My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

My mother just got married, though we've been living with him and his daughter for a year or two. Recently I've realized what a bad person my new stepsister is (evil stepsister!!) but I have to live with her until I go to college (two years). I told her I didn't like her flat out, but I still have to deal with her on an almost daily basis. What can I do to make this less painful?

avoid her .. dont really talk to her ..dont make eye contact or anything! idk ! maybe youu culd tak to your mom and tell her to keep her away from you as much as possible? x0

aw you defenetly need to be there for your friend is he makes her cry! you have to talk to her about all the good things and how its really not worth crying over for and that it will get better even tho sometimes you really cant help but cry over a dude.. when she crys you need to comfort her! some1 needs to sit down with this guy and talk to him! like talk to him about that stuff and you want to make sure he doesnt hurt her cuz that would suck! so talk to him and if hes doing anything wrong tell him and maybe he would try to change so they dont fight anymore and that he doesnt make her cry ! x0 !

yea i kno how you feel and yea allyssa is prolly depressed about some stuff and she doesnt kno any other way to deal with it but to cut. it might make her feel better and think it takes the pain away .. and not think about the problem and it does work but i mean that still shouldnt be a way of dealing with it. talk to her and tell her how much you care about her and how you really want her to stop ! you really cant hurt her feelings by saying that its just telling the truth and if she gets mad at you she will get over it because that isnt a good reason to get mad at some1 for! let her kno that you are always there for her and that you only want the best for her !! hope ii helped ! x0

Okay lets start my saying im 13 years old. I am dating a 17 year old. My parents along with his parents think it's a bad idea because of the age difference. Okay im in 10th grade and I really like this senior. He told me 2 weeks before christmas that he has liked me since september and things were going really good until his parents split up. NOw he is depressed and is having a lot of problems at home. He acts fine around everyone else because nobody knows about his parents. He wasn't going to tell me but I bugged him about it because he just started ignoring me and everything. I talked to him the other night and he likes me but said that we can't "be together" until this is all over because his family is more important than me. I've waited for so long and I cry everytime i think about him (pathetic i know) because I like him so much. My question is how do i go about waiting for his family problems to go away? I mean until we can be together what should i do? (he is 18 and I am 15) I know its a pretty big difference but we really like each other. I know this all sounds really pathetic! Thank you so much!
