BIG IPOD PROBLEM. I feel it necessary to point out that I'm computer illiterate and when it comes to technology such as laptops, cell-phones, IPODS and I-Pads that all I know how to do is turn it on and basic function.
My problem is that I just bought a new Windows 7 laptop. I have another computer which is a Macintosh. The new Windows 7 machine will not allow me to use the Ipod on it and put my music on to Itunes because it says it's a Macintosh formatted Ipod. Is there any way around that? How can get 1,000 plus tunes from my Macintosh to the new machine easily? Any help would be appreciated. Remember, I need any instructions in layman's terms assuming I've never been told them before and am lost with technology.

If you want your songs from your Macintosh computer to your Windows 7 then buy a USB flash drive, you can transfer and save your things there easily and fast. ]
