Hi, this is Kate. I'm 17. My life motto is 'Live Laugh Love', I really think those are great words to live by and I'm planning to have it made into a tattoo. I'm not religious but I love learning about different religions. I write stories based on things that have happened to me because sometimes I have days where I just think 'wow that sounds like something out of a book'. I've finished 3 stories and I'm about to start my first horror story..very exciting. I believe in fairy tale love...the kissing in the rain, staring at the stars on the rooftop kind of love..Why? Because I'm in that kind of love and its been the greatest time of my life. And it didn't come easy.
I'd love to help you with whatever issues come your way. I've been in relationships where the guy was too old for me, the guy was my best friend, the guy just wanted to get some. I've been the other woman but I'm not proud of it. I've been the girl who waits years to be with the guy she wanted.
I come from the type of home where everyone seems okay and then when everyone leaves its chaos. My parents should have been divorced years ago and I can't stand to be around either of them so for now I'm going day by day, only coming home to sleep and counting down the days until I go to college in August.

The other night, my friend, who had had a few, told me he liked me, he thinks it can work between us, even that im the girl he sees himself marrying. The next day I asked him about it. ok...well this is really bothering me..cuz my brother told me i was spoiled and and i told him i do work around the house for my mom...this is the convo...
ME: i help my mom around the house i wash the dishes i clear n set the table i clean my room and make my bed daily and i always put away the groceries

ME: i dont get money i earn the stuff i want by doing that.

I have a rat. And i was wondering from anyone who knows anything about them. What can be done or given to a rat to keep it amused. I open the cage everyday and let him run up my bookcase(where his cage is situated) but I don't know if this is efficient enough? Anything would be appreciated.

how do yu train a german sheppard?? how long will it take? is it possible to train a german sheppard how to not take craps in the house by a week? its 1 month and a half old and i need it to be trained by not taking craps and pee's in the house by a week or mi parents are selling him...and i dont want that to happen...plz help i will rate high and give good feedback i need this answer ASAP please (link)

I have one too. he was a pain to train. if you crate train him that's the best way. they won't want to crap in they're bed so they'll go outside but when he gets out of the crate then pick him up (if he's not too heavy...mine was 25lbs. at 6weeks) and run to the door. i hope this works for you

i was outside for a while a couple nights ago and now my body is covered in mosquito bites. how can i stop them from itching and make them go away and not scar? i got bitten like this last year and my legs were covered in scars for a really long time. i have a ton on my feet and my feet scar wicked easily. there's this REALLY GOOD gel that i use. it works for poison ivy and bites and itchy stuff like that. it gets rid of bug bites in about two days if you put it on them about two times a day. it's called BAND-AID ANTI ITCH gel. it's a clear tube with a green cap. like i said this is great stuff.

i have like horrible sleeping problems...like sometimes i dont even fall asleep till almost 3 in the morning. does anyone have any like tips or something to help me fall asleep?

i have the same problem. if you listen to the radio to help you fall asleep it doesn't work. i usualy end up singing before i'm sleeping. try watching tv for about an hour. if the light is off then the light from the tv makes you sleepy. don't sleep in a hot room. keep your door open at night or use a fan. Also this one's kinda obvious but if you have a nocturnal pet such as a hamster or a sugar glider or just a dog that likes to be up a night then keep them out of your room.

I have a laptop. it doesn't have wireless built in but if you already have a laptop then you can get a wireless card that goes into the side of your laptop. i think the best computer company is DELL but that's just from my experience. if you get the most basic laptop and get the wireless card i think you'll get a good deal

I like this guy. I dont know him that well, but theres a connection and I really like him. The thing is he is super popular and extremley good looking. ALL the girls like him, and he usually dates just "hot" girls with zero personality. I'm not exactly pretty...or even attractive at that but I have an awesome personality. He is awesome and deserves way better than the girls he dates. Is there any way I can get him to have the same feelings as me? Will being his friend help? (link)

Build a friendship. talk to him during classes(without getting into trouble) if you can sense that you're annoying him then don't talk to him for a little while. if you have study hall with him then that's a great way to build a relationship. Ask for homework help from him (hopefully he's smart)

If you have morning sickness then that's a real dead giveaway that you're pregnant. try talking to your parents. tell them that you knew it was wrong and that you're sorry you dissapointed them. tell them now before anything gets worse. if you have a car and can drive go get a pregnancy test at a pharmacy. if it's positive then you're going to have to tell them so they can take you to a doctor to discus your options for the future for the baby.

Hello!
I have two questions.
1) I recently got two warts burned off the top of my hand. It left these two circles with a dark rim and a pinkish inside. My docotor gave me a bleaching product called Epiquin? I believe. Will these be scars for life? Anything else I can do?
2) Also, I got two more warts taken off my index finger but this time by using the agent that makes you blister. I believe it is called catharidim??? I got a little antsy and popped both blisters with a needle which I had burned with a lighter right before I used it (to sanitize). Now the blisters are gone but there is a raised pinkish sort of "harder" skin where the blisters where. Will these go away? I thought this treatment was not supposed to leave scars but will it scar because I used a needle and could have infected it? What to do???

my friends have had warts removed and i've seen the scars it leaves behind. it DOES go away eventually (like 1 1/2 months)blisters usualy do the same thing.

wherever i go, i call my boyfriend before i go and tell him or he makes me feel bad

but he says nothings ever his fault, he cant help it if he feels bad
i am the one who has to do EVERYTHING!, because he used to do things for me in the beginning of our relaitonship but now if i dont do it, he makes me feel bad.

a relationship is 50/50. one person shouldn't care for the other more or less. Even if you truly love him i would break up with him. to me it seems that he doesn't need you but since you are around in his life he'll treat you like dirt. sorry if this sounds harsh but you should look at the reality of this relationship

first of all if this guy only likes you for sex then you shouldn't be liking him. try to look for someone else that you might like or just lay off the guys for a while until you get your cutting problem resolved. for that i would say to just hang out with your friends a lot to help keep your mind off of guys. find something you're good at and that you enjoy to keep you occupied. A GUY IS NOTHING TO DIE OVER

Okay so my boyfriend and I had sex. And now I am worried that I may be pregnant. I won't know for a few more weeks however. I thought i had pregnancy symptoms like I was really hungry, tired, and bitchy but then I was thinking about it and I get like that a week before I get my period. However I heard that even if you get your period that you could still be pregnant. I thought that was completely wrong but I am not sure. So can you be pregnant even if you get your period? I know you start spotting if your pregnant but your period and spotting are different. SO someone please help me out. (link)

I am like 90% positive that you can't have your period when you're pregnant. A big sign that you're pregnant is if you get morning sickness.

Yesterday, I was searching for web pages about the human muscles. When I came to 1, it wouldn't load all the way, and it froze my computer. I Ctrl Alt Deleted the thing and it worked as it always does. When I went back into Internet Explorer, every letter was about 3 times the regular size. I don't know how this happened, and it's like that with the page that usually comes up (yahoo.com), and with google, and probably others.

when you're online look at the top "tool bar" that has file and edit and stuff like that. click ciew and go down to font size. i think it's supposed to be set at medium.
any other computer problems you can ask me, i've been working with computers since i was three. thanks for having the problem, i just learned to ajust the font size when i read your question

Ok, I've been going to private school for 9 years, and for the first time I will be going to public. I'm really freaked out. Is public school really as bad as everyone says? I mean do people like actually get beaten up and raped? and how do I protect myself? How do I know who to hang out with? Please help me. (link)

i'm going to base my answer as if you were coming to my school. Yes people get beaten up, pregnant, smoke every drug you could think of and one person has even gotten raped but it depends on who you get involved with. One big key element in public school is to mind your own business. it's not that hard to fit in to public schools. i'm guessing you're in high school and there is a group for every type of person. we get new kids all the time and within two days they have a crowd of friends with them. Don't be scared despite all of the horrible things that go on because about 80% of the time it's not exposed to you.
