Breast feeding and exersize if you had a regular delivery can shed the pounds, and since your not eating for two, you'll surely lose the pounds. If you had a sea-section or suzerian-section you might wanna keep off your feet, but in that case you wouldn't be able to eat much, or at all, so the weight will fall off either way.

xXxpinky615xXx answered Thursday September 29 2005, 3:36 pm: Have you been breast feeding your child? When a woman breast feeds, she loses weight ALOT faster. You just had a kid, don't expect to be a twig immediately after. Keep breast feeding, work out and eat better. The weight is going to take a while to get off, but by breast feeing it'll go by faster. After my cousin had her daughter, she weighed over 200 pounds. She went from being 120-130 pounds to over 200. It took her about 2 years to get 90% of the weight off.
