Did you just start your period for the first time, like a year or so ago? If so, a lot of girls have irregular periods. Sometimes it comes on time and sometimes it doesn't. Since you are a virgin you have nothing to worry about, like being pregnant. Your period is just irregular. It'll come, sooner or later. Don't worry about it.

I think you're just getting mixed signals. Lots of guys are very friendly and flirt with a lot of girls, even if they have a girlfriend and/or engaged/married. That's just how some guys are. I think you should go for him. Your friend has a boyfriend, so you're free to go out with whom ever you want, even if she is crushing on him. I think you should tell him how you feel one day. Maybe tell him on the internet, write him an e-mail or letter, call him up or tell him in person. Just explain to him how much you're crushing on him and how great of a guy you think he is. Than, just go from there and see what happens.

No, you cannot get rid of spilt ends without cutting them, but there is a way to prevent spilt ends. Don't brush your hair when it is wet. Instead you should always comb it. Your hair is weaker when it is wet, so if you were to brush it you're just damaging your hair. If you don't have to blow-dry your hair, don't. It's better to leave it air dry. If you straighten or curl your hair, try to leave your hair natural sometimes. Straightening/curling your hair everyday is extremely hard on your hair. Also, you should be getting your hair trimmed every 6 weeks, at least. This will help a lot with the spilt ends you may have, because your hairdresser will be cutting them off.

You can be in a happy relationship without having sex. What he is saying to you isn't right. It sounds like he is in this relationship for sex and sex only. Since he isn't getting any he's being immature and crying about it because his friends and their girlfriends have sex and he isn't. Just because other people have a sexual relationship, doesn't mean that he has to have a sexual relationship with you too. If you told him you didn't want to have sex, he should understand and at least respect your decision. If he truly cared about you and/or loved you, he'll wait until you're 100% ready. A lot of parents have that rule; you can't date until you're 16. My Mom used to tell me that all the time, until I had my first boyfriend. I think once your parents know you're in a relationship and you REALLY like this guy they'll let you stay with him. Don't be nervous about it, relax.

I have A LOT of necklaces so I know where you're coming from. I have this little necklace holder. It's a wooden thing with 5 or 6 knobs on it that you can hang your necklaces from (it goes on the wall.) I think I got it at Wal-Mart. I suggest looking around stores and I'm sure you'll find one. They're really great and they keep all your necklaces well organized.
