Okay im in 10th grade and I really like this senior. He told me 2 weeks before christmas that he has liked me since september and things were going really good until his parents split up. NOw he is depressed and is having a lot of problems at home. He acts fine around everyone else because nobody knows about his parents. He wasn't going to tell me but I bugged him about it because he just started ignoring me and everything. I talked to him the other night and he likes me but said that we can't "be together" until this is all over because his family is more important than me. I've waited for so long and I cry everytime i think about him (pathetic i know) because I like him so much. My question is how do i go about waiting for his family problems to go away? I mean until we can be together what should i do? (he is 18 and I am 15) I know its a pretty big difference but we really like each other. I know this all sounds really pathetic! Thank you so much! My AIM address is x rock my s0ckz (the o in sockz is a zero) IM if you want to talk or can help me.. i am pretty good with problems too so if you need anything then ask!

Teza answered Tuesday February 1 2005, 5:00 pm: its not pathetic so its kool ! listen i kno that you really want to be with him right now but since he is having family problems then i think that you should help him to get threw all of this a lil faster. i kno you dont want to wait but i guess thats what you have to do. if you guys went out right now it would be kinda of weird for him because he also has to make sure he doesnt hurt you in anyway you no wat i mean ? just give him a lil time and wen all his problems are over then you guys will go out ! it will be fine and dont cry just be there for him and make him happier =) ! x0 [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
