What are the benefits and bad things about eating sunflower seeds?

There isnt really any benefits because it high in fats which is bad. Try nuts or raisens.

well this is if you eat the kind with the seed

benifits
- taste
- helps with nerves

bad things
- it makes the tip of your tounge raw and you loose your tastebuds temporarily.

Sunflower seeds are acually healty for you. Only the natrual ones tho. Some are over salted and it isnt really healthy. x0

Actually it depends, natural ones are healthy but the bad things are that some seeds can be really over salted. Overall, they are healthy

benefits - no saturated fat, sunflower seed oil is good for you, high in protein.

bad stuff - often, they are heavily salted. Can get wedged between your teeth and it hurts. If you are allergic to various seeds, could potentially kill you, I guess... (one would hope you'd be aware of this in advance).
