weight i think i am way fat. everyone tells me i am skinny, but seirously, i am 5'3" and 112 pounds. my friends think that just cause i m going on a diet, i will be anorexic. help!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are not fat.. if you want to go on a diet you can but know that you are hearting yourself. If you really really want to go on a diet then just eat healthy food and make sure you eat somthing..

I have the same problem. I have some fat wround my stomach and so sometimes when i look at it i think i'm fat. I don't eat a lot because a lot of the time i'm not hungry and all my friends say "are you turning anerexic?" well, i tried to convince myself that i was not fat so i looked up onn google average weight chart.
I found out that for my age i am way under weight, i looked up your height and weight and you are perfectly normal. You are 8 lbs under weight. Don't worry about it.
If this is about a few flabby spots around your body, start to exersize more. find the perfect exersize for you. otherwise your not fat, and diets are good for everyone. but don't go on a starvation diet. just try to cut down on the sugar because sugar turns into carbs and carbs turn into fat.

youre almost the exact same size i am. i thynk im fat too.. i just skip out on breakfast and i cut out all drinks except water and diet pepsi. it really works because it cuts calories. Plus jusy watch labels on things. if they have a lot of calories only eat half what you usully do.. also if you have a downloading program download 8 minute abs. it obviously only takes 8 minutes and it works really good.try and get the pilates one. ]
you aren't fat. you should listen to your friends. dont go on a diet in the first place, you dont need to. i know people who would die to weigh only 112 lbs. I'm one of them. you're being selfish, and it's probaly annoying your friends to death whining so much. ]
You might turn anorexic. Im like 5'1 and 112 pounds cuz i jus weighed myself at the doctor. You are the perfect weight. You don't need a diet and your friends are right. If you feel like you have fat in some areas, just work those areas out. Just don't go on a diet because you aren't fat! ]
YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!!!!!! omg....listen to your friends. you are not fat. from the info you put in your question, you are actually more on the side of under-average! if you really don't feel good about your weight, then just do some short work-outs or something. but don't over-do it, cz it's not that necessary. just make sure you feel good about yourself and listen to your friends!

I don't think it sounds like you are fat, but ok. Change your diet to where you eat according to mypyramid.gov. Eat healthly! Tell them that you are still going to eat, you just want to be healthier.

Ok, here is your OFFICIAL BMI weight, which is your Body Mass Index which is determined by measuring your height and weight, and then whether you are male or female.
For 5"3 height and 112 pounds your BMI is 20
A healthy BMI for that range is between 18.5 - 24.9. So you are in the healthy range, but could go down to 18.5 and still be healthy.
It also says that 102 would be unhealthy for you, but 107 to 113 is healthy.
So like the other suggested eat healthy food, fruits and veggies, low fat dairy, NO JUNK FOOD NO SODA, NO FRIED FOOD. and you will loose a little more but can still be healthy.
Tell all your friends that if you go uder 107 to yell at you, that is not healthy.

5'3 and 112 ponds is nothing. but if ur really serious about this then just let your friends see just what your doing for your diet and make sure it's healthy. eat lots of fruit and fat free things (lots) and excersize. if they see that your doing no harm to your body the worst thing they'll do is bug you about not needing a diet. ]
Everyone who tells you that you're skinny are right because you aren't fat. If you want to go on a diet, then just eat healthy and watch how much you intake, that's all. ]
you arent fat. but if you want to go on a diet then just dont eat so much junk food eat healthy kinds of foods. hope i helped you out.

your not fat at all.but you can go on a diet if you want to, just dont go to crazy. like you can cut down on sugars and things like that. but dont cut them out all the way or some things may go wrong. you also can exercise more to get more like run, running takes fat off anywhere but you can also get more enderence(sp)not just to lose weight. ]
You are'nt fat first of all. And if you go on a diet.. which you dont need to. Eat healthy and not so much junk food. You dont need to go on those extreme diets but eat normal but less sugar. ♥ ]
