My plant is dying what do i do

Question Posted Wednesday June 27 2007, 4:43 pm

Ok i know that this is in the wrong section but i didnt find a subject that fit this one.
Anyway i rescued a plant yesterday from a local grocery store, and its roots were lying on top of a bit of dirt on the bottom which was soaked and its roots were completely in the air and it was turning alittle brown on one of the sides, i took it home and it is doing nicely but it is tropical and i think sun would make it flourish and heat too but i live in a place where it is cold for the plant and there is little sun, any suggestions how i could rehabiliate it.

If you think sun is what it needs, wrap a blanket or towel around it, and place it near a lamp. Or, if you're like my mother, wrap a strand of christmas lights all over the pot to keep it warm. :]
She does that during the winter when she doesnt want to drag all of her potted plants in because of the cold.
