hair style?

What type of hair style would work best on me? I was kinda thinking about long bangs. not dorky more like how Hilary duff used to wear her hair in this pic:

Like I said, I need help and this is a pretty big change in my hair so please tell me if this is a bad idea and give me some advice.

Well first your a very cute girl and i think anything you do will turn out cute but i would recommend side sweep bangs and some layering to give your hair more volume in your photo you look like you have a round shaped face meaning your face is widest at its cheeks and i think side sweep bangs complement your facial structure. you would also look cute with some highlights to help your decision go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Well, i'm not exactly sure how you want your hair specifically, but i'm going to give it a shot. You could always do a loose side ponytail with your bangs hanging down. You can take a curler and just do a little curl on the bangs for a bouncier look.
Or, you could do a messy bun with your bangs draped, covering some of your face and the other part of your bangs on the other side of your head. Then, as a finishing touch, stick a pair of chopsticks in your bun.
