Hey, Im 15/f and I have been having some problems with my breasts> (Yeah, I'm sorry...it's sorta ugh). Anyways, recently my breasts have started to hurt. It's not major pain or anything or severe. They've just been feeling like their stretching or something.... Also if it helps, I'm not exactly well- endowed right now....Thank you so much! ~West

LostAngel answered Tuesday April 12 2005, 3:05 pm: Well your right when they say "They've just been feeling like their stretching or something...." because they are growing, so yeah they are going to stretch. I suggest buying Palmer's Coco Butter because you may come across strech marks on your breast. I know I have and so have many others.

zapreth answered Tuesday April 12 2005, 10:23 am: It's called growing pains. You are stretching or something. Don't worry, unfortunately there is nothing that can help the ache. Just time. [ zapreth's advice column | Ask zapreth A Question ]
flutterbyme_8i8 answered Tuesday April 12 2005, 8:20 am: Well I'm wondering if you have gotten your period yet. Because about a week to a few days before you get it your breats can tend to get very tender. It's very common so don't think that you are a weirdo because of it or anything.
It is also affected by stress and this is going to sound weird, but premenstrual breast tenderness can also be caused by high salt intake. So if this applies to you, you should look at limiting your salt intake. :)
And one more thing....do you exercise regularly? If you do make sure that you wear a sports bra for the proper support otherwise that can cause breast tenderness as well!
Teza answered Tuesday April 12 2005, 7:48 am: Thats fine its just that your boobs are growing. If it hurts just a little then its normal. But they are growing and it wont hurt after a while. If you are concerned about it tell your mom and maybe you could go to the doctor but I think that you will be fine. x0 [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
