My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Do you want to get a new cut or style or highlights? You have to tell us that so we know. If you want a cut you could get it up to your shoulders and get it layerd. Thats totally cute. Now, for styles you could leave it down or straight, up in a messy bun, half way up, curly, or whatever. I dont know if you are asking about highlights tho? ♥

okay so yesterday i got highlights [bleached] and i wanna go underwater in the pool.. would they turn green or sum,thing go worong if i did?

I was a cutter... im not anymore. I did it for about 2 months and finally my boyfriend got me to stop on my own. So, i made some pretty interesting designs when i cut myself... I cut in the middle of my forearm and i made shapes like hearts and stars and stuff and ive quit back in February. I wear a wristband now, but, my parents haven't found out that i used to cut myself. So, what my question is, is there a way i can get the scars to be not very visible for summer? Because i know that i will be swimming a lot and be real active... help is appreciated and im getting sick of wearing a wristband all the time...

There is a lotion and a scar thing you can use. My scars wont go away eather but they healed up to. Go to the pharmacy and ask them. Sorry there isnt much you can do. ♥

1. You are too young for sex. 2. If you get scared then you are defenetlly not ready! Just wait for you turn and when you are ready you will know. Have you even made out before? i think i am way fat. everyone tells me i am skinny, but seirously, i am 5'3" and 112 pounds. my friends think that just cause i m going on a diet, i will be anorexic. help!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are'nt fat first of all. And if you go on a diet.. which you dont need to. Eat healthy and not so much junk food. You dont need to go on those extreme diets but eat normal but less sugar. ♥

I have bad stretch marks on my legs and I was wondering that when I turn 18 is there any procedures I can do to have them removed or something? Or do I have to put up with them for the rest of my life. I figured since there is plastic surgery for everything else than there might be for this. Also, until then (I'm 15) is there any way I can make this less noticeable? They are really, really bad and I don't know how I got them so bad! I'm not even that fat just a little chubby and I only thought bigger people got them! Well anyway, thanks for the advice, I wasnt sure where to put this!

Coca Butter. Its a lotion and you need to use it all the time. Your strech marks will go away slowly. You wont have them when you get older tho. People get them as they grow so its normal. Dont worry about it. ♥

If he likes you just a little bit right now he will start liking you more. Make sure you keep interestin him and so he still has interest in you. Be yourself and always talk to him. My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 days. I completely adore him and it's so weird. He makes me feel ways I've never felt before. And when he describes his feelings about me, they're exactly the same. I keep thinking it's love but I want to be ration. Can someone please yell at me and tell me good rational reasons that it cannot be love so that I do not get sprung and/or get my heart broken?

Aw ! Well see in relationships eather way you would get your heartbroken unless you have a happy ending. It might not be love but you dont need anyone to tell you it isnt. You can make it be love. You both are really into each other and thats great!! Seems like everything between you 2 will work out. Just dont worry about the break ups. I mean every girl got t heir heart broken once. I am 16 and my ex bf, who is bi-polar and is constantly trying to convince me to take him back, won't take the hint. I finally was able to convince him to just be friends and told him that if he couldn't handle being friends then I would never talk to him again. (Which was being very nice, considering he followed me around everywhere I went, pratically stalking me!) When we were dating he always ran off, got drunk, and then couldn't tell me what all happened at the parties he went to. So of course I felt uneasy about his "weekly routine". I told him that if he didn't stop that we would break up. So he swore off drinking (because he obviously couldn't handle it). But not even a week after that he calls me at 4 in the morning, drunk off his ass. I was pissed. Because not only did he promise me that he was going to stop, but I would think that he would care enough about us being together that he would stop. We had been together for almost 7 months and I finally decided to end it. It has been 2 months since I broke up with him and yesterday he told me he was going to a party and he wasn't going to drink. Then he called me today and told me he was so happy because he didn't drink. I was so excited that he was actually trying to sober up. But later tonight he adimitted he had lied to me. He had got piss drunk last night and was 5 shots away from dying. I felt betrayed, lied to, and pissed off, yet I still felt upset for him. Even though we are just friends, I still really care about him and I hate to see him destroy his life like this. He gets so depressed, then he drinks, throws angry fits, runs off, and then shows up hours later acting like nothing happened. I want to help him so bad, because I partially feel like it's my fault because maybe he is acting this way because he feels that I'm not there for him anymore. He has a drinking problem and I know it. Alcoholism runs in his family and everytime I tell him he needs to get help he denies even having a problem. Is there anything I can do to help him? I care about him so damn much and I can't bear to see him do this to himself. I'm so scared I am going to wake up one morning and find out he killed himself, and I was never able to help him. Please help me! I would really appreciate it!

He wont end up killing himself trust me. I mean he does have drinking problems but there isnt much you can do unles he gets real help. He has to learn how to stop and even tho when he promises you he will he doesnt so thats just really wrong. Make sur eyou tell him that you really care for him and you dont want any of those things to ever happen to him. The best thing that he could do is if he got counsling and gets help to stop. ♥

Okay well im turning 13 and guys just dont seem to like me... they have intrests in lots of my other friends but just not me... guys have never really liked me, im not sure why though, not to sound vain but im not ugly, am i doing something wrong?!

Well maybe they have different tastes in girls and you arnt heir type. There is nothing wrong with you at all tho so dont worry about it. Im sure there is a lot of guys who will like you but you just have o look for them. You'll find a guy that you really like and that he really likes you. ♥

Well you never know when it will end. I mean it can last for a pretty long time. Your stomach wil feel bloated and get cramps and stuff. When you think you stopped always make sure you wear light pads because you honestly never know if you've ended or not. All the fat does not go into your legs tho. ♥

So, there's this boy...
We've been talking alot online, but i don't really see him much... well, i'm pretty sure i like him. i'm also pretty sure he likes me, but we get into these stupid arguments alot, that he usually starts. it's almost as if he's doing that to make conversation or something. another thing, he's told me about these dreams he's had about me. they usually involve us getting pretty intimate... and i'm not sure why he told me about it, but im not sure what i should make of it. what do you think?

okay she there is this girl ( lets call her mary ) she copys me in everything i do and makes rude comments about my hair or my clothes and then the next day she has the same hair style or clothes and it gets really annyoing for example we do dance , cheering , and track together for dance i moved up in a class and i was higher then her in one class and she has to be the same level as me so she has her mom go in and complain that she isnt in my class and track since i am a fast runner she wasnt picked for varsity and she had her mom complain and for cheerleading since i am a flyer and she is a base she like told me that i wasnt cordinated enoguh to be a flyer and in ballet i got picked for a part with a group of people that she didnt get picked for and then she says to me your gonna fall off the stage and another example i wear my hair in a messy bun and she said it looked ugly and bad and the next day she wore it jsut like mine and i got this really cute blue and black baby phat jacket and she said it was too bright and ugly anf for dance pictures she wasnt ordering the same package as me and i told her what i was getting and she ordered the same one cause i was getting it and she always follows me around and does what i do and this has even gotten so bad that adults are notcing it like at dance they moved me away from her and changed my classes because she copys everything i do and follows me and this rude remakrs dont hurt my feelings they actually make me laugh and if she says something rude like you look bad and i just make a rude remark back like i look better then you could ever and i tried talking to her about this problem and she said that she dosent copy me this is soo annoying please help me and tell me what too do i rate high

Haha! Its like shes stalking you! Its creepy!! Oh my gosh, you totally need to tell her to fuck of. I mean just talking to her wont work so you have to say it and mean it. Shes so jelous of you and she wants to be exaclly like you! I mean exacly. Stand up to her and just dont hang out with her anymore tho. I agree with "Shake" so you should do exacly what she said. She wouldnt have anything to say at all. She will stop eventually. But by her saying all those things she wants you to feel bad so when you dont she gets mad and does it more. L0L just dont ever let her bother you or get you upset. ♥
