ok..my thighs aren't fat but they aren't as slim or as muscular as i want them to be. to play soccer 6 days a week and run 2 miles each day and do squats, but nothing seems to be helping as much as i want it to. does anyone have any side excercises or something i could do extra to help with this?

okay...one thing that really helps is doing lunges. also you can lay on one side and lift each leg like 20 times. i call them scissors. they help a lot too

i am 19. i am in a 5 year relationship and we have a one year old son together. i am going to college to be a nurse. lately there have been a lot of problems between my b/f and i. well i was going to move out, until i found out that i am pregnant. now i have cancelled my new apartment and am staying here for now. i know that we will not be together forever and i do not want to raise two kids alone. i am considering abortion and have an appointment scheduled for next friday. my b/f wants the baby and is excited. everyone in our family already knows that we are expecting again. i am too young to give up my life completely. i do not know what to do. if anyone has any advice i would really appreciate it. by the way, i am 8 weeks pregnant and due on christmas. well if u didnt alreadi kno u cant get an abortion after bein 8 weeks preg. i think. my aunt had one and they told her if she was 8 weeks preg. then they couldnt do it. hey, i'm kristen! i'm 13 years old and we live in a good town where nothing bad like eva happens. when my mom isn't home she doesn't let me go ride my bike around the good part of my town, or let any of my friends come over when she's not home. my mom never used to work in the summer but this summer she does. so far this summer all i did was go online and play my softball. my brother gets to go to all of his friends houses on our side of the block, but i'm not. he's 11!!! how can i get my parents to be less strict? i have the same problem. The parents always pick on the older kids and are more strict.You sound totally responisble so i dont c y they wouldnt let you do nehthing. Tell them that its not fair ur 11 yr old brother can do more things than you can and that you think u should be able to do stuff jus that u need to have a curfew or sumthin to make it sound like ur responsible. jus dont b late Good LuCk! =]
