got her pregnant should we like get marryed or something i mean i am not ready for that i am only 15
YOU NEED TO TELL SOMEONE! If you aren't ready to tell either parents, tell a counselor. Maybe not a school counselor, but someone else you can trust won't tell. When your ready, and not more than a month or so in the pregnancy, you need to tell parents. Just in case (you might not want to hear this) either 4 parents suggest abortion. You and your gf probably aren't ready for parenthood. You don't have to marry. I would suggest you don't. I dont know what the category of this is but.. Ok, heres the story this may be long but i'm not sure so if it is i'm sorry but I need all the help i can get with this question. Ok I recently spent the night with a friend of mine and while I was there her dad tried hitting on me asked me if I would have sex with him and asked me if he could kiss me and I said no, and I dont know what to do, her dad even pulled out his thing in front of me which is nasty and after all this happened I didnt go to sleep that night, I stayed up all night watching movies confused on what I should do, I mean should I get a lawer and get him sent to jail or what I am so confused and I dont know what to do, please if anyone can answer this for me I will rate high, and please who ever reads this and gives me an answer dont make jokes about it because this is very serious, thanks to everyone who answers, by the way I will rate high...Thanks advicenators!
Maybe your friend didn't realize that this was happening. First, tell your friend. THen, tell your parents. If no one believes you, tell a ranking person. (lawyer, police, etc.) An adult doing this to you is against the law. YOu need to take action! FAST! Hope I helped!

okay here the thing. im making my xanga page and i have this site i go on and put cool effects on my websites. well the one design is where you can make a box pop up when the person who visits your site enters and leaves. I was just wondering when you copy the link for it, where do you put it in the xanga site? I rate 5's

im 16.f and my best friend is 13. she likes to boss me around and recently she told me that im so perty and i take everyone away for everyone else. shes not the skinniest person, but hes not overweight. she told me today to gain ten pounds and get ugly or im not realy her friend. im also goin out with her older brother. ( thats not the reason shes my friend tho) and shes told me to break up w/ him b4, but i cant just b/c she says so. she says she gets no attention and nobody likes her. i think i have a future with him and i cant just break it off b/c her. right? thanks..
No, you can't break up with him. Just because a friend tells you to doesn't mean you should. Does she have a boyfriend? If not, she's probably jealous. Since your older, your more mature. She might feel insecure about herself and the only way she can think of getting rid of that insecurity is by taking iit out on you. There might be some things she can do to take care of herself. Suggest some. Like going on a sundown walk with some friends. Or showing down on a pizza and playing a sport to get rid of all the food you took in. Hope I helped!

around the end of summer I started doing my backhandspring on the ground by myself but i was too scared to do it on the gym floor at my school btw i don't take gymnastics my mom says its too much money or something anyways i havent even attempted to do a backhandspring for about 5 months but im really really really scared..does anyone know how to get the fear of tumbling out of my head because almost everyone on my squad has a round-off backhandspring thnx! Well, I was REALLY scarred when I did my first back handspring. My coach said "Do your best! I'm right here to catch you! I promise" ANd she did! I had to trust in my coach. Not only that, but more in myself. Once I trusted myself, I knew I could do ANYTHING I put my mind to! If this doesn't help, give yourself something to be excited about it. Well, maybe your bf doesn't know it hurts you? HOw do you react to this. Do you act like you don't care? Do you act like you do care? It all depends on how he sees the way you react. You can't keep going around being, lets just say "bullied" by your bf. It's not right for a guy to treat his gf with disrespect. Try to show some signs that you don't like what he's doing when he does something to you. Maybe he'll get the hint. If he doesn't, tell him. Say: "Why do you keep doing that? It really makes me feel bad?" or something similar to that! Hope I helped!

I always study for test really hard. But all the time when I get the test back I made an F. I just get nervios and mess up. How can I get over it? I dont want to study all the time like I do and all I get is an F. It will really help me if yall tell me how to get over the freakking out on the test.THanks

Have you asked your teacher to help you? Maybe its the way you are studying. Try staying for after school tutoring. By saying, "I don't get it" doesn't help the teacher understand what YOU don't understand. I know it helped me when I started to drop in Texas History class. Instead of studying by yourself, get a parent, teacher, sibling, or friend to read the questions and you answer. Or have them read the answer and you say the question. You always learn faster when you are teaching something to somebody. I REALLY hope I helped!

Whats more important to you? YOur friends that will last a life time, or a guy that might break your heart. Maybe you could hang out with your friends when this guy isn't around. Ask him why he doesn't like your friends. You might be able to negotiate! Hope I helped!

i am totally clueless right now i really like this guy let's name him kyle and my bff let's call her amanda used to have a crush on him too, and kyle knew we both liked him...and now amanda has a bf and i think kyle is totally crushed i mean he barely even talks to me anymore...it gets wosre because i asked him out the other day and he said he had to go to work, and ever since he's been ignorin me....what do i do i mean i still really like him alot and i don't know what to say to him.....

I am dating a guy.. and hes going to a private school next year... and we really love eachother.. but the private school hes going to isolates him.. right now were not even at the same school.. hes in one highschool in our town and im in the other.. and were fine.. but next year im not even going to be able talk to him at all.. because he even has school on Saturdays.. :-/ I dont want to lose him..we have been best friends for 3 years and we have dated on and off in the past and were dating now... im afraid hes going to get over me and move on.. and i don't want him too.. i really love him alot.. and he loves me too.. but theres no way we can be together next year.. should I just get over him now and move on starting now.. or what?

NO! If you love him and he loves you back, don't let long distance split you up. What 'bout Sundays? Maybe you can plan a special day each week where you go on a date and go out, JUST the TWO of you. If there is really no time you can see him, try e-mail, aim, or phone! Hope I helped!

I have a very plain face. I have a brownish/blondish hair color,thick and long hair, greenish eyes, and okay lips. I hate how I look and I want to change. Im allowed to wear make up but I just cant find the right kind. Any suggestion? Just ask if you want to see a pic.
hmm...I would suggest CLINIQUE. It's a beauty store that uses the way you NATURALLY look to get the best "do" for you. My sis did it and you can purchase skin care lotion for YOUR UNIQUE skin. Not your friends!

ok my horse was injured in the hoof.today my mom talked to the vet when i was at school and they agreed to put shoes on him :'(. and we allways said we weren't going to put anyshoes on cause he has never had them cause his feet r so strong!nobody listens to me!ok so if they have shoes once they have to have them forever!am i right ?please help quickly!

Hey i was justd wondering if anyone knows some good eyeshadow colors or techinque thats make lightish brown eyes stand out...I've been using a darkish brow with a dark gold over it..if anyone has any good colors that i cud use..that'd be great..-thanks
I have hazel eyes. Its close to a brown but the color changes. A good way to go if you have not pale skin is purple or a deep mauve purple. You can also look up tips on the internet! I used GL mag. to help! Boy did I get some compliments!

If a guy is 2-timing you, why would you want to go out with him. If you have feelings for him, it might help to talk it over with him. Maybe the other girls he's "seeing" don't know that he's cheating. You can't assume people to be perfect, but cheating just to have "fun" is NOT an option. You can't give up. God doesn't hate anyone. He respects people and wants to help you. You just have to put forth an effort to listen to him. Pray and repent of your sins. God will forgive. Jesus said "I love everyone!" "So I will" said a little child. YOu can't punish yourself for getting into things like this. Try and pray and repent and read your scriptures and go to church. Sometimes, people feel alone. It might mean that they are stressed or are just looking or searching for that special someone or something. A diary helps a lot. People can express themselves using diaries and they let the "real you" come out and escape from the world other people want you to live in. Hope I helped!

I think I am loosing my best friend. She has been hanging out alot with someone else, and when she isnt she always has excuses. she isnt the same person, i know she has to change, but i mean- she is obsessed with her weight and eating. Im not really worried about that though, i just miss her. what should i do? just forget about her?
Sometimes friends need a little change. You can always ask her to spend the night and talk about "the good 'ol days." Things change. So do personality. Especially when people start to change. Hope i helped!
