Everythings large

Question Posted Saturday July 30 2005, 8:19 pm

Yesterday, I was searching for web pages about the human muscles. When I came to 1, it wouldn't load all the way, and it froze my computer. I Ctrl Alt Deleted the thing and it worked as it always does. When I went back into Internet Explorer, every letter was about 3 times the regular size. I don't know how this happened, and it's like that with the page that usually comes up (yahoo.com), and with google, and probably others.

How do I fix this? Thanks.

when you're online look at the top "tool bar" that has file and edit and stuff like that. click ciew and go down to font size. i think it's supposed to be set at medium.

any other computer problems you can ask me, i've been working with computers since i was three. thanks for having the problem, i just learned to ajust the font size when i read your question

On your Internet Explorer window, go to 'View', scroll down to 'Text Size', and choose a size that you want. Setting the size to medium should make everything go back to normal.

You can set your text size back to a reasonable range by clicking on "View" towards the top of your IE browser... Then look at that menu and you should see "Text Size". Hold your cursor over that and it will show you what size your text is set for right now. Probably Larger or Largest from what you are describing.

Try setting it to "Medium" and see if that's better.
