I'm trying to get in better shape and I'm very far from athletic. I don't do sports or gymnastics or dancing, nothing physical and I rarely exercise but I'm hoping to change that in order to get involved with sports. I'm 16 and about 5'3", 100lbs. I want to gain weight and muscle and improve my lungs but I really don't know how. How can I put on healthy weight and improve my overall fitness?

Run and do cardio. Start dance. These will help you lungs and endurance.

Do strength exercises, ie things that use muscles:

Sit-ups
Crucnchies
Push-ups

Etcetera.

i'd have to say... i think im very unique and i kinda like that about me..so i've decided i want to make shirts of my own,or send in deisgns and people can make then for me. few problemsss...

1) i cant draw at all
2) i dont have ANY idea how to make shirts...

Girls really do carea bout their best friends. It seems like there's usually a lot of drama, but girls that are true friends will stick together.

I have a very random question to ask everyone. When you read the word advicenators in your head (or speak it out loud) how do you pronounce it? I pronounce it advice-in-ate-ors. I've been apart of this site almost 3 years and never new if that's how it's actually said. It probably is, but for anyone who pronounces it differently, how do you say it?
