My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

umm I really like thiz guy alot I think 4 a year now we allways talk n stuff and we even chilled togather too he tried to kiss me like 4 times already and I always turn my head I dunno y i'm just scared aniiways my friend talked to him and asked if he liked me n he said no and she asked why not and he said becouse she dont even wanna kiss me or nun and he also thinkz I'm slow...slow wtf I dun no y he would think that I guess kuzz i say dumb stuff...how can I make him like me again the last time I saw him he didnt even want to say hi or nun...plizz help and yee I cant talk 2 him bkuzz he dont wanna talk 2 me what should I do

Uhm.. I`m kinda confused but I'll try to help. So why exacly wont he talk to you? Because you wouldnt kiss him or something? Thats so flippin gay! Ugh l0l sorrie thats totally gets on my nerves! How does he think you are slow? Everybody has their momemnts at times. If he wont talk to you because you wont kiss him hes just not worth it. Okay I'm from Tennessee and I see you help a lot of people. But I need advice, but I don't know if this has ever happened to you, but here goes. Okay so this new girl moves into town (Jaimie), and I was like, best friends with Kayla, and now Kayla is best friends with Jaimie and Kayla pays hardly any attention to me! I thought Kayla was a really good friend and now she's always ditching me. I don't see how someone I thought could be my bff could just ditch me like this. So now Kayla always sits around her at lunch, when they see each other in the halls they always run to each other and hug. So now she's not even really paying any attention to me!! I just don't know what to do! Can you help me?

Hi, well I never been in your situation but I`ll try to help you out. I know what you are talking about and I know how you feel. I know it sucks and you feel really bad. I think that you should talk to Kayla about this. Why dont you try talking to both of them a lot more so all of you can be best friends. I know Kayla didnt treat you right but shes your best friend so you have to talk to her! I`m sure you have a lot more close friends that you could also hang out with! x0

Ive liked this guy for about 6 years now & never really told him how i felt. We dated like 5 years ago when we we younger, and when that ended we stopped talking but i never stopped thinking about him. Weird I know but he was my 1st love! We tried dating again last year but it was all weird so we broke up. Now we talk only on occasion & its mainly him calling me for a "booty call" as my friends say. Im afraid hes only using me for sex! About lets say 3 months ago he told me that he really liked me but i didnt take him serious because he had a g/f at the time. The thing is I really wanna tell him how i feel that i never stopped thinking about him etc but im scared because it might freak him out and he might not talk to me again. It's been soo long and im also afraid of bawling right infront of him.. ='[ Another problem is I have a bf now and he knows this. Ok im not exactly happy with my current relationship & im planning on breaking up with him soon. What would you do? How would you start this conversation? Aw well I think that you should tell him how you feel. If you dont want to tell him in person then I think maybe you could call him, even tho I think its best in person! So, let him know how you feel. Is he single? If he isnt then dont tell him until him n his girlfriend break up but if he is then tell him as soon as possible. You never know if he might feel the same way. maybe you guys could try going back out and try making it work in a lil while. Sry if I didnt help much I tried. x0

I do understand how you feel. Listnen, it's okay to feel like this. You are a lil overprotective of your girlfriend. It's fine to feel jelous when she is talking or hugging this other guy, most boyfriends do. This just tells me how much you love her. Dont worry about her liking this other guy because I'm sure that she loves you so much! She is probably just really good friends with this other guy and sometimes it might seem like she likes him but she probably doesnt. I know you dont wanna tell her not to talk to any other guys and stuff but its totally fine you feel like this. She's not going anywhere trust me! Just dont worry so much about the other guys because you are the one for her and you are the one she cares about. x0

The most popular girl in school (i was O.K friends with her) moved to Arizona (i'm in Virginia) and I am happY! SOOO HAPPY! Cause i like being the center of attention. Well if you want to go out with him get to know him more and talk to him more. You could tell him how you feel and you never know if he likes you back. If you dont want to ask him yourself maybe one of your or his friends could ask. x0

Hey it's me yet again with yet another problem.
There's this kid who I have strong feelings for, and we were into each other for the longest time. He just broke up with his girlfriend and he's miserable because he cared about her... gurr it makes me so jealous!
He's ignored me for the past month... just all of a sudden stopped liking me. I care about him SOOO much. Should I be mad for his ingoring me like that and going out with someone else... and just avoid him? Or try, now that he's single... to get his attention again????

It's okay to be jelous and mad. I understand that you really like this guy. He will get over his girlfriend and maybe you should try to get his attention again. If you really like him dont let him go. Start talking to him again. It was wrong of him to ignore you in the first place but you shouldnt be mad at him for going out with some one else. Hi. I know what you are groing through. I go through the same thing all the time. If your friends make you stressed out and are kind of getting on your nerves for whatever reason then talk to them. If they are your closest friends they wont get mad at you and they will understand. If your girlfriends stresses you out maybe you have to tell her so she can change. If she gets mad or something then thats wrong. You guys could also take a lil break until things get better. Im sure she would understand what you are going through. I know you probably like her a lot but you dont want her to make you upset. She could also help you out if you let her know how you feel. Please dont ever do drugs or alchocol .. ( sry ii dont know how to spell it) I know that when you are mad and angry that you just want anything that you think might make you feel better. I smoke when I`m mad too and sometimes when I`m not. I know its totally wrong but still. I stoped now because I dont think theres a point to do it anyways. But.. please dont smoke because that could get you addicted and I dont care how much you smoke I just dont want you to! Who ever you are! If your friends say that if you smoke cigs or any drugs and that tehy will get mad at you its just that they care a lot about you and they dont want you to get hurt in any ways and trust me it can happen. When I used to cut or w/e I kept it a secret and then all of my friends found out and one of my best friends got mad at me. So dont keep it a secret because trust me your friends will find out! You wont have to keep it a secret tho because you will try not to do it. At least try your hardest. I hate to see my friends smoking or drinking or anything but when I do it its different. Think about it. You dont wanna lose any of your friends by this or even take the risk of them being really mad at you. Remember your friends and family all care about you. I know life is hard at times and I go through it every day but I get through it. I dont cut anymore because my friends kinda encouraged me to stop so I kinda did. The next time you are really upset talk to one of ur bestest friends .. the one that you can trust and that is always there for you. Also, you can try writing how you feel down in a notebook. I know it seems lame but it works. You dont think about doing anything else and it takes your anger out. You would be writing how you feel and it would just waste time and when you are done you wont even have the strength to smoke,drink or w/e! Please try not to do any of the bad things and try talking to your friend or writing your feelings down because it worked for me.
