Does anyone know some type of food that would give me more calcium? I heard that the age i am (15) is one of the most important to get more of it. I HATE milk, and dont really like yogurt or cheese. I am afraid I might get osteoporosis when i get older. HELP!!

I need a little advice here. The guy I like seems to always be too busy. I try to talk to him as much as i can, but I'm not sure if i get the point across that I like him. Me, my best friend and him were at his house just hanging out, he;s in 10th and I'm 8th grade.My parets are racist and he's Jamacan! Later when he left I talked to him on the phone for about two hours.I sneak out of my house to meet him and we started making out for an hour or more! He told me that he has liked me for a while! On halloween he dissed me infront of my friends and then came to me school and my friends asked him about me and him! He said that I was "dirty and disgusting" and he regreted makin out wit me. Then my other guy best friends told me it was because he was embarassed about making out with an 8th grader! Whenever it gets cold out and my hands are exposed and then I come back into warmth, two of my fingers go white and feel numb. I can't figure out why it does that. My hands don't go white it's just my fingers. Can anyone help?

Well!My friend a while ago started cutting herself, but then she stopped. Today I hit her arm and she said ouch. I knew right away what she did because she gave me this look. Then she laughed about it. I honestly don’t think that it is funny. She is one of my best friends and I don’t need her going off and hurting herself. When she laughs about it, it makes me feel like she doesn’t want me to care or anything. She showed me her arm and it looks pretty bad and shes like ooo its not that bad. I don’t want to tell an adult but she has been pretty depressed latly and I don’t kno anymore if I should continue helping her about it or just give her her own space.
Ok.. I kinda know what your friend is going through! ITS AN EMOTIONAL CRISIS!! You see, cutting her wrists is just her way of dealing with her pain. Talk to her about it and tell her that you are really worried about her and you dont want her to cut herself. Ask her about her problems and help her deal with them if you can. Don't be like.. "Hey (name). We really have to talk. Is there something thats bothering you?" She responds, "No, why?" You say, "BECAUSE YOU ARE AN IDIOT AND YOU'RE CUTTING YOUR WRISTS!!!" Ok.. you see what I mean? You cant like freak out. You have to keep it calm. Like for instance, "Hey (name). Ok, I know that you have a problem and something is bothering you. Listen, if you'd rather not tell me, it's ok.
