Words of advice on love:
- Don't ever let someone tell you that you are not in love.
- If you say that you THINK you're in love, then you aren't. If you really feel it, then you are.
- Never let someone judge your relationship unless they know FACTS.
- To me, age is not an issue. If you are 13 and dating a 30 year old, then it's a big deal. If it's 5 or 6 years, not a big deal.
- If you are being abused mentally/physically GET OUT OF THE RELATIONSHIP! Don't give the excuse that he apologized. If he loves you he wouldn't do that to you.

OK, I have a question for you. I feel sort of devided on what I should do. I know this girl on this site. She confessed to me that she was 12. I know that this can put advicenators in a lot of difficulty, yet I do not want to rat her out, especially since she is a L1 mod and pretty good with advise. She's also friendly with me.
It's not like she's turning 12 any time soon, either.
I just don't know. Do I rat her out and help a site that I love, or do I keep it quiet...

Why do so many young women on this site ask questions regarding how to staighten curly or wavy hair? Having natural curls is enviable, all you girls get some serum or mousse and leave them straightening irons alone! You'll have more time to stay in bed each morning, and your hair will thank you.

I agree with that, but some girls don't like their hair when it's curled. I have very curly hair. I straighten it because when it's curled, it gets REALLY knotty and I like to play with my hair.. Twirl it, move it around... etc. And by doing so, the gel, serum, or mousse begins to come off leaving my hair frizzy and dry looking. So, straightening my hair works AND looks better.

Why do Americans who have some Irish ancestry in them feel the need to be all proud about it? Some of these people are 2nd or 3rd greneration Americans and have never even left the country.

They have the right to be Irish and proud. I'm Puerto Rican, born in the US and I didn't visit Puerto Rico until I was 14 years old. I was proud that I was Puerto Rican. I still am DAMN proud to be Puerto Rican.


Just because you've never been to the country, doesn't mean you don't have the right to be proud to be partly of that nationality.


EDIT: I am full blood Puerto Rican, by the way. But I do see your point. Why be proud of alcoholics?

hey! i asked you a question yesterday about the football jersey and you gave the best advice. so today he kept on bumpin into me so i did the same and kinda playfully hit him. in our study i wrote notes to him taht said IM MAD AT U=( because i thought he forgot to bring it. so then he told me its in the car and he`ll be me at his locker after 7th period and give it to me. so during study i wrote him notes that said cheesy pickup lines and stuff and he liked them and stuff. and i think he might like me im not sure. but i was thinkin monday i should get new pickuplines and write them then just at the bottom say if you dont get my hints , your dumb=) and give it towards the end of the period so i told feel awkward in the class.. thankss

What is it that makes girls like bad boys?

I got my rabbit about 6 months ago. It's not trained and i dont kno how. I tried giving it treats when she does tricks but SHE NEVER DOES ANY TRICKS! How do i train her to sit, lay down, and all the basic things?

I had a rabbit for about 5 years... I found after about a week of trying to train him, that you can't train a rabbit.


Out of most common house pets (cats, dogs, fish, etc.) Only dogs can be trained highly. Rabbits are just supposed to be cute... Something to hold and pet.


But as far as I know, it is near impossible to train a rabbit.

FOr hoemcoming I want to get my nails done. I bite my nails and they are short n stubby n ugly ( i kno i know, terrible habbit) Which would be better? acrylic tips or full acrylics? any advice on either of them or which one i should get? thanks

Full acrylics normally work better when you have LONG nails because the acrylic just goes over your regular nail. Acrylic tips are exactly that, they are tips to make your nails longer.


I personally would suggest acrylic tips for you, since you have short nails. And, they are MUCH easier to remove than full acrylics.


You can still get a french manicure with them.


It SHOULD be around 15-25 dollars. Some nail salons will have specials if you bring your highschool ID. SOME salons... Not all.

Last year i was a freshman in highschool and in our town theres two different middleschools goin to the highschool freshman year. so alot of people from the 2 schools didnt know eachotheR. So me my friends charlotte and this boy from our middle school jake was in my spanish class and this boy from the other school derek. If he forgets the jersey and you tell him to get it for you later, it could seem more like flirting with him. Which, by the way, is a good thing. But no, it wouldn't be weird...


When you're in study hall, try flirting more. Pretend you're having a problem with a homework problem.. Sort of rub your finger on his hand or his arm and say... Could you help me with this? Try to be cute around him... Smile!! Always remember to smile.. Just not TOO obsessivly because that would just be creepy... Anyway! If he's taking notes for a class, write on his paper HI! or something really cute, or just plain stupid. You could write, you rock my socks (my favorite saying) with a smiley next to it.


If you see him in the hallways try to talk to him just to say hey. If he's the kind of guy you could hug, try to hug him a little more when you pass in the hallways.


But I'm getting the feeling that he might like you back. He's letting you wear his jersey to the game.. Alot of guys don't let girls touch their jerseys or ANY article of clothing.

Technically, no you are not a virgin... But you were 5 years old and had no clue what you were doing. So, in a way you are a virgin still. Some people consider that in order to lose your virginity, you need to orgasm. If not, then it wasn't really sex... However I don't feel that way.

One thing you should realize.. You DO NOT use your TEETH to kiss someone. You use your LIPS. I've had braces for 4 years, had a boyfriend for over a year... We've made out PLENTY of times with no problems.

I would like to try tampons but wonder if they will break my hymen?

They can tear it, but then again so can just about anything else you do. It can easily break by sitting down, standing up, getting your first period, riding a horse, riding a bike, running... Just about ANYTHING could contribute to tearing your hymen.

It's not BAD to shave there, but gynocologists prefer that you don't. The hair is there simply to protect you from getting infections.


You can shave there if you want to, of course. If you don't feel comfortable shaving then you really don't have to. It's up to you, it's not bad but there is really no advantage to it either.

ok, i just recently had a baby and i need a way to loose about 45 lbs. becuz i was chubby before i had my baby, but now im bigger than before. HELP!

Have you been breast feeding your child? When a woman breast feeds, she loses weight ALOT faster. You just had a kid, don't expect to be a twig immediately after. Keep breast feeding, work out and eat better. The weight is going to take a while to get off, but by breast feeing it'll go by faster. After my cousin had her daughter, she weighed over 200 pounds. She went from being 120-130 pounds to over 200. It took her about 2 years to get 90% of the weight off.


But if you excersize and eat right, you'll have the weight off sooner than you know.
