HELP!!!!!!

ok, i just recently had a baby and i need a way to loose about 45 lbs. becuz i was chubby before i had my baby, but now im bigger than before. HELP!

by the way i had a c-section and i am not breast feeding, also i had him a month and a half ago so i can do everything normally again.

try looking for one of those after pregnancy videos on how to lose the extra weight, try an outlet or hsn or qvc.

Oh, you must be proud!
Breast feeding and exersize if you had a regular delivery can shed the pounds, and since your not eating for two, you'll surely lose the pounds. If you had a sea-section or suzerian-section you might wanna keep off your feet, but in that case you wouldn't be able to eat much, or at all, so the weight will fall off either way.

Have you been breast feeding your child? When a woman breast feeds, she loses weight ALOT faster. You just had a kid, don't expect to be a twig immediately after. Keep breast feeding, work out and eat better. The weight is going to take a while to get off, but by breast feeing it'll go by faster. After my cousin had her daughter, she weighed over 200 pounds. She went from being 120-130 pounds to over 200. It took her about 2 years to get 90% of the weight off.


But if you excersize and eat right, you'll have the weight off sooner than you know.
