It's a little confusing, yeah. But I can understand it.
Just simple things. Favorite bands. Favorite movies-- start with stuff like that.
I tend to find out more people when I randomly bring things up. Like, for instance, I was talking to this boy named Ryan, and I thought I'd figured out his type of music, SO, I was all:

And that started like, an hour long conversation. So, just small talk for a while.

Ok i know that this is in the wrong section but i didnt find a subject that fit this one.
Anyway i rescued a plant yesterday from a local grocery store, and its roots were lying on top of a bit of dirt on the bottom which was soaked and its roots were completely in the air and it was turning alittle brown on one of the sides, i took it home and it is doing nicely but it is tropical and i think sun would make it flourish and heat too but i live in a place where it is cold for the plant and there is little sun, any suggestions how i could rehabiliate it. If you think sun is what it needs, wrap a blanket or towel around it, and place it near a lamp. Or, if you're like my mother, wrap a strand of christmas lights all over the pot to keep it warm. :]
She does that during the winter when she doesnt want to drag all of her potted plants in because of the cold.

My sister Melissa [19] found a kitten in a box at a lake near by my house, she went around the neighborhood and asked if it was anyones kitten, all answered no.
My sister and I [14.5] decided to keep it, we took it to the vet and they said its VERY healthy and its a perfect kitten.
We told my mom she said no, but we already spent 500 bucks on the shots and everything! We love this cat and my sister and I cried for hours last night, not able to sleep. My mother said she will give my sister 500 bucks to pay back, but she wants the cat out!
We begged my mom to show her that we are mature enough to take care of the kitten, she kept saying no.
She said the kitten will ruin her furniture. We already have an older cat, she hates her but she will have to deal. And Olive is declawed, already knows how to use a litter box, and is very nice.
What can we say to her to allow us to keep it?
And adding more info.. when my sister and i were very little, were 5 years of age apart. and she still tells us to do this. if we want it "GO FOR IT" but she wants us to go for something better.
HELP! we really want this kitten!

I've had a lot of professions in the past I DREAMED of doing. But realized I'd never be good enough to pursue them. Don't lecture me on that, that's not what I'm talking about.
Doing advicenators, and even it's as simple as just answering people's questions, I love doing it. I love helping my friends with their problems as well.
Which led me into thinking.. wow, I would LOVE to be a counselor/psychatrist(Sorry for spelling.)
Okay, and a couple days ago, I told my boyfriend one of my advice column entries, but it's one where it didn't really involve much advice, just thought, and I made it into a funny/sarcastic answer. He thought I was serious about it and didn't think it was good advice. Anyways, I told him today about my idea for the counseling/phystrist[sp] thing. And he was like "People would hate you, the ones who think they dont need help." And I was like, "Well, I'll help realize they need help and do my best to help! Haha." And then he was like, "No offense.. but you're not the best at giving advice."
Is he serious??
Or is it just because of the one entry I told him about??
He's never had problems to come to me about, so I never have given him advice.

Different people will tell you different things. Some will say yes, especially if there was no condom and no birth control involved, even if your vagina didn't come in contact with sperm.. They'll say something along the lines of 'Sperm could've dripped into your vagina'.
But at the same time, some will say no, because the vagina didn't come in contact with the sperm, and that you're fine.
My advice would definitely be to watch your symptoms, always use a condom no matter what, and possibly take the morning after pill [that can actually be taken up to five days after sex].

I got mine in like, November of 7th grade. So I was like, 12 ish? Yeah. If I were you, I'd definitely feel thankful that you haven't gotten it yet, because once you do, you'll hate it. I wouldn't worry about not having it until I was 16 or so.
