My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

ok so my volleyball has invited the team over for a sleepover for a celebration. Im not sure if i wanna go or not. I mean the grls are really nice and we all get along and i wouldnt mind going, but the thing is i dont really know the coach well enough where i would feel comfterble with sleeping over there. But i want to. So sould i just go over there but not sleep over or what?

I have the bestest friends in the world. but i cant help but feel left out sometimes. i know im just been stupid half the time but it really bugs me. I know that having 3 best friends will always be hard but its so awful been left out. Like they will sleep at each others house etc. I told my friends about this and my other friend said sorry i just feel more close to her than i do to you. and that just made me upset becuase i have known them both longer than they have known each other. So i dont know what to do, they will think im trying to split them up or something which im not! so what can i do because i have already told them but they just carry on. thanks

Feeling left out always happenes but if you already talked to your friends you gotta try again. Maybe they didnt understand and maybe they didnt think it was a big deal so they kept doing it. Let them kno again! You dont like when they ditch you so they gotta stop! Invite them both over a lot and spend time with them so you get to know your other friend better and so you guys get closer. x0

My friends have been ditching me lately for these guys they have met. I did like one of these guys and he liked me but it just didnt work out. And i really dont want to see him again..but my friends do..because he has a friends that my friends like. They have been hanging out with these guys during the week when my friends have softball games and on the weekends. I feel left out...what should i do?

Why dont you just tell them? They are your friends so you should be able to tell them how you feel, right. I think that you should just hang out with them. You dont have to be by that guy that you like just hang out with your friends. x0

How can I straighten my hair properly so it will stay straight thru the whole day?

Well dont straighten all of it at once. You usually do it in 3 sections. First put up most of your hair up and just straighten the bottom, then half of the hair you had up and then the top. After that you could put a little bit of gel.. not a lot. Gel works but dont use hairspray. x0

I want to get a mystic tan from one of those spray things before I go to Florida (in 3 days) My mom says I could but I was wondering - when I go out in the REAL sun ..will anything happen (like color of my skin wise or health) if I already have the mystic tan on? I dont think you should bother getting a mystic tan because you will get really tan when you are in Florida. But if you do nothing will happen to your skin. x0

Thats fine its just that your boobs are growing. If it hurts just a little then its normal. But they are growing and it wont hurt after a while. If you are concerned about it tell your mom and maybe you could go to the doctor but I think that you will be fine. x0

Every time I get out of the shower my hair is frizzy, poofy, and just a pain! No matter how much i straighten it, it never hangs down flat like other girl's hair! Its always poofing out, or has waves in it! I need help my hair always looks bad!

Wash your hair at night and then blow dry it and straighten it. Then when you wake up straighten it again. Buy the John Freeda frizz spray because it does work. x0

I bought a shirt from Abercrombie today and washed it when I got home (I don't like how their clothes smell). Well, when I got it out of the dryer, I noticed that I accidently grabed a Large and it's wayy too big. I don't know if they'll let me exchange it since it's been washed. What do y'all think? I can't just forget about it becasue it was a 48 dollar shirt.
