My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

I'd rather be told the truth. I highly dis like when people are not honest with me and I don't know how to deal with lies that well. Eather the truth or the lie would destroy me, but it's easier to fix the situation after you know the truth.

If you had to go back in time and change one thing, if you HAD to, even if you have "no regrets" what would you change?

If I had to pick ONE thing.. I would go back to when I was 13 and change my immature behavior towards my parents. I would change the stupid things that I have done to myself and people around me.

anyway alright so this guy named steve. wow amazing..hott..perfect. you know the routine. anyway i have been in love with him. it was last year. for about a year and a half. so i know how to deal with love now. me and him have been through it all. we've always had a spark. we have even made out 6 times when we WEREN'T going out. don't think i'm a slut though. we like eachother. but he also likes this perfect girl cheerleader named brooklyn. he always has liked her since the 6th grade. he's always liked her more then me. it sucks but yea i've learned to deal.

well recently we got in this huge fight about nothing and he blocked me online. and i thought he would just like brooklyn now. (even though she hates steve and would never ever go out with him). and i have been so mean with him and to him because im disgusted with him and i just couldn't deal with it anymore. so then i find out he likes me. and it freaks me out because i have been the meanest person in the world to him. and i wasn't even supposed to find out. he sent me this thing that's like a trick where it's supposed to tell you whats you future with a girl and you have to type in all the girls names that you like and then it actualy sends to the person..which was me and he typed my name first then brooklyns. so wow who's confused now. me. and i have always loved him but i just didnt want to show it. i do though but he always thinks he can do things with me and i dont want it to be that way. but this may also be my only chance with him should i play hard to get or just go after him like i have for the past 2 and a half years?

and if i should play hard to get..any tips?

Playing hard to get doesn't always work. If you do that, you might actually lose him and he might move on for good. You both like each other and neather one of you wants to admit it and tell one another. You need to go after him or you might be missing out on a great guy. Talk to him about it and even though it might be a little akward, you need to bring it up. Apologize for being rude to him and explain why you have been acting that way. If the only thing that he wants from you is to hook up, he's not worth it but it seems like he likes you more than that. So talk to him and try to persue things from there and see how things go. I don't think anyone can tell you if you should or shouldn't but I think it's a great opprotunity. My friends cousin has been in one for 4 years and it seems like a lot of fun. If it's something that you're thinking about doing, go for it.

Ahh, I know exactly what you mean. It's normal and since you really like this guy, it's going to be really hard just to forget about him and move on. It'll take time but make sure you hang out with other guys and develop an interest for someone else :)

Hello Tereza :]. Well it`s Samra, and I`ve been wanting to do something diffrent with my hair. I want to dye it either dark or blonde highlights. But I`m not sure if I should though. You`ve seen my pictures and my hair is like brown kind of on the lighter side. So tell me what you think. Should I dye my hair darker, blonde highlights, or just keep my hair the way it already is right now?

I absolutley love your hair as it is, but I think eather dark hair or lighter hair would look great on you. Even though I love dark hair, I think that you should add highlights. It's more interesting and it'll look cute on you. Which one do you think you'd look better in? Eather way, your hair will look gorgeous :)

There is this guy that I know from work. Well in the last 8 months I've noticed he always stares at me, he smiles when I walk into the room, he has rubbed my shoulder when he's alone with me,he stares at me intently when I talk to him, he gets really shy around me when other people are around us, and one time he asked me if I was on my own. so i just got a relatively large purse. its super cute and i LOVE it! but.. its really big, and has a lot of pockets and compartments. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO PUT IN IT! it looks dumb to leave it unfilled because then it just looks empty! so far i put my sunglasses, camera, ipod, cell phone, and wallet in there. it still doesn't fill it up! what else can i put in? what do you put in yours? thank you!

I love big purses :) What I usually carry is my camera, iPod, cell, sunglasses, wallet, make up bag, perfume, tooth brush & toothpaste, hair brush, lotion, gum, and hairspray. You can put bigger items in your purse to fill it up more like hairspray.

I don't label myself and my style is just me. I don't wear certain clothes to fit in, I wear what I like and what I'm comftrable in. I don't know what other people label me as but whatever it is, it's their personal opinion. I love to wear shorts and t-shirts and then I love to dress up cute.

Well my best friend of ALL time is Cody and Cody and I were really close scince we were 9 or 10 and I'm his best friend oif all time too.Anyways...yesterday he said "I don't like Sarah anymore" (the girl he liked) "I like Rachel now" and I was like cool that's awesome Rachel's nice.I always tell him everything.So awhile ago I told him about a F.W.B. experiance I had and he was like "please don't do it with him" (cuz we didn't go that far) "I don't want you to get hurt and he's clearly an idiot."

I'm guessing that F.W.B means friends with benifits? Anyways, if your best friend doesn't trust this guy and he doesn't want you to get hurt, it just shows that he's looking out for you and he cares. There could be other reasons why he might not want you with this guy but you have to talk to him about that. I had a thought that he might like you.. but then again you never know? Just talk to Cody and see why he doesn't want you with this guy and he should be honest with you about it.

i have a really thick hair and i was wondering which straightener would work bests. CHI STRAIGHTENER OR THE MAXIGLIDE? and which ones cheaper? thank you!

I have never used a Maxiglide straightener but I have used a Chi. I think it works really good and I recommend you get that one. I'm also not sure about the cost of a Maxiglide but Chi's are around $100 and up.

how many beers does it take to get a 17 year old girl drunk? about 5'4 and weighs 120. also how many glasses of wine and how many shots? i have never drank before...

I'm not expert on alchocol and I can't tell you the correct answer. Have you tried looking it up? If you have never drank before, it might not take many drinks to get you drunk. I suggest you don't drink. Everyone takes alchocol differently and some people can't handle it as well. Also, when you're drinking you shouldnt't drink one beer after another. It can get your intoxicated a lot faster but like I said, I highly suggest that you do not drink especially all of those things together.

I liked this guy for a while & we hung out at parties and talked online & stuff. I have not really dated in a while becuase i think the whole concept of dating at my age is just too much work & I was going to start serious dating in highschool. I wanted to have sort of a friends with benifits thing with the guys i liked. You know, no pressure & such. Well the guy i liked called me up and asked me out and i was kinda stuck becuase i liked him and if i said no, then it wuold have ruined my chances of any sort of relationship with him, so i said yes. I think that saying yes to him ruined your plans of being friends with benifits with him or any other guy. You should give him a chance. Just because you don't have the desire to kiss him now doesn't mean you'll continue to feel that way about him. All though it's summer, I can't tell you if the reason is because you just want to have a good time. You're the only one that knows answeres to your own questions. If you continue to lose interest in this guy, stay friends with him. You both might of moved too fast and you just might not be ready. See how things go and go from there.

The hottest guys I meet are too busy watching porn and girl on girl stuff(which is sick...okay...fine, guys making out can be hot but it's also very wrong!!!!) and shit like that and everything and it kinda makes me angry because like my friends(girls) don't go looking up pictures of naked guys or anything so like...I don't know if I can really trust guys a ton if they say that don't do that? I'm not a guy but I can answer your question if you don't mind. It's very normal for guys to watch porn, even for girls. Most guys like it and enjoy watching it and there is personally nothing wrong with it. If they say they don't, take their word but some guys lie about it. It's hard to know the truth about it though. Some of your girl friends might watch porn as well, even though they might not admit it. So like I said, it's normal and some people find it disgusting while others enjoy it. There are guys that don't like to watch it. They're just not into it. So to answer your question againg, not all guys are into it and like that.
