Q: I have this friend who's tiny, only 4'11 and super skinny, and when he eats, even just something small, his stomach bulges out a lot. He says he doesn't really feel full but it causes him a little discomfort. Does anybody know what this problem could be? Is it just gas? He doesn't seem to have any other symptoms. Could it be that he's just so skinny that there isn't enough fat or muscle to hide the food? All answers are appreciated!!

Something he can try is a colon cleanse or the master cleanse, he probably has excess food particles in his digestive system, and needs to clean it out. :)

Q: I am a 13 year old girl and I need to get rid of acsess stomach and thigh fat.Every time I look into the mirror I fell very self conscince.I dont have alot of money so what should I do?I need help/advise!

Also try to remember, to get the best results in a fast period of time, you should limit your junk food intake, and quit soda, also drink plenty of water. :)

Q: I seriously don't think I have a family anymore. I mean, I live with both my biological parents and my sister. My half-brother moved out a long time ago and hardly visits. Most of my mom's side of the family is dead or dying. My dad's side of the family hates us because they hate him. I've been narrowed down to just the people in my house, unfortunately, it just doesn't seem like we're a family. Just a bunch of people who live together because we have no choice. My dad goes off on his own and stays out late, probably dates other women and no one really cares. My mom just works, pays the bills, then goes to bed. My sister is off in her own little world. And it's pretty much the same with me. I can't have a conversation with anyone of them because we end up arguing and then stop talking to each other until we forget our argument. It doesn't feel or look like the families I've seen at the mall or read about in books, or anything. I tried to convince my mom that maybe we should try eating dinner together, but the one time we did, my mom and dad started arguing over nothing. We just can't be together in the same room or we'll drive each other crazy. I'm pretty sure a therapist won't work because my dad refuses to see one (He doesn't speak English and he suffers from dysthemia, which he passed onto my sister) I'm thinking I should probably move out as soon as possible because there's no point in staying here anymore. I'm a seventeen-year-old female.

Honestly, Your family doesn't seem like a family like you said. My best friend went through with what your going through now, but what she did to get through it was to try to accompany herself with other people and it worked, I told her that she shouldn't forget her family completely, like she should talk to her mom whenever she has the time, and you should do the same, talk to your family members and if they get on you nerves, then go to to the people that you want to spend your time with. :) Oh, and you should wait until your 18 or older just because you are going to be consider as a adult :) Then when your 17. Q: Hello everyone! My birthday is tomorrow (yay) I'll be 19! I was wondering what everyone knows about "Zumba" I was thinking of trying it, I understand that one dvd training is about 20 dollars and I am willing to pay that, if I hear that it actually works.
How many calories does it burn?
Is it worth looking into? I'm interested in losing a lot of weight, I don't have a timeline but I want to get healthier. I think zumba would help, but i'm not about to waste 20-30 dollars if it doesnt! thanks for all your input.

Zumba is a great workout but you have to follow their diet plan to get the best results, I did Zumba for 2 months, with not the best results. Instead of Zumba I think you should try Winsor pilates, it's easier and you see the results faster, I love it I dropped an inch and half in just one week.

Q: How do you copy the Itunes library onto a flash USB drive? I have one but don't know how to use it.

1.Open up iTunes and click Advanced/Consolidate Library and click yes when the conformation screen comes up.
2. Go to your iTunes folder (usually in My Documents/My Music
3. Drag your iTunes folder onto your flash drive. That should work :)

i am 14 yrs and am 1mth preggers and dont know what i should do. i hate the thought of an abortion and adoptipton but i am only 14 and am still a kid... what should i do, is an abortion the right chioce?

You are the only one who can decide if you are ready for a baby or not, I personally think that you should not have an abortion, but no one can tell you yes or no. Even though you are a kid, we all have to make adult decision at one point in our life no matter how old we get.

Q: I just found out my boyfriend of 3 years cheated on me in the begining I confronted him n he told me it was one time a few months ago he calls me n lies n says he has to go to.his moms n wont be home cause something happen but I just got off the phone with his mom we had a big fight over the phone n he didn't come home the next day he smelled like lavender down there n I found dirty text messages in his phone I love him so much n my son. calls him daddy I don't know what I should do please any advice will help

If a guy cheats on you then he doesn't deserve you, even though you love him and your son calls him daddy, you shouldn't take the heart-ache. I think you should take the high road, and leave him, because if he cheats on you then he doesn't care about you.

Q: I feel it necessary to point out that I'm computer illiterate and when it comes to technology such as laptops, cell-phones, IPODS and I-Pads that all I know how to do is turn it on and basic function.

My problem is that I just bought a new Windows 7 laptop. I have another computer which is a Macintosh. The new Windows 7 machine will not allow me to use the Ipod on it and put my music on to Itunes because it says it's a Macintosh formatted Ipod. Is there any way around that? How can get 1,000 plus tunes from my Macintosh to the new machine easily? Any help would be appreciated. Remember, I need any instructions in layman's terms assuming I've never been told them before and am lost with technology.

If you want your songs from your Macintosh computer to your Windows 7 then buy a USB flash drive, you can transfer and save your things there easily and fast.

Q: Hi, im 17 turning 18 and i'm a black female. I've always been interested in dating outside my race because i've always been curious to know what it's like to date a white guy. I live in South Florida and it's not easy to get a white boy's attention (well for me) i know im pretty but what is it? What do i do to catch a white boy's attention if there is a difference. How do most of them feel about black girls anyway?

Well I don't think that getting a white guy's attention is really hard because we are all humans, but I'm Hispanic and I like to date out of my race too, so get a white guy's attention the way you would get any other guys attention, look cute, dress nice, and be you. P.S white guys do like black girls :)

Q: my friend went into 2 peoples cars and stole their GPS's then he sold them to cash converters . We went up there today to sell some stuff and they said that one of the gps's had come up as stolen and that the cops were working on the case . is he going to get arrested ? can he just say someone gave him the stolen gps's or do you think they fingerprinted the car and all that stuff ? what happens if they do catch him, hes 18? thanks !

No man should ever cheat on his girl especially if you have been together for 3 years!!!! I always say if a guy cheats on me then he doesn't care about me, dump this guy before he hurts you again, because men say they are going to change but never do. So to avoid the heart-ache DUMP HIM!!!

Q: If my move in day is today can I just get my key today and not actually move in until tomorrow? It seems like it will be crazy to try to move in when everyone is moving in today.

Yes i believe you can get your key whatever day you want it, then just use when needed.

Q: I am 5 foot 6 and am interested I'n modeling I'm 12 and would like to model locally I'n the Tampa fl area .... I'd like to model for a cool company but how do I get started??

Your never to young for modeling, you can start by getting an agent, agents help book meetings, interviews, etc. Not only that but you can go on exploretalent.com, and they show you auditions and stuff. Hope this helped :)

If i give you ways to commit suicide, that's me being a bad role model, i know you probably don't want to read this but i think it will help you, at a point in my life i felt the same way, but you shouldn't kill yourself to avoid what's happening to you. Think about family members, friends, people that care about you, if they loose you, how will they feel. I bet you heard the quote life sucks and then you die, life doesn't have to be that way, make it the way you want it to be, you can get help, that's what i did, i found out that there's other people like me and i bet like you too. Go to your parents, special teachers or even doctors, they will help realize that you are meant to be here on this earth, even if you think you shouldn't be here. Please Please Please take my advice.

You should be a leader not a follower, just because your friends are having sex doesn't mean that you should too. Also, your to young to have sex, maybe your body hasn't even developed for that yet. My advice to you is to not have sex, do it when you know it's right like at the age of 18, don't do it because your friends are doing it. :)

Last night a boy that I've liked for 2+ years started texting me. We talked for 2 hours and then he asked me if I wanted to go to the Exhibition (like a fair, with rides and stuff) with him. I really wanted to, but I told him I was going to my cottage and couldn't. I don't think I'm allowed to even go on group dates, let alone one on one. He also asked me to a dance 2 years ago, but I didn't really like him then, and I said no.

The thing is, my family sort of knows about this boy, but not in the best way. I used to tell them stories about him, cause he is a bit crazy and nerdy, but sweet and cute at the same time. I kind of left the sweet and cute part out. I really want to ask my parents if I can go, and they aren't crazy overprotective so they might say yes. I just don't know if I can handle all my family (aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, sisters, and parents) and friends, with their opinions and ideas. What should I do?

It won't kill you if you ask, and since you said that your parents aren't really overprotective, then they might say yes, so i say go ask, BE BOLD!!! :)

Q: Hi, 18/f, I am going to a concert on 9/10 and i want to lose weight.. Right now I am 5'5" and i weigh about 150 lbs. I would like to weigh 135-140 by the concert. & I would like to get rid of my love handles. I need an intense workout plan and diet. Any help at all is appreciated!

Okay maybe you should try insanity by shaun t, they give a diet plan and it's a great workout, if you don't like that try winsor pilates, I personally recommend Winsor Pilates.

I asked a few questions a while back about dealing with my overly shy boyfriend. Recap: He's super shy and he's a couple years younger, but he acts even older than I do sometimes. He knows when to be a kid and when to be an adult. Problem is, he doesn't seem to know how to act around me. He turns red and squirms when he has to kiss me or if he's sitting next to me on the couch.
And this is how I tried to solve it. I myself am shy, but I forced myself to overcome it today and invited him to a double date in town. I tried so hard to get him to talk and to order something to eat, but he wouldn't. He just smiled some of the time or laughs quietly as if he was stuck. I tried to urge a conversation about his job and about how life is, but he wouldn't go into it. I know guys draw the line at talking about certain things, so I avoided deep questions. Just normal questions. I really hate to say this, but I don't think this relationship is working out. And it's hurting me to even think about breaking up with him, but he won't discuss it. Should I just break up with him and ask to be friends or maybe keep trying? (He does seem to like me, but he's just too shy to do ANYTHING.)

From the looks of it, it seems that your boyfriend and you don't make the perfect match, due to his over shyness, he should understand why you would want to break up with him. But maybe first you should tell him how you feel, and maybe he can change, if he doesn't then you know he's not the right one for you. :)

Q: I recently had a one night stand with an acquaintance. We have a lot of mutual friends and I have met him before but I wouldn't say we are friends. During all this the condom broke and I took plan B, unfortunately I was on some medication that the Dr. thinks might have interfered with it working. And as it turns out I'm pregnant. I really don't know what I am going to do about the baby. I am not sure I am ready in life to have a child etc. But my biggest dilemma right now is whether or not to tell the guy. He is moving in less than 2 weeks and I am just not sure it is worth telling him. Advice?

Even if you plan to get an abortion, you should tell the guy because you never know if he would want to keep the baby. And if you get an abortion and kept this a secret from him, won't you feel guilty that you didn't say anything if you ever saw him again?
