my friend allyssa cuts herself ! i wanna help but i have no idea what to do ! i think she cuts b/c shes stressed ! what do i say without hurting her feelings or makin her mad at me ! pleeze give me some advize!

yea i kno how you feel and yea allyssa is prolly depressed about some stuff and she doesnt kno any other way to deal with it but to cut. it might make her feel better and think it takes the pain away .. and not think about the problem and it does work but i mean that still shouldnt be a way of dealing with it. talk to her and tell her how much you care about her and how you really want her to stop ! you really cant hurt her feelings by saying that its just telling the truth and if she gets mad at you she will get over it because that isnt a good reason to get mad at some1 for! let her kno that you are always there for her and that you only want the best for her !! hope ii helped ! x0
