What is leukemia? Is leukemia cancer? Does having leukemia mean you're going to die?
Leukemia is usually hit with younger people. It's a child's cancer basically. If you have it, it's not to rare that you'll live so, yes in most cases the Leukemia takes over and you lose the fight to survive.
Okay! Im 14 and my Question is Why are parents so over protecting Girls but not boys? I mean of course Im going to like boys. I can't help that.
My parents are like that to m. I am the only girl and I have an 17 year old brohter. Parents are so protective of their girls becuase we are their "babies" they don't want us to grow up and get involoved in boys becuase it usually ends in tears. They are wayyy more leniant on guys becuase guys are more strong to handle break-ups. It's a completly natural thing. It's just a stage, just show them your maturity and let them know you can handle anything life throws at you. Hope I helped
I'm 15 and a female. well, there is this kid in 2 of my classes and ever since the beginning of school we've been really good friends. He always says like stupid or gross jokes and i kinda laugh at how like stupid it is and he just laughs at me in a nice way because he knows i think its funny/stupid. but like this whole year i just have been putting in my mind that hes a friend and nothing else. because my friend kara thinks hes a total weirdo but they are still kinda friends. which is confusing but, haha. I think we flirt but don't really realize it. like i sit next to him in biology and he always pokes me and stuff because he knows it bugs me. but in a good kind of way? my biology teacher always joked about how we should date, but i never thought anything of it because my mind would think its just "him". but now I can help but think, do I like like him? I'm not sure what I should think. He has a girlfriend too but I want to know what he thinks of me, but I don't want to ask him because that would totally ruin everything, atleast i think.. Help!
I think out of your best interest and also keeping his in mind stay on the level you are at right now. If he has a girlfriend then you should stay away until that is over because asking him how he feels about you will not only make your friendship weird but it would jeopradize his relationship. However how you explain it he is fliting. Poking you just to make you madis mucho flirtacious. Just stay away until him and his girlfriend break up and when that happens be there for him to help him cope, that will bring you guys closer and maybe start a flame. Hope I helped.
Iam 20 years old and I have a problem with trusting people a little bit to easy and I want to know how to be not so trusting?
i am the complete opposite. i cant trust people unless the earn it partially because when i was younger a few people stabbed me in the back and that made met think i could trust nobody. having easy trust isnt a bad thing, it actually shows alot about your charector. the only thing i can think of is your going to have to get hurt or betrayed to be more strong in that area, but dont intentionally do this because that would make you look at everyones flaws and thats a terrible thing. but if you never get hurt with the people you trust, i dont see what the problem is. well i hope i helpedd.
i have had a long distance relationship for about 7 months now, and i have never met him in person. we are planning to meet this year. it would seem like we are meant for eachother by the conversations we have, but what if we are totally different in person? is meeting up a good idea?

All I have to say is my Uncle met a girl online and...now she's my Aunt. Happily married of 6 months. So, it isn't really our job to judge because like my Uncle your relationship could turn out greatt. On the other hand it couldn't. Just follow your heart, it'll tell you the right thing!

There is certain settings on myspace. You can set private so just your "personal" friends can see the pix or you can set it to the public which is everybody can see them. Now, there is absolutly no possible way someone can scan your pic and get your address nor could they find you. That, I guess, is just a way of your parents trying to get you not to do this. I have never heard of a pic resulting in a rape. No worries, the worst that could happen is a creepy comment of your pic. There is nothing to be scared about.
Ok so this is a stupid question and some people will probably make fun of me for saying this. But I am a HUGE fan of the Jonas Brothers! I have been a fan for a long time! They aren't going back on tour for a while and I would really want to communicate with them! What does it mean to be a Christian exactly? I have always considered myself to be a Christian and now I wonder what being a Christian means really.
My best friend and I were talking and she seems to believe that being Christian means you have to go to church every day it's open but I don't believe that. I think my best friend has good ideas about Christianity in that we, as Christians, should be tending to (helping) others, Christian or not, but I am unsure about the need to go to church.
I know lots of celebrities are Christian, like the Jonas Brothers (all three that I'm aware of--Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Kevin Jonas), Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana), Alicia Keys, and Tom Hanks. I don't think they go to church every time the doors are open, but I know they do believe in Christianity and God.
To me, all of the Christian churches I've gone to have almost been like social gatherings. Maybe I'm just going to the wrong sorts of churches or maybe I have the wrong idea. Is it wrong for a Christian to NOT go to church? If a Christian does not go to church every, say, Sunday then does it make them any less of a Christian?

Well, I don't go to church every Sunday, but I believe in God and I love him and trust that he has a plan for me. A Christian is someone who will help someone and care for someone else before themselves. Now, this is my opinion, you doont have to rightly agree, however you did ask for people's opinions. I, myself, as a Christian always do anything I can to help my community. For instance there was a family at my church home who's dad has gotten into a terrible accident and he couldn't attend work for a while, so our church threw a spaghetti dinner together and charged money for everyone who attended this social gathering. As a Christian you should not be self absorbed or look down on other people because thy aren't like you. God loves everybody, you should too! Hope I helped <
ok so i live in a society where having sex is completely normal. i have had one sexual partner in my life and we were together for 3 years. we broke up a year ago and now i am currently engaged to a man i am head over heals in love with, the only problem is he thinks im a virgin. and if i do not bleed on my wedding night i am doomed for a divorce. we are both muslims and i need some advice on how i can fake my virginity for my wedding night. either by putting fake blood inside of me or any creams or pills that can make me bleed. Why would you do something so stupid as to put fake blood inside you?! That is a hige mistake, however and even bigger mistake is not telling your future husband about your past. You've probably heard this a million times but trust builds a good foundation for the future. What happens when your doing something and he finds out later down the line? Do you want him to figure out your keeping secrets from him when you have a beatiful house and you are raising a family together? No, you need to tell him now! I know I would hate being lied to especially if its by my future husband. If you guys are really in love then love will have a way of working things out in the end. I can't stress this enough, you NEED to tell him now, before he finds out for himself or there will be major problems for your future together.
So I had a dream about my fiance and I. In my dream he was straight forward and honest about any question I ever had (spoken or thought) relating to our relationship. For the two major questions I had, the answers were things that hurt me (he did or intended to do stuff that would be bad for our relationship). When he gave me the answers afterwards he tried to hold me and i pulled away (calmly) and just left him. I looked at my phone later and had 97 missed calls - when I listened to the messages they were clips from songs saying he loved me and basically he wanted our relationship to go back to the way it was when we first started. --- Eventually we were fine but I'm not sure if the fine part was the start of a new dream so it might not be related ---

Dreams are just dreams, usually they don't happen in life but almost every dream has meaning. This dream could mean you aren't too sure how your relationship is going. It doesn't mean your not going to marry, it just means that you will have ups and downs, hopefully you work through them. Deep down you both love eachother and you know it. Try to pay attention to your life and relationship to see if anything out of the ordinary happens but most likedly you'll be together forever.

You could watch a movie, go for a walk, write songs or stories, learn to use only seven fingers on the computer, read, take pictures. I don't know what kind of person you are, but I am really creative and I think outside the box so the things I gave you to do are things I would do if I were in your situation, I hope I helped < !
I have been dating my girlfriend Caitlyn for two years in October. She is the most amazing girl i have ever met and about 7 months ago i gave her a promise ring and i know Cait is the girl i want to spend the rest of my life with. Sometimes we get into little fights and blow them way out of proportion. About a month ago we had one of these fights and she wouldn't come to a party with me that night. At that party, i got pretty drunk and slept with a girl from another school. I didn't tell her about it and everything seemed like it was fine until this girl i slept with showed up at my baseball game and just so happens to sit down next to Cait and her best friend without knowing it was them. They start talking and pretty soon Becca, the girl from the party, has to go so she asks my girl friend if she could give me a ring back that i had left at her house (the promise rings we gave each other. i guess i left it there that night) of course my girlfriend gets curious why this girl has my ring and so she asks becca about it and she told her the whole thing. After the game Cait brought the ring up to me and said that my "little friend Becca" thought i would want it back and asked her to give it to me. I was totallly shocked and had no idea even what to say. Cait broke it off right then and there. I need to find some way to make it up to her. She is the love of my life and i totally regret what i did but she won't even talk to me which is really awkward since i am at her house all the time since her brothers are my best friends and her dad is my football coach. How can i get her back?
Ok, coming from a girl. You should just start with talking to her. Let her warm up to you more. Sit her down and tell her the party story. She will then knwo that you can tell her the truth. When you are done say I will never lie to you again, and mean it. If she still doesnt forgive you kick it up a notch. If you aren't a singer and she knows it. Sing her a song. bring your camera to wal mart and take pictures of your friends holding a really dumb toy and see at the end who has the best pose with the same toy. You could also go aorund and try and find the ugliest piece of clothing and try it on just to be wierd. You can have fun no matter what you do you just have to make it fun!!!!!!

13/f. Ok so recently when I came to my school I was friends with this girl. Let's call her A. Then I have my other best friend, let's call her B. I was walking down the hall one day and I was talking to A and noticed she wasn't paying attention to me, she was paying attention to my boobs. So then I started to look our for it a little bit more and noticed she always does. So then one day she told me that she thinks peoples' eyes are beautiful??? What is this supposed to mean??? She kind of talks to me in a flirtyyy way. So she's always asking me if I have plans (btw, she's 13/f too) and then the other day i checked my phone over the weekend. A called me OVER 30 TIMES IN JUST TWO DAYS! So then she started calling my home phone like over... 8 times the whole vacation. She calls my phone ALL THE TIME. And the thing is... i wouldnt be to worried about the boob watching but calling you over 30 times is a lil ridiculous. she is just checking your boobs to compare sizes probably lots of girls do that. but i might start to worry a litte about the 30 times because 1)she is running up your phone bill 2)she could just call to hear your voice, meaning she likes you and 3)she could get really annoying
try this: ask her if she thinks your hot and if she answers really fast tehn she thinks you are and it is definate if it takes her a while then she is thinking about it and she doesnt like like you.
