help me define my style i have brown hair dyed black, long, wit bangs and kind of curly, and green-blue eyes, im tall, but i feel my style is a little out dated. I always wear t-shirts and jeans but i feel it looks kind of dull , what else can i do. I was thinking of cutting it like kristen from laguna beach, like shortish and dying bak to my normal colour witch is like between brown and blond what do you think??

I have to go for my first "girly" check up alone because I am having problems at school and they are being slowly sorted out but my parents know nothign about it but my health is going down. What I want to know is during this check up do they really look at your vagina and boobs and what do they do to them? Also do they do anythign to your bum? I am really embarrest andits happening in a month please give me some advice.

well on your first visit they will only ask you questions like if you're sexually active and some other stuff like that. usually they don't inspect you, unless you have done a ton of stuff and you really need to be checked out on your first visit. if you are sexually active, they will do some tests on you. they check your boobs for any weird lumps. then they do a pap smear. it helps to see if there is any abnormalties in your cervix. the exams arent bad at all. they usually take your weight, blood pressure, and all that. then they have you lie down and inspect by putting a metal or plastic speculum into your vagina. it doesnt hurt (since youre already sexually active) they'll take a cotton ball and swab it to test your cervical cells, and they might put a finger or two to feel for ovaries. some doctors do the "bum" thing but most dont. = ) here are some tips for before you go. when making the appointment, ask for a girl if at all possible. its must more comfortable that way. try to go between periods. (when youre not on your period) and try to abstain from intercourse 48 hours before the exam. sorry this was so long. dont worry, youll be fine! no big deal. im always here for you if you need anything.

im 15..going on 16 and i havent had a boyfriend yet. everytime someone brings up the subject about having a boyfriend i get so like nervous and self-conscious because im afraid they'll ask like oh who was your last boyfriend? how many boyfriends have you had before? and my old friend was talkin bout boys and my other friend goes yahhh but she hasnt had a boyfriend yet. and the girls like OMG WHAT? you havent had one yet? seriously?! like she was shocked. because apparently alotta people think im prettY? i dont see it but whatever. im not that good with guys i mean yah i talk to them and all ..but as friends. im way too shy to like hang out with them or something. maybe they just dont see me as girlfriend material? my best friend says maybe i may look like a bitch or something..or guys are just afraid to come out and tell me because they are scared of rejection. but actually im not kinda scared to get my first boyfriend (if that ever comes :( because i really wont know how to act since ive never had one before. ahhh please give me suggestions anything will help..seriously!

its alright if youve never had a boyfriend. a lot of girls i am friends with didnt have boyfriends until just a little while ago, and they felt just the same way you did whenever people would talk about hanging out with their boyfriends. if you think youre ready to have one, then you just need to start looking for some options. im going to go along with the reason that they are scared of rejection, because obviously people think youre pretty. = ) heres what i would do. start talking to guys. be friendly, dont be shy. just be nice, just in case your friend is right, so guys know youre truly not a bitch. be fun and friendly. have a party. tell your friends to bring whoever they know that you dont know, this way, you can meet new people. the reason you havent had a boyfriend yet might just be that the right guy for you hasent come along yet. so have a party, this way you can associate with more guys and they can get to know the real you and get to like you more, and hopefully you can get closer to one guy. sorry this was so long. im always here for you hun.
