okay im getting really sick of the pencil eyeliners cause they always smudge, what is a good brand for liquid? ty so much!

try NYC liquid eye liner! It works good, that's the kind i use for cheerleading competitions and it works really good and stays on a long time!! hope i helped <3

opk wel i have the same probme pencile eyeliner never stays on till i started to heat it b4 i put it on. you just get fire some how and hold the pencile over the flame for like 2 second or until it is about to melt wait a few seconds b4 you put it on. it should stay on a little longer but it does go on alot darker.

I use NYC liquid eyeliner and it works great! No smudges at all! Cover Girl and MAC also work great! Hope I helped :)
